It was ok seems like they need more space it was a little crowded and seemed like one by one stuff stopped working. Couldnt take pictures because it was out of paper and never got replaced. The good thing is my son didnt have enough tickets for a nice prize and i was able to pay the diffrence.

It is much cleaner and less crowded than it used to be. It’s a fun place and a lot of games. That said it is super pricey now. They use play passes now that is based on time. It is $11 a card for half an hour. $16 a card for an hour. Food prices have gone up also. If you have a large family expect to pay a lot.

I had my sons party here. It was great. The staff were attentive and friendly. My party host did everything for me. Because the party hosts go above and beyond between dancing and singing, serving pizzas, and cutting cake, you should definitely remember to tip them! A couple games were broken, but someone was quick to fix them and give us our missed tickets. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn’t want to lift a finger during their child’s party.

I love that you can buy all you can play game cards. I bought a 30 minute game card for only $10. My son played for 15 min, they have a stop feature at one of the kiosk, he ate, then resumed playing for 15 more minutes. Lovely idea.

It was at non-peak times, so I think that saved us. The pizza was really pretty good! The games are mostly all one token, so you can play for quite a long time on 20 tokens. At the end we had to leave quickly, so we gave our tickets to another family.

Its was horrible experience today. How does a kids place have broken bathrooms during peak time. The party was fun and we had a good time celebrating our favorite 1 year old. Next time you have restroom issues you should pay the extra money to get that issue resolved especially when kids can't hold it!

My children absolutely love Chuck E. Cheese and they always enjoy themselves. I would recommend purchasing points rather than minutes. If you don't use all of your points you can save them for another day of fun. If you purchase minutes once those minutes are up, you lose your balance. Points/Minutes are inexpensive. The food/drinks on the other hand are ridiculous! 2 large pizzas are $40. Not including drinks! So feed your children before hand lol

Lots of fun for ages 4-40 tonight. Celebrated a 9th birthday, and everyone had fun. Unlimited play for x amount of time is the way to go, husband and I shared a card with the 4 year old, and got the biggest bang for our buck. The a card each for the 9 and 10 year old. I wouldn't however eat here again. We got a combo #3 for $37.99. It came with 2 large 1-topping pizza and 4 drinks. The pizza tastes like cardboard, and is over priced. I did however like the unlimited salad bar. Over all with the $120 we spent for a family of 6 for 2 hours, with food!

My great granddaughter had her 8th birthday party there today at 3 and we stayed til 6. I wish I would have looked at the name tags of the outstanding employees who worked there today. They were so helpful and accommodating among the noise and chaos. What a great experience they created. Thank you.

Different, I believe for the better. The Coins are gone and game card system is Time sensitive. Interactive Games with all the tickets, bells and lights. My 5 y/o loves it here.

In some ways it is better, with the wristband cards that can be loaded for unlimited play instead of buying a bucket of tokens. In some ways it is worse, everything spits out tickets almost. Low key the focus is on getting tickets over having fun first, at least for my kids it seems that way. The toys are still crummy... same Chinese junk. But, the toys don't even matter.

You can tell they are struggling financially which is a shame. Maybe its not the place for little kids anymore but during the weekdays its a cool place to meet up with some of your goofy friends and have a blast. Wings are great and so is the pizza. If you are a hipster and want a cool place to hang out on a Tuesday this is the place.

With the update from tokens to play as much as you want I feel like you get a better value. Only issue I would change is you can only pause the timer once so choose wisely.

soooooo unorganized and unmaintained. out of six ticket counting machines i noticed, only two were working. at least three game machines were shut down. all this would have been forgotten if the staff members were nice and friendly and attentive. i had to wait in line to redeem my toddler daughters ticket prize, and after ten minutes i caught the guys attention. i asked him if we could use our 189 points to get a $1.49 lolipop, and barely audibly he murmured "i think these are 200 points." so my husband decided he would rather go to the counter (prize counter and food counter are separated) and pay the $2 to get the lollipop for our very patient 2 year old. but there was no clerk at the counter. at least three parties were waiting in line behind us at an unmanned counter. when a girl finally appeared, she told us the lollipop is $1.49, therefore 149 points. SHE TOLD US TO GO BACK TO THE PRIZE COUNTER AND PAY WITH THE POINTS.

We celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday here & it was everything I remembered it to be when I was a kid. The place was clean, well stocked, and the food was good. The kids had a great time with the games & I was thankful there was an area for smaller kids as well. I wished some of the employees were a little livelier, they didn't seem too stoked about their job & we all kind of noticed it. It's typical Chuck E. Cheese, way expensive & a ton of tickets for really small prizes... Even with that though we had a great time & will definitely go back.

Probably the worst service. Have gone there twice for the same birthday party thinking maybe the service would be better next time but it was way worse. The party person never stayed with the group. The ticket machines were ALWAYS broken. And only one worked. Nearly all the pop was out and needed to be changed and when you told an employee they would roll there eyes. Employees didnt really have a smiling face. They rushed the kids when it came to prizes as well

Food took forever to come out. Our pizza sat out for probably about 45 mins before they even brought it to our table. It was cold. Everything was dirty. My kids had a blast, though, and that's what was most important

The smell as soon as we walked thru the door was absolutely horrendous. Took us forever to get a table, and when we did we had to ask for it to be cleaned off from the last guests. When they did clean it off, we were still kicking aside dirty plates that were left on the floor under the table. Also ridiculously expensive. They don't sell the tickets and the food in one package anymore. There's one high price for the tickets to play the game and then they charge another crazy amount for the food. At least nobody had an attitude, and they obviously get good business. The place was packed to the point where all five of us had to fight for elbow room.

Nice time. Kids did not like cards as well as coins. Last time there $80.00 resulted in 1800 tickets. This time $110.00 resulted in 400 tickets. I then bought all prizes for 3 of 4 boys. I was glad I COULD buy them so boys not disappointed. Pizza was very good Boys ages 3yr...5yr..7yr.. 8 yr.old.

They have good food but the drawings on the wall make me very uncomftorable. You would know once you see it. Otherwise they have great games and other prizes.

Nice place terrible business policy. My husband who is in the national guard and an active duty veteran and did tours to Iraq was told there was no military discount and they charged him $71 for less food and time then the military alpha or bravo choice offered. When confronted she stated that she didn't need to answer honestly because she is "running a business" shameful and on memorial day weekend to top it off. If you are military this chuck e cheese clearly doesn't care.

It was a great place for the grand kids. the staff was very nice, pizza was ok. Ice machine was broken so we had warm soda but that is the only negative thing. Place looks well used but it does cater to wild kids. Over all it was a good value .

Suprisingly at a 12 PM on Saturday, this Chuck E. Cheese was less packed than the Brookfield location. Based upon this experience, I would prefer this location 12-3 PM on a Saturday over Brookfield. Not as chaotic at the time. Cleaner yet smaller.

Your staff at this location is very rude and inconsiderate. Your manager lacks the customer service to even be a greeter at Walmart. My wife took our son and nieces here to have lunch and play. From the start the associate that helped her out was rude and condescending. When tickets were given at the machines, she asked for a bag, (like all the other kids had--a cotton candy bag), and was told very rudely 'NO' by your manager. The manager then said that she wasn't going to help my wife or kids. Not only are your prices outrageous, but your service standards compare to those of a Yak. As a manager in retail, I can tell you that what I heard about your location, (and have witnessed in the past), I will NEVER return to this abomination of an establishment.

I think it's much better now that u can pay a flat rate for a card that gives you the ability to play as many games as you can within a certain time period. We had 2 hours of playtime starting from when we first swipe the card. It makes it much more practical and easier for your child to go to get a prize with their tickets without having to spend hundreds of dollars

Nice facility - clean and friendly staff. Salad bar was appetizing and the pizza we ordered was fan-frickin-tastic. I've always liked Charles Edward's Pizzas. All machines were working except for the "Let Chuck E. Cheese sketch your picture" machine (pictured with my review). It was working; but the printed pictures would get stuck in the exit slot. I helped a couple customers help fishing it out of the machine. Oh...that's right. There was a game where you use an excavator to grab plastic "rocks" from the stream and it drops it on a scale. Due to the surface tension of the water, sometimes the plastic rocks would stick to the bucket and not release. Nothing too serious; but seems like Mr. Charles Edward doesn't want to give up his tickets so i can exchange them for more suckers. :p Again, nice and clean facility with a helpful and friendly staff.

We took advantage of the Wednesday special. Cost was 14.99 for an hour of unlimited play. Downside was certain games not working and staff seemed undertrained not seeming to know how to fix them. We orded the brownies which were good. Overall my 13,11,11,5 year olds all left very happy. We will be back for sure!

The pizza is actually pretty good the service was decent I wish they would have picked up and wiped the tables a little more often during our stay. All the kids machines worked. I think the slow service was because they seemed to be a little understaffed. Not really the employees fault. For a Saturday it was really surprising to see them with only a few employees.

The new Playpass instead of tokens is a real disappointment. Not only is the fun of having tokens gone, but the card readers don't always work, they deduct points from the balance without letting you play, and the machines are not working correctly. We did have some fun today, but overall we're disappointed and won't plan on coming back any time soon.

It has gotten better. Food is good and the fun is great. Just a little quicker in taken customers orders. Still pricy as heck. And still don't like that they serve alcohol. Some parents don't kno how to handle there drinking. It's a place for kids not a bar. If you need to have a beer and have fun with your kids then you should have stayed home. Would like so see better games especially how spendy they are. Customer service is ok.

Worst experience we've ever had in a public place. The staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING (smell, covered in feces, etc), the salad bar we paid for they refused to refill with lettuce even though we requested several times, they refused to clean off any tables so after waiting for 25 mins we gave in and cleaned off our own tables, & most of the games are "out of order" or refuse to give you tickets at all, let alone the correct amount of tickets We are very disappointed and will never again return. It's not hard to impress a 2 year old, but they sure did miss the mark over & over again. In total, we spent about $200 on food (for 8 adults & one child) just to be disrespected repeatedly.

My kids love it, but they're 2 and 4. They take advantage of the fact that you want your kids to have fun....It is expensive, crowded, dirty, most of the staff have no manners/ customer service skills, and the games and food are not great. Also, the prizes are worse than they were when I was a kid. This is a once every few years kind of place.

My kids love this place. As I also do. The new pizza is the closest to NYC pizza in the SW... All you can eat salad bar is very popular at lunch for blue collar. Six stars. Evenings and weekends belong to the kids.

The time playing games was a bit frustrating, because many machines would not be working right. They would run out of tickets, and didn't get filled in a timely manner. Timely being before we left. It was also hard to find help, and the workers seemed bothered and not very happy with their jobs.

We love this place!! We like to go during the day when it isn't busy. The games are usually all working and the employees are kind and courteous. They have excellent gluten-free pizza, even cooked in a bag to avoid cross contamination.

We most recently visited here in July 2019. My 7 year old son loved it and although it is smaller than the Fort Collins location it was nice and the staff friendly. It was nicer and cleaner than I remember it from years ago and they have made improvements. This is a fun place for kids and a great place to have a birthday party.

Pizza is pretty good, wasnt cut so had to rip it apart because there was no silverware. Half the games for the kids were out of order, counted 5 with tags on them and 2 that just didn't work with no signs or anything. At the end go to count the tickets and only one ticket machine worked. All while only one girl was running around kind of working and no one else in sight.

Not very happy with this place the only reason for two stars is because my daughter still had fun an they tried by giving a discount a. But long story short. Over $200 for a party where expectations were set then not met. Our party was the first one in we were told they pizza would be out no later than 45 mins in an hour later still no pizza. Everyone else in the place got there's an apparently ours was given away. Then I was told it wasn't put in right! We placed the whole order online an our receipt was correct. To bad they can't read it and actually do things the way they say they will. Ended up telling off the manager an crew almost an hour and half in. Finally got our pizza an had to rush my daughter into finishing her party. I will NEVER hold a party for my kids here again.

Ice machine was broken, several games were being worked on, several more games weren't working (but didn't know until the card was swiped and tokens removed), bathrooms weren't very clean, soda machines looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, salad bar was not being used during out visit (no ice) but it had food crumbs and sunflower seeds all over it. I'm giving 2 stars because despite all that the staff was friendly and my kid had a blast.

I don't know what to think about the service. Most times I go there's no one up front. I believe Chuck E. is suppose to come out every 30 mins on his own, I always have to ask them to get him out here. Last but not least it really bugs me that they start cleaning and turning off everything 30 mins before closing, sometimes even earlier. Do not reccommend this particular chucky cheese. I live in New Berlin and went to this particular chucky cheese and was horrified at the state if this place. This place is filthy probably because of the ignorance of the people who visit this place. Most parents that visited here did not have buy play points or tokens they could use for their kids, so their kids would run around trying to find a free ride. I had a time card, so I did many swipes for other little ones who were around. A lot of people would take someone else's used soda cups, rinse em at the pop machine and pour new soda so they didn't have to buy a drink. The floor near the pop machine was sticky because of the all constant soda spills. My kids love Chuck-e-cheese but we will never return to this particular one.

Kids enjoy it. They have recently replaced many of the games with newer modern type games but they pay out minimal amounts of tickets and their prizes are meh at best. You can now "buy" your prize if you don't have enough tickets, 1 ticket = 1 penny takes the fun out of it if you ask me. But the kids really like it and it's a good way to kill time. Pizza was ok, but salad bar was gone when we were there on a Tuesday so that was disaapointing.

The management was disgustingly rude, and the staff couldn't be bothered to help us, I've been going here for my siblings birthdays for at least 5 years, and the new management is not good, every birthday, we always sit in the back party area and buy pizza, soda and games, but recently we have been going, and they will not let us sit back there, even though there are 5 tables open, and the games are outrageously expensive now, as well as the food. Not to mention the very poor quality of the food, if the food is going to less than pleasing, it should be priced accordingly. It was $60 for games and 2 frozen pizzas that came out still cold. If you are looking for a place similar, with games and food, I recommend the Summit, and avoid the headache.

They need more help. The bathrooms are disgusting. Some of the veggie's in the salad bar were going bad. My son in law wanted a beer and they wouldn't serve him. Yet they served a guy just after him. We also ordered a half pepperoni and cheese pizza, yes you guessed it was wrong . They made it all pepperoni.

It's always cool to go with kids at this place. Kids were super excited. This is a fun place for kids. It is also very safe. No kid can't go outside without approved guardian. An attendant I saw all the time at the entrance and exit. So that someone can exit only with guardian. You can sit and relax while kids playing because they take your biggest worry. It is wheel chair accessible place. People can celebrate birthday over their and can invite other kids to join.

I had not been to Chuck E Cheese's in many years, after this experience I will be going more often. We were there from 1:30 till about 3 on a Friday afternoon. Maybe this is a less busy time but it was very pleasant. The pizza was very good. It was not too loud or crowded. It was light and bright and a very nice atmosphere. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had a coupon (readily available) we got a large one topping pizza and 150 tokens for $26, I thought this was very reasonable. A great experience.

Doing a Birthday party here is a waste of money. Our party host was about as pleasant to speak with as a giant turd!! Dont waste time complaining because they wont even respond back. They charge for things you dont even get and then when you complain they give u $3 back over a $30 discrepancy. We will never have a birthday party here again and we arent likely to go back either.

Having encountered a very rude employee online, I will never visit this location or any other Chuck E. Cheese again for that matter. She was chastising and demeaning someone in the comment section of a news page for being in the story talking about how a recent cyberattack affected her online business. I made a comment to her that it's a good thing it didn't affect her job at Chuck E. Cheese, and her response was "Yup Karri Smith cuz then where would u dump your brats at!?" I'll "dump my brats" elsewhere. My son is turning 6 in a couple of months and we were planning to have his birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. My soon to be 3 year old would probably have wanted the same thing a couple of months later. Insulting your base clientele isn't a bright move, Leslie T.

Our kids always enjoy going to Chuck E. Cheese's. They have pizza, games, and birthday celebration areas. This location is always a little dirty (uncleaned tables from previous patrons and debris on the floors in the gaming areas), but otherwise a fun place to bring kids. The safety system for parents and kids is nice. It is a little pricey, but similar to other kids play places. The pizza is pretty tasty.

My daughter had a fun time, so I suppose that's all that truly matters. However, both my daughter and I disliked the old, bland, rubbery pizza as well as their fountain drinks. We took a sip of every choice they had, and if it was carbonated--it was flat. I had a Birthday Party for my Granddaughter,They catered to my granddaughter's every whim. They made the day special for her. She is still telling friends and other family members it was the Best Birthday ever. The staffing were very attentive to our needs and wonderful. Over all a fabulous good time. They did some remodeling and put a ton of new games in and took a bunch of the old ones out - looks really good!!! March-2018 Had a great time with the family. Went on a saturday around "brunch" time 11-1130ish. Started to get crowded around 245-3ish. Customer service was great, was greeted right away with a smile. The employee at the front counter was really nice and friendly. Answered any questions i had WITHOUT any attitude. Pricing is great (go with minutes instead of points - minutes are more worth your money) for 2 hours its $30+tax (mintues are unlimited play - points are like tokens). All the food was delicious and HOT and served in a timely manner. Ordered a 1-topping pizza its 25+tax 4 drink cups are included with multiple refills. Pizza was great. They also have stuffed crust pizza too. Also ordered the larger app sampler and it was great - came with wings, cheesy bread, fries, celery sticks, and regular bread sticks - also came with 4 sauces ketchup, marinara, ranch, and bleu cheese (cheesy bread was my favorite) cant remebered the price (if i had to guess it probably was around 13+tax). The bathrooms were pretty decent and didnt have that damp moldly smell. Have alot of games for all ages big or small. Careful not all the games give out tickets.

We went here for the first time on yesterday. All the machines were broken either they would take your points and not work or your tickets would not come out . The ticket machines were even broken . The place did not look very clean . They were also understaffed . This has been one of the worse chucky cheese's that we have been too , it is also the smallest location we have been too. I've been here with the kids numerous times whether just for the kids or for birthday parties. The place is always clean and safe. The staff is always courteous especially during parties which they are very at tentative. I really like their food other than the fact it's pretty pricey. I was there for a school fundraiser and it was not great. First of all, only one person was working the register, and the line was very long and took forever. While we sat and waited for our pizza, we watched kids climb on the salad bar and grab food from it. We also saw a guy walking around with the back of his pants so low that his whole underwear were showing, several other parents were very upset, one did make a complaint. The soda area was filthy with a smooshed chocolate cupcake with blue frosting on the floor the whole time we were there which was about 2 1/2 hours. We also watched people that were waiting to trade in their points and since they must have been short staffed, people were just walking away with cotton candy and spiral suckers. One kid went as far as to reach up and steal a rocket football and start playing catch with it and then ran off with it. I asked an employee about the ticket blaster since I received some coupons from their teacher for our kids to use and the employee said he would find someone for it and walked off and never came back with an answer. It was not staffed well enough, and the staff that was there could care less. In all fairness, the pizza was pretty good and surprisingly the games worked well and gave out the tickets correctly, and our kids did have fun.

What can you say, it’s a Chuck E. Cheese. Great for kids, birthday parties and winning tickets. The pizza is not great but the kids love it. There is a jungle gym thing they can climb, slide and play it so it’s not just paid games. A range of games so it’s good for different ages. The seating section in the front still has the band (I heard nationally they are removing these?). My daughter loves it and we hit it for a few birthdays a year.

You can tell they are struggling financially which is a shame. Maybe its not the place for little kids anymore but during the weekdays its a cool place to meet up with some of your goofy friends and have a blast. Wings are great and so is the pizza. We love taking our family to Chuck E Cheese's. There has been a significant change recently and I love it! The space now is very open which gives parents of older kiddos the freedom to watch and keep their eye on their kids from a distance. There also isn't a small jungle gym anymore that parents usually had to climb into to retrieve their small children, (which wasn't easy). My daughter is special needs and I just found out that on Sundays they have times where our special needs kids have the place to themselves! The staff there are really amazing. I love that we all have to be stamped to enter and our stamps are checked before we leave for the safety of our children. The cost isn't too high anymore and they have tons of coupons online. If you aren't going to play games or eat, admission is free. Some of the games appear to work when they aren't which is cool because our really little ones still get to enjoy it without having to pay for it. I love that everything is on a play pass card and it never expires. They have games for all ages and rides for little guys. Even rides for 1 - 3 people like the tea cup. The only downside really, (if anything) is their shortage on staff. And if you are patient, it's really no big deal.

The place is dirty and not well maintained, same machines same games, very sad seeing that this childhood place is literally going down. Here's some pictures of the games and the place.

We had bought the unlimited play, and we tested to see if the pause worked because we had to use the restroom. After that we start playing and it’s a lot of fun I will admit. Our pizza arrives, so we try to pause our cards. It doesn’t pause so we go up to question. They tell us that you can pause it once. So they change 2 of the cards (we had 4 cards) to only have twenty tokens, or points. So we are left with barely and tokens, even though we had 32 minutes left of play. Overall not impressed

You only get 2 hours of play time for the birthday parties and they told us you can't pause birthday game cards. So make sure your kids eat before they start playing.

My girls love this place! So many games they can play. Good prizes to redeem from collected tickets. Food could be better, but still great place to be a kid!

Pizza was ok, staff looked and acted uninterested. It seemed there were more machines broken or out of tokens than ones that worked. Poor showing for my grandaughter and my 9 and 13 year olds first time there! Also, fix the Chuckie photo car! It's the only descent souvenir there.

Israel is very great with children. Very kind and goes a extra mile to make the kids smile. Also the lady in the front desk, Hispanic usually wears glasses is also very kind and respectful. They make the experience so joyful for the kids every time we go!

We went there for my daughter birthday party and download chuck app for tickets. The manger wouldnt let us redem the tickets because he said we had to print them out but the app says to redem in store.

Very nice place for family time and LITTLE ones a birthday party but be careful with the point machine when paying with bank card. My money was taken by CC and The machine did not dispense my 2 play point cards, and neither did the manager until I showed him my damn bank statement from my phone showing they took the money. Other than that it is a very nice place for family time

Service was great, very helpful. My son enjoyed playing the arcade games, and they are Chuck E. Cheese games, not Dave and Buster games. The pizza was really good, something I really didn't expect. Great to take kids for fun.
