This is hands-down absolutely the most phenomenal Small Town restaurant I have been to in years !! The story goes to my truck broke down and I made it to the in Bethany Missouri. I asked the lady at the front desk if they had Uber or Lyft and they said no but this restaurant down the road would pick you up. so I told them to give him a ring and I will stand around waiting outside in this nice really nice black Chevy pickup truck shows up and outcomes this very delightful older lady going inside the hotel. I thought there is no way that this could be my ride to the restaurant but I walked inside, only to find out that it was not just my ride to the restaurant but it was the owner herself coming to pick me up from the hotel at 8 at night on a Sunday !!! Needless to say the steak special was fantastic ! the building was really awesome they had a lounge upstairs gigantic buffet if you wanted to do that. And my waitress was spectacular.

Traveled from Oklahoma to Minnesota. Made a point of stopping here. Heard it was a good place. Dynamite food. Cool country atmosphere. Nice server. Buffet was killer. Food was fresh. Salads were cold and crisp. We will be back when we come thru next time for sure. By the way...the country gravy was spot on and the mashed potatoes were seasoned right...moist and creamy. Good show ! Thumbs up from the northern states! Go America!

Late evening meal while traveling through town, so I took advantage of their anytime breakfast. Quaint atmosphere in a small town setting. I like my bacon crispy but this serving was way beyond that. The buffet was still set up: appeared to be a reasonable layout. I would stop again.

The food was great, the service friendly, and it was good and clean. The only thing I was confused about was the portions vs the prices. The sandwiches were all $8 or more with no drink or side included. But the $12 basket we got had five huge strips of chicken tenders with an ungodly amount of fries. So it’s a tad overpriced, but we had a good experience there.

A definite kid friendly family restaurant. The wait staff was very understanding about my three year old godson's curiosity and mess making. The service was prompt and performed with a smile. I recommend stopping in of ever you have the opportunity.

Southern food but you can also eat healthy. Had a lunch buffet with spinach, plenty of vegetables, maybe not cooked in olive oil but had some good looking salads on the menu and some grilled chicken dishes. The pork loin on the buffet was amazing.

Decided to stop here just now for dinner on a road trip, ordered the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. More than half of my chicken was raw and my potatoes were cold and overly salty. I ate what was edible and let my friend try some of the cold potatoes. I let my server know and she told the owner, when it came time to pay my inedible food that I could barely eat was still $12.99. I let the owner know and she told me because I ate some of it I had to pay for it. Save your money and get a Casey's pizza right down the street.

I had always loved Toot Toot until 23 days ago. I drove 2 1/2 hours and when we were finally greeted the woman at first was pleasant and was going to put us at a table by the buffet until she walked around the desk and saw my service dog who is very clearly marked and identified... The woman said oh you have that dog... You have to sit back here ,and marched us to the very back room and even wanted us to sit at the very back table. She was irritated when we sat towards the front of the room. When I quietly expressed my displeasure at being banished she only said look I'm just doing what I'm told. When we finally got our salad it had vegtables that were too huge to eat meaning tomato slices that were more like a third of a beefsteak tomato lobbed on the plate. The fish sandwich was too tough to eat. We would have had the buffet but already was made to feel unwelcome. Really sad I was banished to the very back of the restaurant because I have disability that requires a service animal. Unfortunately I won't be back.

My family always talked highly of this place, but I never knew how good it was gonna be until I went. The sweet rolls are OUT OF BOUNDS. The food was so fresh, it tasted like a home cooked meal. Our server was the sweetest & attended to each of us in our party. We had 12 people and she handled us (and some of our big personalities) so well! I left Toot Toot already wanting to go back in and eat again... but I was too full!

The sign out front really says it all. "Get hungry fast, and come back soon", because you will not leave hungry . Portions will more then satisfy any appetite. What is even better the taste is delicious.

At the end of a successful day trip to Kansas we found ourselves looking for variety & quality. We actually backtracked to find Toot - Toot because it fit the criteria & there were tons of good "reviews" online already! Standing in the buffet line happy new friends were more than pleased to make more recommendations or point out that the owner cans her own fresh green beans. We loved the variety & high quality, tasty cantelope & watermelon as well as the prime rib, potatoes, gravy, fish, shrimp & fried misc. Although the parking lot was packed, there was no wait & we were greeted almost before we crossed the threshold! Our server was attentive, helpful & friendly. The food was hot & plentiful, well- stocked. The only down side is the uneven "ramp" but since they created a shiny, glittery t-shirt in it's honor, who am I to judge? (And yes I want that shirt. LOL.....shiny) Don't you mess with my (new) TOOT- TOOT. (ALSO LOVE THE HUGE SIGNS)

Easy wheelchair access. CLEAN! No fingerprints on the 4front doors, windows, kids seats were clean, restrooms freshly cleaned! SO many food choices! I bravely ordered liver and onions with mashed potatoes. Seriously as good as my mother (from Trenton) used to make. Don't pass by this place! Oh, great wait staff too!

I'm not much for trying new places but my wife and I decided to check this place out. I can't lie, I was amazed at how good their food is on the buffet. I mean I can eat but one plate and I was done. The foods amazing the price is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this home style place. Loved it!!

Buffet is reasonably priced with great selection of food. Saturday night was all kinds of seafood, and the prime rib was so juicy good. Sunday morning breakfast buffet was great with options of sweet and savory foods. Good service and some delicious jam for sale to take home!

It's a buffet, so you can eat there as much as you can. Very reasonable price ($13). They have a lot of meats, salads and really nice desserts! You can take your own sundae. And for vegetarian, they have awesome salads!
