Food is ok. The inside waiting area is horribly dirty though. If they clean the kitchen like the lobby, this place should be shut down by the health inspector. This is a classic case of people serving a community that they are not a part of and don't respect. This cleanliness of this place would NEVER be acceptable in other (non-black) parts of town...but since they are serving black folks, the standards for cleanliness have been lowered.

The food (grilled chicken) was good but the two young men behind the register were rude, nonchalant and had absolutely no manners in the least. Having common courtesy by saying "hello" & "thank you" is not difficult. I will take my business elsewhere. My first and last visit was yesterday.

Horrible i spent over $60.00 in this place and asked for my chicken to have lemon pepper and iam so glad they didn't listen because they fried my 30 pieces of chicken in the same grease they fried their fish when i got home i was very upset i live to far to away from this restaurant but iam telling everyone don't eat there don't waste time spending your hard earn money with these ppl and then their attitude is very unprofessional they like to act like they don't understand what you're saying to them.never again will my family go to this place

I love this place! Correction I love this location because I've been to others and it was disappointing. Service is great and I've NEVER had a problem with my food. The wings and fries are my go to. If you enjoy lemon pepper wings Chicago style this spot is perfect. It's just a shame I don't live in the area or I'd be there 3 times a week. Place is clean. Food is hot AND correct. Staff is friendly and prompt. All good in my book.

A little slow, but it was lunch time & there were lots of people picking up take out. Resaurant is very small and bit dingy (Not dirty) because mostly a take out place. But eat in or out the food is great! Gyros and chicken are awesome. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable & the order size is huge!

The food it really good. It takes a while to get the orders as they make it fresh. But it was piping hot and worth the wait. We had a fairly large order and they got it all right. The only area for improvement I see is the friendliness of the staff. While not precisely rude, they weren't exactly friendly, and I actually felt a bit akward as I am not the clientele they are used to (obviously) and I literally just arrive from CO. But I still recommend it and they have a decent selection of cheap deals and combos.

My husband and I are trying to stay on a keto diet. It was kind of hard smelling the fish and chicken which was all fried. We tried their Gyro Salad and it was great. So much food we took half of it home for supper. It was just as delicious that evening.

The food took forever. They messed up the orders and when I finally got home my steak was so tough I couldn't eat it then on top of that they gave me a rotten baked potatoe. Took the baked potato back and the 2nd one was rotten as well. Money wasted.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother placed an order for 100 wings yesterday to be picked up today at 7pm (which was an extensively aggravating ordeal in and of itself). However, when she called at 6pm today to check on the order they suddenly had damnesia and to top it off, an attitude. If you have the audacity to have an attitude with a customer for your lack of competence, organization, and professionalism, that is pathetic. Very sorry excuse for customer service.

First time there. Paid for reg shrimp dinner with cheese fries. Wouldn't recommend. Came with no drink. Opened plate when git home, shrimp looked appealing but did not taste good. Fries did not taste fresh an hardly had cheese on them. (Picture is before i ate anything) maybe i may try another dinner plate another time. Overall, their establishment is well kept, an customer service cashier is friendly.

I have to give this location one star for horrible service. My boyfriend and I went there yesterday and placed our order a 7:24. I ordered a chicken philly and my boyfriend ordered 6 wings. We had no#25. There was a couple of people waiting already for their orders. Then a lot of people came in after us to placed orders. We were sitting right across from the counter. So not only everybody in the place got their food before us, but also all the people who came in for pick up orders. I got concerned when he yelled out no#28. When it got down to us and one other couple left. The guy called out no# 27. I yelled, "What about 25!" He said back what is 25. My boyfriend told him. Look like the guy grabbed some bags that been siting under the warmer. HOW LONG who knows. It was almost 8pm when we got our food. No apology. No type of complimentary soda or dessert offer for our inconvenience. The sad part to all this is my boyfriend wanted to go to New York Grill, but it was my bright ideal to come here. This was my first and last time at this establishment. Oh, my philly they were skimpy on the amount of meat put on my sandwich and my fries were cold.

I ordered 3 super philly mix a week ago and they gave us 3 regular philly. So we called and the manager on duty took my name and said when you come back just give your name and we will remake your order for free. Today I called and placed my order over the phone and gave my name and explained how our order was wrong a week ago and it should be free per the manager. The young lady immediately got an attitude and said ok it will be ready in 15 mins. I get there to pick up my order and the manager acted as if he didnt have a clue about the situation and charged me $20 for my order. I will not patronize anymore.

My orders are done in a timely manner and I even get my lemon pepper sprinkles but I think the cooking oil could use an upgrade. You have to eat your food when it's hot because it doesn't heat up very well, meaning that those thirty minute later leftovers will be hard and chewy. The fries are awful.

If you're in the mood for reasonably priced carryout sandwiches with a huge pile of seasoned fries, this is the place to go. The fried chicken is good too - not quite as good as some of the local specialty fried chicken places, but better than your average fast food fried chicken.
