The el Nopal chimichanga was everything I could have hoped for. Service was second to none. I will be back. Truck drivers, there is a large gravel lot accessed from behind the restaurant and also a truck stop with limited parking next door.

Love the taco salad but one time when dining it found a toothpick in the salsa unwrapped, and theirs are wrapped. Told the waiter. He just took the salsa brought us new and didnt even try to do something about the meal.

I stopped off this place on my way back to Florida from Iowa. It wasn't half bad but it wasn't fantastic. The tortillas while pretty decent had clearly been soaked in leftover Grease. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because quite frankly you won't find anything better along the highway then this restaurant. So you might as well stop there and enjoy it. And will the food might only be for stars, the customer service There is five.

Grew up in Southwest. Arizona flavors are hard to find in our small town. Across the river in Palmyra at El Nopal they are delicious and authentic. Main dishes were 5 star but desserts were so-so. Been there 2x will go many more!
