This place is an awesome neighborhood gem. The food is made to order (yes, that means you wait. If you don't want to wait, go next door to Burger King, they'll gladly sell you a burger that's been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour). The shakes are the best around too.

What a great little place! Stop going to big chains for burgers; find places like this!!! I ordered a single burger add pepper jack cheese and bacon and it's fantastic! Good meat flavor, great bacon flavor, great burger! The fries are good too. Good cook, nice and crispy with a very good seasoning. Nice friendly staff too; very helpful to a newbie.

Came by for the first time today. Greeted on the way in which is always nice. I got the chicken and waffles. My first time having chicken and waffles and they were good. Definitely would get again. We also got the bacon sourdough Swiss burger which got two thumbs up from the 13 year old. We also got crispy chicken wings which were good too.

I live further north and this establishment kept showing up on my search for best burger near me. Happened to be in the area and gotta say this place is fantastic! Got a mushroom swiss supreme burger which reminded me of a Philly cheese steak burger and everything was fresh and made to order. All of the veggies were crisp, plenty of cheese, good burger like a very good steak burger and good quality bun. Totally worth the price and the little bit of wait time. Definitely coming back out! Bring your appetite!

My wife and I visited Bus Loop at 6pm today. I've never heard of bus loop but saw it while leaving the community center after voting. I won't lie when i first walked in and saw the prices, i was a little skeptical about paying it. My wife made the point of it being a local business so we decided to eat anyways. The lady running the register and floor was EXCEPTIONALLY kind and patient with us. She has a great personality! We ordered the veggie burger combo and deluxe egg burger combo. After ordering, the two gentleman in the back immediately began prepping our food. They are clearly good at what they do because they worked quickly and efficiently together while handling multiple orders. The food was amazing! We loved the fries and the burgers were so crisp but so juicy too. The employees were social with everyone! For the extra 30 seconds it takes to drive past McDonald's, it's worth it to stop in here! Needless to say, your employees and food are awesome! The three of them deserve a raise!!!

Bus Loop claims to have the best burgers in town. They're being modest. Had the cowboy burger and loved it. Home fries looked, smelled, and tasted wonderful as well. Very friendly staff.

Good stuff, all around. The fries resemble Five Guys fries, though you don't get as many. Burgers are always hot and fresh, and there's almost never a long wait. The mural of the wall honoring the city is pretty neat too. 4/5 because they don't have condiment packets and because it's always excessively cold in there.

We have ordered from the website twice. Both times were complete snafus. The first time half the order disappeared from the site and had to be re-ordered at the place. Neither time did I get any feedback as to when the food would be done or even if they had received my order. I ended up calling to check on the timing on my order, was told, 'it's already done', drove up to the joint and stood there for twenty minutes while literally four people asked me my name and wandered off. I did finally get my order and it was all there, but the food was greasy. I would contact the company, but I'll never order anything from them again so I don't really care if they improve or not.

My husband made the choice to eat here on a whim (and a quick look at Google reviews) after voting today (4/2/19), and I'm so glad he did! The enployees were super friendly, and very patient and accommodating with our questions and just standing around taking everything in as first time customers. The atmosphere was relaxed - very casual. The burger (I had the veggie burger) and fries were AMAZING! I can't wait to go back and try one of their shakes. I saw the effort put into one for a little guy and it looked so tasty! This is a great place to go for a great burger and to support local businesses! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

This was just okay. Not sure why people are rating this place five stars. $11 got me a smallish Burger about the size of a junior Whopper, sweet potato fries and a shake. I should have gone to Hotshotz, way better and same price range. Or just Burger King where I can get much more for about the same quality and much less money.

Was introduced to this place by a friend and checked out the website. We were excited that kids eat free on Sundays. Went there today and was told they no longer do that on Sundays. I told her that the website says they do. We went ahead and tried their food and it was good. Onion rings were great. We got home and I noticed that the back on the receipt also started that kids eat free on Sundays. I checked the website again tonight and it still says that kids eat free on Sundays. I guess my family was an exception for them. The dishonesty will not be bringing us back nor referring their business.

First time here. Waiting on my food. Ordered my food . Two people that came in after me got there food before me. Smh,....poor customer service, hoping the food is better than the customer service. I'm sure it's just me, but the burgers taste a little odd. Kinda like there is a small amount of dry onion soup mix in the meat or maybe its Worcestershire sauce. Not sure, but they had great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Not for me, but that's ok.

Good food for a decent price... The only downfall is that the place is a bit small so I wouldn't recommend going there with a big group, but with a small amount of people it's perfectly fine... First visit, the egg burger was incredibly good. I have had burgers all over the country, and I have to place this one in my top three all time burgers. Fries were on point, not too overly spiced, not under spiced, just right. Everything was made fresh to order, and came to the table piping hot. Can't beat the flavor and food for the money.

I just ate here for the first time and it was amazing! I got the sourdough burger with sweet potato fries. The sourdough was the perfect balance of toasted and dripping in butter. This is an unassuming establishment in a strip mall next to Family Video. Decor wise there isn’t anything spectacular, but it certainly makes up for that in the food department! The burgers are always tasty. I’ve yet to have a bad one. I like the fact they serve sweet potato fries too. The portions are a good size and the price is quite good too. It’s like 5 guys, but a local place. Can’t beat it!! Oh, and don’t forget the shakes! Actual ice cream and milk. Tastes like the old fashioned ones at the drive-in. Yummm!!!

Delicious, fresh, crispy-edged burger patties whose flavor remind me of Mom's home cooking and crispy, flavorful bacon made my Big Bacon Cheddar Melt burger a satisfying meal. I wish there had been more sauce on the burger, but even so it was juicy enough to not be dry, and the cheese sauce I ordered to go with my fries was generously-portioned enough to provide an excellent supplement :) The fries were thick and plentiful, but a little soggy (which, to be fair, I do appreciate in a fry, though I understand my opinion is unpopular) but still tasty. I will admit I had mine delivered, so the fries may be better fresh, especially considering the flavor :) I also can't speak for the customer service in-house, but it was ready quickly, and there is a certain homemade quality that indicates the staff cares about what they do. All in all, very well done! I will definitely be ordering again. ---I have to come back and edit this and say, after eating here a few more times, they are consistently delicious! The fries are awesome. The burger I am eating right now is absolute perfection. :) even a friend I introduced agreed. There are honestly some of the best burgers I have ever had.
