I had the most amazing experience ever with a server. Her name was Takelia. She was super attentive at ease and resourceful about activities for the area as well as lodging . She was also very helpful to other servers without skipping a beat with our table . It was like we were her own personal guests in her home. So comforting. We will definitely be returning soon. The food was hot and fresh. Satisfying as well. But the service was the absolute best I’ve had in a long time. She is definitely a plus to your establishment.

There’s no way this is a real restaurant right? It took 35 minutes for them to get the game I wanted on in my booth. The Shrek looking manager literally just kept coming to the table and shrugging his shoulders not saying a word. Service was beyond bad. Whatever ten times worse than bad is, that’s what the service was.

Every time I go in this place the girls ask me to go online and give them "5 stars". I usually smile and ignore it, but the last time I sat at the bar on Sunday night and could not get any service because the bartenders were sitting on the beer chillers and on their phones writing positive reviews on themselves! What? Seriously? How about you go out and earn a review by giving good service and paying attention to your guests? That is the last time I will ever walk into any Twin Peaks.

We had a server with the name tag Bami in Training. Well she needs some more training. There were four of us. Yes it is Mother's Day but is was not busy (maybe 20% full). It took over 45 minutes to start getting our food. We all ordered wings, and an appetizer to share. We got two orders of the wing, I as told they were toasting my bread to go with my soup. Then my son's wings came. They told my husband they were waiting on his crispy fries. Well when he got them they were cold and not crispy and I got my soup but still no bread. So then "Bami" got the fries redone and brought us extra fries. I still did not have my bread or the appetizer. Finally we got the fried mozzarella, but still no bread. Then when I was done with my soup...the bread came. I will say the food was good. Ladies beware the bathrooms are not the cleanest.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich was really good and fries were hot. $3.50 22oz beers were nice to see. Service was slow for not a super busy night. Waitress forgot my beer twice then didn't come back for the check for over 15 minutes. With good service I'd say it deserves 3 1/2 stars.

The food is great! The waitresses are awesome. The only reason for the 4 star is the Budweiser from the draft always taste funny it has never tasted like a Budweiser. It has an almost orangey taste that is not good. I have been a customer since they opened and it has always been that way. I hope they fix it

I gave this restaurant 3 stars all because of this smiling face here Amber. It took us a long time to get any service. We decided to sit outside since the weather was nice. Then were completely ignored. After waiting 30 min, I went inside to find a manager, found one and she said would get someone outside asap. It took another 20 min before someone appeared with no menus and a little snippy attitude. So she goes inside, meanwhile another young lady appears, no menus and a "slightly" better attitude. She goes back to get the menus and by then the general manager, Brian, comes out. He asked if we had been waited on. I told him we were not having a good visit. He did try to make it better. The highlight was when we had a shift change...our current waitress was trying to get the check closed out and was very rude. Our next waitress, Amber, came in with a smile and saved the day! She was attentive and charismatic, making sure we were taken care of. I wish we had gotten her from the beginning. We ended the lunch meeting/outing on a high note due to her great customer service. I had not been to Twin Peaks in awhile, due to poor customer service. It is people like Amber that make me want to come back!

Was hopeful for a good experience but left disappointed. Busy Monday night for the football game so I understood service being a little slower. However, I ordered medium well steak with asparagus, mashed pots and a side of grilled shrimp. The food that was brought out was a steak and broccoli, nothing else. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes, the bartender finally gave me silverware after I had to ask. I cut into the steak and it is very well done, very dry and no pink inside at all. I asked for the mashed potatoes and shrimp and it seems they forgot about it (mashed potatoes come with the meal) so they begin making that. I finish my steak and broccoli (supposed to be asparagus) and then the shrimp finally shows up. Shrimp was great, just very late. Another at least ten minutes go by and I am still waiting on mashed potatoes. The bartender goes to check on it and let's me know that they wont be done anytime soon and that theyd offer me $5 off my meal. I have never been to a Twin Peaks before and this was a really dissapointing experience.

Me and my husband went in to Twin Peaks, Jackson Wednesday morning ... i was a little curious about going in because the attire the women were wearing ... but my server Kate Camp "K Camp" made me feel beautiful the whole time. gave me majority of attention... and her service was BOMB ... on top of all of that, she suggested i get the cheese balls and they came out fast and was amazing... for my entree, which she suggested too, i ate the Moms Pot Roast ... and it was GREAT! the atmosphere was fun and she made my trip there very fun ... Took way too long to get a beer. And they ran out of several beer brands while or party (8) was there. Waitress keep bringing the wrong beer order out. We finally gave up and just drank whatever she brought out. Everyone ordered a meal, they came out 1 or 2 at a time about every 5 minutes or so. My boss was the last one to get his meal after everyone else was done. Crowd was great, atmosphere was fun to watch football. Could have been a good night ...

Perhaps I have been spoiled by the Birmingham location, but this place was horrible. Where should I begin. It was thuggish. The bartender was inattentive and openly criticized someone for not leaving a big enough tip. The kitchen staff or what appeared to be the kitchen staff was simply "hanging out" on the floor. So, a call to "Bar Rescue" wouldn't be a bad idea... Thankfully there was a BWW only 15 minutes away.

The food was good but in my humble opinion not great. I didn't find it to be unforgettable but it was likeable and average. The service was very good though and if you're looking for a family friendly sports bar and grill type feel its great. It feels like the place the minivan generation with older kids might go to feel young. Prices are slightly high but acceptable. Its not bad but its to me just okay. Great place to watch a game though.
