We have been traveling the UNITED States and have tried Chicken Fried steak in many states this ranked number 2 on our list. Delicious! Homemade battered right and fried perfectly. Good home cooking and the locals agree this place is packed daily!

Love this place! I go through the drive thru, which takes some time, but they are cooking from fresh and worth the wait. About $14 for a double cheeseburger (so good), fries (decadently satisfying to me but some may not like the grease), and a drink, which sounds pricey, but the burger is huge with a big bag of fries. I've had the pork tenderloin too, which is also huge.

The waitress was very friendly. She always smiled when talking to customers and made direct eye contact. The food was delicious it seems expensive at first but then you see the amount if food you get and it is actually very reasonably priced. All around a great restaurant.

Great food overall. The breading on the fried foods always seems to be overcooked. Making it dark brown and brittle. Not light and crispy. Staff is very friendly. Other than breaded items...no complaints. Would still recommend to a friend.

This place is very clean and it's more for the family and older people atmosphere back the prices are off the wall they are so high that regular family people couldn't afford to take their children and husband and wife out to eat. We spent 40 some dollars for the little bit we had score my husband and I no extras nothing just a dinner $40 is way too much for just a family place to eat as they call their self that's the only thing that they are telling the truth about that it is family oriented but it is not price wise. Needless to say we won't be back

The giant onion rings are why I went. I got the roast beef sandwich but I wish I had gotten the salad - the large order of onion rings is enough to fill up 3 people. Very homey restaurant with a lot of regulars coming and going. Feels like someplace my grandma would have taken us after church.

What a fantastic restaurant! I had the breaded pork loin and it was delicious.... If your a fan of family owned restaurants this is one restaurant you won't want to miss... Their employees are friendly, experienced, and always had a smile when I was there... If your a truck driver parked at the truck stop, THE WALK IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! I will put this place on my "return" list for sure...

Lots and lots of food. Very good prices and it will fill you up and you will also have leftovers for your next meal at your house. I would recommend to try anything having to do with chicken. It is all very good.

5 stars for this great diner. Great service and great food. My favorite is the fried green tomatoes and the cucumbers and onions in vinegar. My grandparents and husband love the pork tenderloin and onion rings. Servings are huge so use caution ordering too much. An order of onion rings will serve a whole table.

It was my first time there. I had heard tons of wonderful comments and they are all true. The food is exceptional quality and quantity. The prices are good for the amount of food you get. The portions are HUGE!!!! You have been warned!!!! My salad was made with the crispiest and freshest lettuce I think I have had with exception of maybe if I lived on a farm. The other customers found my friend and I the entertainment as they knew we were first time visitors and they made bets on when we would ask for take home box. The young lady server was polite and took good care of us. It is worth the 45 minute drive for sure.
