Willow "Like the tree" served my mother, my autistic brother and myself. She was super understanding and charismatic! She checked on us regularly and was super friendly. I even left my car keys and she ran out to the parking lot to bring them to me. Great customer service! Thank you Willow!

Shae was adorable as a server, however, we were seated in the bar since there was only one waiter on- with 2 toddlers. Timing was good for her to bring menus and drinks. We then waited for 10 minutes after we were ready to order. I had to ask the hostesses for booster seats (they were given to me very dirty- sticky with stuff stuck all over them). We then waited another 20 minutes for sub par food. The spaghetti pie was incredibly dry, to the point that there was not nearly enough marinara on top to eat but 1/3rd of it. My kids had cold spaghetti with a cold meatball. Literally the only thing in our 4 person order that was warm was my fish for.fish n chips. The fries were inedible, but the fish tasted good. It definitely was not a place I'd eat again in the near future especially since there are so many options here in town.

Good place to eat! Good staff, good pizza! I'd recommend it and eat it again!! Located near the lowes store it's easy to get in and out. We sent 3 families here and the same report. Good food and good service

We were coming back from Yellowstone much later than we anticipated. Hardly anything that was open would serve due to the kitchen closing at 11:30 (even if they stay open till midnight). Called while still on the road to place a pizza order. She gladly accepted our order and then went through the menu items patiently for us to de ide what to order. We ended up getting the Thai pizza and chicken, bacon alfredo! Both were delicious!! Great customer service and good. Highly recommend. To the sweet girl that handled our order, you are a rock star!!!

Family friendly restaurant that offers bar seating with a number of taps. The food itself is pretty good, and the setting of the restaurant is pretty casual, so there's no need to dress up unless you want to. The service is great. On a busy night you might have to wait awhile, but nothing more than five mins or so.

Ordered fish and chips and cold Smoke Scottish beer. Great atmosphere, had our meal on the patio as the weather was very nice. Wait staff be was getting everyone taken care of quickly. Fun dinner for sure.

Everything was fine until dessert. We ordered the skillet cookie and it came out dry and awful. Huge disappointment. The menu made it sound gooey and delicious and we were largely disappointed when it was served to us. Bummer.

A perfect experience! A total 180° from our previous visit. The food was epic, pizza was made to perfection, everything was delicious. Tried the new Oktoberfest Sausage and Gouda stuffed mushrooms in an Alfredo and bacon sauce. I highly recommend it. Their Greek side salad is the perfect addition to any meal. Only thing that would have made it better would have been sliced pepperoncinis. Kids loved their chick strips and fries, fried to crispy excellence. And the kids ice cream sundaes topped with cookies, fudge, whipped cream and a cherry on top was truly the metaphor in real life. Maya is an amazing server. If you can request being in her section, she will take care of you like Royalty. A+++ visit. Can't wait to have another evening like this at Old Chicago again.

Ordered a to go order. Burger was raw when ordered medium, no tarter sauce or cole slaw with my fish, no chocolate milk that was supposed to come with the kids meals. Would not recommend

Honestly one of the better beer selections in town. They have an open seating which is a plus and outdoor which I really enjoyed. The bar is ample and there are TV's to watch sports. The menu is very American bar food. Worth the try if you're looking for something safe

The food is decent. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. This Old Chicago has the added benefit of having a casino attached to it. It has an entrance accessible from the parking lot but also one near the restrooms in the back. Good selection of games, reasonable drink prices, and nice attendants.

Ran out of potatoes on sunday afternoon. SMALLEST wings offered for money. Looked like pigeon wings with the cost of ostrich wings. Beer selection is great if you dont like good beer. Many other places to go.

Absolutely loved this pizza just mmmm GOOD! The waitress was nice but she kinda double worked herself cause she kept forgetting things, but she still got us what we asked for. I was amused by her. All in all pleasant experience!

The service was spot on. The selection was outstanding. The price is right for the food offered. Old Chicago is absolutely an ideal spot for that Italian urge. The only downfall on this trip was the appetizer, the pepperoni rolls didn't actually have any pepperoni in them.

I would say it's hit or miss at Old Chicago. The last two times I've been, my plate was on point. I also loved the Buzzed Hippie I ordered on tap. However, my daughter had subpar Mac & cheese (which is her favorite) with very dry & unflavorful broccoli. The next time, her order of spaghetti & sausage was good and she enjoyed much better. That's how it always is with food quality there. Now the service we get is always good. To me, it's a great restaurant to take a kid to. With all the TVs and other noise, as a parent, you can let your kid be a kid (mostly) here.
