Be advised, do not go across hwy 68 that is not a truck route. Average speed across 68 is 35-40 mph and is too curvy. Hwy 72 avg speed is 60mph and a straight shot from Rolla to Salem. This DC was quick and not real busy. Has lumper service too. Quick in and out.

Service was alright, but, double check your trailer when empty. This might have been an isolated incident, but, I was told everything was good regarding my load; only to find a pallet of damages in the trailer and nothing marked on my copy of the bills.

Tried to call to make delivery but they do not give hours of operation only directions. Gate is locked, they have no gate guard on duty and you cannot park anywhere near the facility except a convenience store about a half a mile away. All businesses around the area has gated entrances so you cannot park there either. This is frustrating since I have a second delivery to make in seven hours that is two hours away. Looks like I may be here for another 24 hours. What can you expect from US Foods? Better off servicing Sysco, their food and product line are much better anyway.

US FOODS Has really taken a dive.... And this site more than others.... Office staff were okay a few crabby old ladies but decent...folks However Capstone Lumper Service Is out of control.. Overcharging for services rendered, no body calls you when your unload is complete, and if you question any of this strange unprofessional behavior.... You are told to the get the ***k out of thier warehouse....Oh and US FOODSERVICE does nothing to intervene...Its as if they approve of this foolishness....

Overnight parking before and after unloading, always a big plus! People are nice enough. Call number posted on sign to check in, have PO number ready. Immediately assigned a door. Around 2 to 3 hours to unload, give or take a few hours.

This place is very very slow to unload. Appoint time 8am. Still at dock door at 1230pm. Ladies at windows very rude, tried to wash a frying pan in bathroom sink while at door, was denied by lady in window. zero trash cans, as told not to through a small bag of trash away, was told not allowed. I'll remember to say no to this place next time. Overnight parking is nice tho, however, not even a porta poti to use.

I got unloaded very quickly but once i get to left receiving window, lady was texting on her private phone while I'm still standing and waiting and once she took my papers and start working on it she received text again on her phone and she leave my papers and rather respond to her phone and then again my papers. She also appeared rude and rolling her eyes if you asked her anything, not professional at all. I'm sure there's people who would love to have her job and be much better and nicer to customers. Her appearance is all fake and those long plastic eyelashes ugh.

Only good thing about this place is that they have a staging area outside the gate where you can park for 10 hours. Other than that, it's horrible. They will fine you fir being 15 minutes late but they will take half the day to unload half a trailer. Women at the receiving window have very very poor communication skills.

Attention professional drivers: If your coming off i-44 take 72 not 68 into US Foods. 68 is really hilly with lots of curves. Watch out for the deer, had 4 run out in front of me. Us foods has overnight parking. Quick unload, no lumper fee.

I arrived late at night and parked on wrong side of whse, on the street. A kind, older gentleman came and tapped on my truck, told me where to park, and also had me follow him to the truck lot and check in shack. yes, he also told me about the grocery store nearby.

Hope you brought food. Driver checked in 630 for 7am appt. Was empty at 10. This place was extremely unorganized. Nobody knew who had drivers paperwork. Didn't get to leave until 130pm. Had to pay $100 late fee for next load picking up at 1. One of the worst US foods we've been to.

Extremely unprofessional. Will keep you waiting to make personal calls and or conversations. Not to mention learning about the sex lives of all the lumpers. Arrived at 650 appointment 800. Parked in overnight parking area then called number to check in. Got a door at 850. Was unloaded in less than an hour but waited 7 hours for paperwork. Would’ve been longer but I went inside to check and they “forgot about me.” Just don’t do it. They have overnight parking for a reason.

Bad place to unload. My driver was there most of the day and lost his next load because of them taking their sweet time. He walked in to check the status and the lumper service was mostly just talking. Will not send trucks here anymore.

Good place to deliver. Fast service. Lumper service available. Plenty of room for maneuvering. Receiving starts at 0600 and stops receiving at 1300. Ahead of me was a driver checking in with a 0900 appointment and got a door assignment right away. No overnight staging available.

Delivery in less then 2hrs. Which is great for food warehouse.. no need for doling down trailer either.. They have quite big parking for trucks. You can use it before and after you get done here.

Another typical U.S Foods. 8am appointment, it is now 12:30 pm and still sitting on the dock while they find someone who can actually count over 1,000 and was taught how to sign they're name to a BOL. But like I said, another typical U.S Foods. If you have a morning appt. Bring your lunch, afternoon appt time? ?? Bring your dinner and a sleeping bag. Oh, and inform anyone you think necessary that you haven't been abducted by Aliens or are dead...... you're just unloading at U.S FOOD SERVICE.
