I use the online to-go order feature because it is usually more convenient for me. However, this is the second time Ive came into the store to pick up my to-go order, to only realize the staff received my order but ignored it . They check their printer for the first time, and tell me to wait after having already placed the order 15 + minutes prior to my arrival. I asked the cashier today if it was a good idea to use this feature because of having experienced this twice in a short time frame. The employee seems aggravated and acted like I was inconnvience, "we busy, don't take time to look". I paid my full bill, left, and will never be back. The food has always been great but the customer service is horrible!

Absolutely fantastic service. The quality of the sushi was very good, on par with Wild Ginger's quality although I liked Wild Ginger's rolls just a little more. HOWEVER this place was my go to because it was much more affordable and very comparable.

On a recent road trip across the country, I got tired of eating fast food. My husband and I agreed to take the kids to a sit down restaurant, and Fancy Sushi looked like a reasonable place to try out. Thinking to go for quick and easy (and hard to go wrong with), we ordered cucumber rolls, and avocado rolls for the kids. It was a great choice. The avocado was *perfectly* ripe, and the cucumbers crisp and delicious. My husband ordered a few more traditional rolls for himself, and had no complaints.

We had a good time here. We sat at a table where we could cook our own selection. My wife loved the shrimp and the fresh veggies were great. Friendly and showed us how to do the cooking. It was fun for my wife's birthday celebration. I am not a sushi person, so cannot help with that.

This has long been one of our favorite restaurants in Billings. They have amazing sushi hand rolled in store with fresh ingredients. Their asian fusion food is also delicious, my favorite being the Mongolian Beef, while my wife prefers the Pad Thai. No matter what you can't go wrong. Used to be a BYOB establishment, they now have a beer and wine license which only made the experience better.

A fantastic korean BBQ and delicious creative sushi rolls as well as well made traditional sushi. If you haven't done Korean BBQ they show you how to cook the first batch. Which was super helpful as i hadn't made korean BBQ in years. I really recommend ordering a bottle of sake from their delicious menu and mochi (ice cream wrapped in bean cake) for dessert.

We are in town on business and in Billings for the first time. This place came highly recommended. And we are Sushi lovers. Simply put... don't go. ** stars because it actually tasted good. Too bad.

The food was spectacular. The waiters were both very helpful and friendly. The restaurant gives you the choice of booth, table or up at the sushi bar. Our food presentation was phenomenal. The whole experience was worth doing again. They are slightly expensive but well worth the cost. Practice your chopstick skills! Have fun! We ordered spicy Kani balls, sashami, sushi combo platter for 2, tobiko balls, sweet and spicy and miso soup. We were happy with everything we tried.

Not sure what food other are eating here, but “Meh” was only thing we could ascertain. The Pad Thai was bland with very little sauce and the Thai basil was...bland also! Mushrooms in everything...don’t order thai here apparently. Service was even worse. Timid hostess took our drink order and checked in on us because waiter couldn’t speak english well? Not sure? Confused about who to reach out to about a bill or for condiments. Plenty of other places here in Billings...

We were pretty disappointed by this place. My husband and I ordered pad thai and thai basil and both were flavorless and mediocre at best. The pad thai appeared to have no sauce and was just noodles. The sushi did look better but unfortunately we went a different route and won’t be back again to see if it is better than what we tried. For the price point, just try somewhere else.

They have an entire half of their restaurant dedicated to Korean BBQ! It's not AYCE but the prices are decent and you definitely get enough meat to fill you up! Lunch specials are only about $15 per person. I would recommend the brisket and the pork belly, the KBBQ classics. Their brisket is cut a little thicker and slightly marinated. My wife's an expert it grilling it tender and juicy. The trick is to get the temperature of the grill low enough as to not burn the meat, and USE LOTS OF BUTTER. Jimmy the owner is a great guy and always helpful when it comes to menu recommendations! He recommended me a traditional Tzechuan dish which used to be on the menu called Boiled Beef that was phenomenal! Probably the closest thing to real Chinese food in all of MT.

I had the Pineapple Rice with shrimp and it was delicious. My co-worker had Sesame Chicken and he said it was really good and that the breading was better than a lot of places in town. Everything came out hot and you could tell it was fresh. We'll be back for sure!

A resounding 'meh'. Went here on a Friday night and the restaurant was half full. We started with an order of eggrolls and two vegetable rolls. The eggrolls were quite good, too greasy though. The vegetable rolls were an interesting first time try, though I wouldn't order again. Then came the main dishes. We ordered the mango chicken and pineapple fried rice. These were terrible. There's nothing else to say here. Service was a mixed bag, we had several servers at our table through the visit. One seemed to not care, another was super nice and attentive, yet another took out drink order and brought the wrong better out (and seemed massively confused about it). All together, we won't be back to Fancy Sushi.

A buddy and I went to try the Korean Bbq at lunch. That's germaine to the review but I'll get to it later. So the menu has some typos/ misprints and we were a bit unsure but both ordered 2 meats since that's basically what it says. Well, we are both pretty big dudes but the amount of food that came out took up almost all of the table and then the owner comes over with a plate of sushi for free! So we are doing our best to eat the ribs and pork belly i ordered and the brisket and shrimp my bud ordered as well as the tasty sushi roll when the owner comes by again with a free bowl of squid salad! Dude is a feeder for sure...lol! The salad btw was not bad but I couldn't just eat a bowl of it. A couple of bites along with everything else we got was ok though. The meal comes with a big bowl of rice and soup or salad as well as kimchi and several kinds of banchan which are different pickled vegetables. Really tasty. You also get several sauces and garlic, fresh jalapenos and butter to use on the grill to cook the meat and the raw veg you also get. Onion, zucchini, and shrooms. It was all really good but there were a couple of negatives I'm afraid. One, the ribs were too tough to eat and two, we were stunned at the $63+ bill! As it turns out, each meat is priced individually even though it says choose 2 and the prices at lunch are from $12.95 for chicken up to $16.95 for shrimp. The dinner prices are about double that. So all of this to say...go hungry and ready to cook your own food on the tabletop grill and be prepared to pay a lot for more than one meat. Oh yeah, and the owner,who I now know is called Jimmy, gave us fried bananas with chocolate syrup and whipped cream! The guy loves to feed people...lol!

This is a very nice atmosphere restaurant. The staff are very nice, and it's very clean. The food is good, we ordered the Montana roll, and the warm winter roll. They brought us out a complimentary appetizer while we waited for our food. Their rolls are really heavy on the rice, and aren't rolled tightly, so they fall apart easily. It's good for a new variety of food, but probably won't be a regular spot. Two rolls and two soft drinks came to almost $50, which is quite allot for leaving still hungry. But like I said the same were super friendly!

I either eat here or order take out every couple weeks (if not every week). I love the food here - very high quality and ingredients are fresh. The hot and sour soup is perfect for the chilly weather and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a decent wine selection, but I cannot attest to the beer selection as I'm not a beer drinker. Their Fancy Rolls are excellent (my personal favorites are the Phoenix and Dynamite Rolls), but if you don't like Sushi their other selections are just as tasty and their menu is large and offers a variety of different dishes. The staff is great and I've never had a bad experience with them. I recommend Fancy Sushi to just about everyone and will continue to eat there.

The last time I was in however I was treated rather coldly by the staff (except for the female waitress, she was nice,) I was there to try the Korean bbq.
