Enjoyed a Saturday watching a football game, then went to the American bar because I have always heard so much about. Lots of nostalgia, very friendly staff, enjoyed a kicked up French dip with Burger Meister onion rings. French dipwith generous amount of roast beef pepperoncini peppers and creamed horseradish was outstanding. Looking for a reason to get back that way as it is a little bit off the beaten path, might just have to make an afternoon drive.

Poor servive, Bartender to busy going out front door to "party" than attend to customer orders. Maybe we were to old to be there on a Saturday night.

Katie was amazing!! We called for reservations on a Sunday for 17 hungry people and every order was made to perfection. Compliments to the kitchen staff, and to Katie. She exceeded our expectations. So friendly and generous amounts of food with a BIG smile in the middle of nowhere. LOL. Highly recommend the American Bar in Stockett, Montana about 20 min from Great Falls. Check out the most beautiful sunsets too.
