Nobody gets a 5, but they get a 4.5 from me. This is single restaraunt meaning not a chain. They took the previous restaraunt and did the paint, new tables, etc fixup. Ok, so it looks good but what about the food. Well I've had 2 dinners and 4 breakfasts here and i must save they food is some of the best tasting in troy, zadoc,s has a more extensive dinner menu but breakfast choices are about equal. The place is clean Service is quick and friendly, and food tasty and good portions. Not much more you can expect from a home town restaraunt. I do want to say that zadocks gets the same rating, but has more on its menu and nicer dinning area as opposed to the box type room sami's has. But both deserve the 4.5 star rating. Cheers!

Absolutely delicious! I had the teriyaki pork chops and pineapples which came with a salad, veggie(corn) and my potato choice of French Fries. My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. Was not disappointed!

Good small town restaurant to eat at!!! They remember their customers! Went there the first day they reopened and got the pork tenderloin and it was delicious WAY bigger than the bun!!! I love your managers and owners too! Everyone there is so nice!!! All we need now there is one of those food/eating challenges!!! Definitely a good restaurant to go with the family!!! I talk to one of the owners and she is very sweet!!! I love going there!!! If you live in Lincoln County you have to come here!!! If your visiting you definitely need to try here before leaving!!!

The owner was very nice, but the waitress he hires don't have a clue and the food was just ok. We had empty drinks until we left, then one wasn't courteous of an older gentlemen trying to walk through. Thought that was a bit rude trying to seat him in the back of the restaurant then block his path with your chatter to a table. The "1/2 lb" burger was not that. Also dry and overcooked. Told the owner we would try breakfast next time, hoping for better service and food maybe with a different shift of employees.

Best fried green tomatoes I have enjoyed in a long time, lightly breaded, not over-seasoned and crunchy. The Buffalo Chicken wrap was excellent. The wrap was light and flakey and not tough and chewy, like wraps at other establishments I have eaten. The filling was excellent. Could be a little more heavy on the chicken, however it was still very tasty!

The service was fine, but the food.... NO. We stopped in today, it's mothers day, I think they hate mothers lol. Their buffet definitely did not offer much option. All their meat choices were so dry that we all gave up after 2 bites because it took so long to chew. The fish, I was too scared to try, just being honest. I can only guess that on normal none buffet days, the food doesn't taste much better. Also, it smelled like a nursing facility. Not trying to be ignorant, just honest.

I really didn't care for the food, I got a Turkey club. And the Turkey was in chunks, the food was not hot, my kids food looked like it had been cooked and recooked. They didn't eat. And as we were done got the check and they had double charged us for every thing. So I had to have the owner check the bill.

Sami's staff took great care of our non-profit organization's needs. They provided a buffet that served everyone quickly in a room away from the regular restaurant clientele. Great food and great service; chicken was a little overcooked.

We went on Mother's Day, so crowd and wait will not be a factor in my review. Also, there was only the buffet option for food. Overall, the food was about the same as any buffet, I've never had one impress me. The fried chicken was good. The buffet is VERY small, and the price does not reflect that. I think the price is much too high personally, and my wife agreed. My kids had very little they ate due to lack of selections. We will come back to try the full menu eventually. My family of five eat out that often because we can't afford to feed all five of us at places that cost as much as this one does. we did get at the copy of there to go menu and the prices on that look much more reasonable, will know more when we finally try it.

Just stopped in for breakfast this morning. Hadn't been here since it was the previous restaurant. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the redesign of the more modernized decor. The other impressive thing that stuck out to me was the friendliness of all the staff on the floor. I was greeted and checked on by multiple servers not just mine. The food was very good and priced very reasonably. Give them a try, it is always good to spend your money at local family owned businesses like this.

First time in after my parents recommended it, they were super impressed not only with the food but also that they have a senior discount, so decided to take my boys out for lunch. Decor is open, warm, and inviting and the staff where all friendly and helpful. We all ordered different entrees, but the real star of the meal was the fried pickles! They were fabulous and we all agreed well be back for those alone, they went so fast I didn't even have time to grab a picture! Sandwiches and fries were all good too and there's a huge variety on the menu that well be back to try!

Don't order the chef salad the lettuce was old and rusty the homemade ranch dressing was very flat and I did not like the meat on it and there was to be two kinds of cheese instead I get a piece of American cheese the kind that like Kraft American you get in the grocery store sliced and put on and no croutons! I might go back some day and try something else.

Chicken special was cooked in old grease, over cooked on outside and raw in the middle. Cook and waitress said I was wrong. And then waitress ignored us till she brought our check! Won't be going back..
