Was there for a company meeting last night. A handful of us stayed afterwards to have a few drinks. Sophia was a great bar tender. Everything was great until, Michael, Val’s son, decided to steal and try to hide a co workers phone in the kitchen after he tried to force himself onto said co worker. I will never go back this bar ever again. Female patrons be warned. Watch yourself and your belongings if you decide to go to this bar.

Food was fair and was not unhappy with my sandwich. The service was more than atrocious. If it was not for the food, this place would deserve an 1/2 star. Employees and managers were way too busy with each other than waiting on their customers (we were literally the only customers in the place).

Been in there twice, both times the bartender was great! Ordered food the last I was there, the combination appetizer.. it was awesome! Dave the bartender was great also, he was right on top of things. We be returning with friends!

Good atmosphere and location. The guy that greeted us when we came in was very nice and friendly. We got seated outside which was nice. Great little patio area. Had to go back inside to grab a beer. Went back outside & was hoping to get some food but the waitress never came over to ask us if we wanted anything. We tried flagging her down but felt like we were invisible so we left after finishing our beer.

Worst service ever. After 20 minutes of sitting outside, we had to go to the bar and order our drinks. Waited more 20 minutes no server, Had to go back to the bar to order our food. About 20 more minutes it was brought to us by the same person who had been standing around smoking and chatting at the table next to us. The bartender knew we were there because she came out and drank a beer at the table next to us. The food was good but the service ruined the experience.

Crawfish was FABULOUS. Good flavor.....just cold. The service on the other hand was HORRIBLE. I had to get up and ask for more sweet tea and more crawfish. We had 4 people eating all you can eat and they only brought us 1 platter back. And finally after asking them for crawfish they brought us 1 more and didn’t even tell us that they were out. And still made us pay for all you can eat and we only had 1 platter and then 2 that we had to share.

Great place to watch The Pittsburgh Steelers but service is very slow with bartenders and servers. If your not concerned how long it takes to get a drink or food then you may like this place. I only go because they have all Steelers games. Update: 8 Sept 19, I was there yesterday for the Steeler game. Again, this has to have the worst service on the coast. They had 3 bartenders and only 1 seemed to be working with any purpose. I ordered food and it was not hard, fries and chicken tenders. The fries came out like noodles. I ask for them extra crispy. The bartender ordered me more trying to make it right. The owner's son was outside complaining loudly to a group of people about someone inside complaining. Not good for business. When you order a drink the bartender makes it then on her way to deliver it to you she stops for a conversation with someone. While your drink gets warm. They need a bar manager there that knows what they are doing.
