I ordered some nachos with the toppings on the side since i wanted munchies while i was at the hotel next store. Phone service by Ashley was great and food was ready when I popped in. The gentleman behind the bar was so friendly and my food was great. The price is pretty average as well so not overpriced. Will be back, great job guys.

Great waitress. Awful owner(manager?). You know what is absolutely RIDICULOUS? An inexperienced waitress waiting on a group of almost 20 people by herself. Reservations were made, they knew we were coming in. My neice didn't get her food until everyone was done eating(our food took a long time also) and after she cancelled it. Then the owner or manager had an attitude with a young adult, saying that she came in late. She ordered with everyone else. This was infront of the whole family. There were at least 5 adults in that room who have served in a restaurant before. There was NOTHING wrong with our waitress; however, there is no reason to be that slow (there we maybe 2 or three tables?) and have so much screwed up. We were there for my nephew's birthday. This was my first time here and it will be my last.

My boyfriend Christmas party was her last night. The waitress did her best. But they put us in the conference room. It was clearly used as a storage room. The food well they didn't have everything on menu and when a group of 15+ are food was serve one plate at a time. For the drinks we could of walked to fiddlers green a block away to get are drinks and it would of been faster. I myself ordered a new York med. With twice baked potato and corn. My stake was still bleeding and the corn tasted like it has been reheated for a week. The mashed potatoes are gray that I got was the best thing on the plate. Then the response I get was we where busy. Well other places are way busier and they can handle it. So I don't see why you couldn't. I've worked in food / bar service and no you weren't busy over half the tables were empty.

First off, I'll say this restaurant looks really nice inside. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, but the big thing that upset us the most was that the restaurant had a new cook that only started that day, and the other cook had gone home, leaving her alone. The waitress had to actually help her in the kitchen. It took us almost an hour to get our food, and there was only one other table with customers. They were nice enough to offer a discount, I'm just so upset they would leave a new cook to fend for herself.

Went to lunch on a Friday at 1130am. Didn't know the restaurant wasn't open. Ate in the casino. Food and service was good. But we were the only people there, which felt strange.

We have eaten here several times and have always gotten friendly service. A couple times the salad bar was kind of spars, but they will replenish if you ask. Nice variety on menu! Something for any taste.

Waited an hour for our food then when my dad sent his back it took another hour and by that time everyone was done. So only positive experience was our waitress lol

Very nice experience. Lisa did a great job as our server. The club sandwich is a winner and with thick sliced Turkey and ham, generous amount of bacon and tomato. Restaurant was very clean.

Was just there. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes until I finally told the bartender I needed a drink since she was purposely ignoring me to be told my ID wouldn’t work because it’s from out of state. Very stupid and uneducated staff members. Wouldn’t suggest stopping in here. I would suggest to anyone around that area to go across the street to 4B restaurant and 800 casinos like Americas bartender suggested I do. Very friendly and cheap drinks and very good food. Don’t waste your time at America you’ll be glad you took my word for it.

Uncomfortable atmosphere with a full bar set off in a dark corner of the dining area and tacktfull decor. The prices are high for food that is fast-food quality at best. Asked for ketchup and mustard for our burgers and instead of getting bottles we were given small cups of condiments. The gift shop is kind of a neat idea and the staff are good. Definitely needs work on the menu.

My Prime Rib dip was kind of dried out and very cold inside as well as my aujus being cold/room temperature, his open faced roast beef sand was very cold in the middle (refrigerator cold), & his coffee was cold and our vegetables....were completely mush. This explains why it only took 3- 4 minutes to get it. There was only 1 other customer in there as we didn't come in until about 2:30. You'd think we couldve gotten it served up hot with all the extra time the cook had to prepare it. Other than that I think it would have been good, priced high for what we got. $34 for two ppl to eat lunch. Our server was great.

Good environment, good drinks, nice staff. Food is eh... Ordered a ribeye medium rare and it was overdone. Also asked for garlic herb butter on it and it did not have it on there. The other person had a 'loaded potato' that was overdone/dry and not 'loaded' like you would expect. Will come again, but would love to see improvements with the food.

Showed up at 540, ordered at appx 550, server was attentive. We order finger steaks and a burger. The place had maybe 5 tables at the best. Another guest was seated right behind us at 610 he ordered a steak got his steak, and paid his tab prior to us receiving our meal. Ours finally showed up. Cold and nasty. $30 for two cheap bar food meals which are better served at anywhere else. This was strike three for this place for us. Hopefully they close and somebody else better utilizes the amazing building Shawn had built.

I have visited here twice. Once meeting clients for lunch. The food was reasonable, hot and quick. The place is huge, lots of space, high ceilings. I like the decor. I also was here for a morning meeting. They have a room set aside for small groups and functions. I could see the room for meetings, but also for large family dinners.

Steaks were overcooked and staff was not well trained. 15 minutes just to take our order and we were in a high traffic area and they forgot about us even though they were not busy at all. Just gave them a 2nd chance and tried burgers. Absolutely awful. Won't try again.

We went for breakfast they have good prices but waitress forgot to bring our sons drink then brought out milk instead of juice, she forgot the biscuit to go with my meal, the gravy for biscuits and gravy didn't have a whole lot of flavor and our Hashbrowns were very greasy. 20 people eating 10 people waiting for seating and 50 open seats. Why on earth would I wait 20 minutes to get seated when there are at least 15 open tables/booths. On my way out the door I heard some say their beer had been empty for 30 minutes.

We both had the open faced turkey and it was extremely salty we refused the meal but They insisted we pay so we did but we couldn't eat that poor quality food. After paying for that meal we went to Cracker Barrel Resturant, their food was great and at reasonable cost. That place was packed! Follow the crowd they know whare good food is....

Salad bar was good. Waiter was rude and unable to answer simple questions about the hamburger. When asked how big the patty was he just said I don't know, I tried to drag it out of him and he kept saying I don't know. I asked him if he had ever seen one of their burgers and he said yes. I gave up. The manger waited on me after that. I'll never go back.

Oh my goodness. First thing the service was great. Then the wheels fell off. If you like brown frozen salad and meat that has long been bad this is the place for you. Corn beef that some dogs would not eat didn’t even smell right. Don’t know about the other food but mine is in a to go box in a dumpster. The young lady who waited on me was great only thing is I lied to her about things being fine. For that I am sorry. Did leave her a 20% tip would like to slap the person that tried to pass off the so called meat. Other food may be great but I won’t be the one to experiment with it.

Well the first time we went there we had a good experience. Tonight what can I say good. We waited forever to be seated. There was a couple in front of us who said they were waiting a long time. We finally got seated but the waitress didn't even ask if we wanted a drink. Then all the waitresses were running around bit did not even pay attention that we were sitting there so we decided to leave. Very poor service

Traveling the country and came upon this family restaurant. Great food & Gracie our waitress was GREAT!! Very personable, attentive & friendly. She also gave us some ideas to visit while we're in the area. My husband has a special diet (gluten-free) she made every effort to help us find items on the menu that he could eat. We enjoyed our meals here and will definitely be back before we hit the road again.

Waited 45 minutes + for a Reuben sandwich and mushroom appetizer. 3 small tables in the bar area and very few on the restaurant side. Left before we got our food. All this after waiting 20 minutes for waters and having to ask for menus. Not impressed!

Great staff! Great atmosphere! We didn't eat there but the food looked amazing. We sat in the lounge which has a nice bar with a beautiful countertop which resembles the American flag! Has awesome very large screens and lots of TV's. Great sports bar!!! Only problem is this place needs to advertise the lounge better! We would not have stopped if our hotel would not have suggested it!! Loved this place!

Had dinner and lunch here often during our few week work assignment in Billings. Has a welcoming atmosphere, awesome place to watch sports, very friendly staff and delicious food. Ken the manager, Pam and Larae were usually working when we were there to eat or just to have drinks. All of the staff showed a perfect balance of professionalism and friendly personable customer service. We, along with a group of coworkers, kept returning there to eat instead of other places around our hotel over our two week stay. Prime Rib night

First time there. One of our friends had wings - they were bland and rubbery. Another had French dip, which was gristly and extremely salty. I had split pea and ham soup which was served as a very thick paste, better handled by a fork than a spoon. The food was terrible - no one ate even half their serving and no go-box was requested. BUT ... the place and the people are really nice! Service was great! They just need an actual chef! Or at least an average cook!

Took 15 minutes to get drinks about 20 minutes after are drinks to get are food ordered but the food came fast the drinks didn't get refilled till the meal was done cause the sever never came by to check on us we did see are server watching us from the kitchen window and we had to get up and find someone to get are check and it was about 45 minutes to get are change the sad part we were there was only a few people in there

First time there. Ambience was neat. The food was okay, not fantastic, but good. Staff was very kind, especially when my 2.5 yr old nephew decided he was done with his tax le manners for the day. When his tantrum was over and the water and his food was everywhere, they very graciously helped very embarrassed auntie and mom of said toddler. Also they were great with him prattling away to them in his own little language and that always means a lot to our family

We came in at 8:05pm on 6/23/19 waited at the door 10 minutes. No one came to seat us, the bar tender who was closing up just stared at us from a distance. I know it was 50 minutes from closing but come on.
