A roach literally ran across my table while I was waiting on my food. When I brought it to my waitress's attention she really didn't seem to care much, so I just told her I would move tables she really didn't take the lead to resolve the issue. Food took forever to come out and It was nobody in their. My waitress didn't really seem to care that I was even there as far as far providing. The whole experience left a lot to be desired.

Good food choices with reasonable prices. Servers are nice and attentive. Noisy atmosphere if crowded, so conversations are difficult. In the early evening, don't sit facing the front windows or you'll be blinded by the sunlight.

If you know Twin Peaks it needs no explanation. I would not recommend bringing the kids. (And depending on her personality, maybe not the wife. WE enjoyed it though)

First time at Twin Peaks and the overall experience was excellent. Our bartender was really nice, she gladly changed the channel on the TV when we asked, and she checked back with us frequently. Also, the food was very good. Sirloin steak was cooked just right and our orders came out pretty fast. Can't say enough nice things about this place and will definitely be back in the future!

After our waitress came back twice to tell us the beers we ordered were out. We placed another order. Everyone's beers came out but mine. Our food came out about 30 minutes later and I asked for my beer she replied I'll go get it Never saw her again. We flagged down another waitress and she went and got my beer after another 25 minutes and I had finished my entire meal.

Man Beers are the best! This is one of my absolute favorite places to go! I normally get cheese bites and my man beer. This time, I over indulged by adding lemon parmesan wings, but they were extremely greasy. No worries because my faithful cheesy bites and man beer quickly came to the rescue!

So I went during lingerie season, awesome! Sexy everywhere and classy kind service at the same time. I had the fish and chips with a Knotty brunette draught. Rebecca served our booth, she's the best there. Tip her well. Thanks Rebecca!

Very rude at the bar. The girls wouldn't let us have a menu without a credit card. I understand you've had walkouts not my problem and you shouldn't take it out on other customers. Save your money. The customer service is awful very very rude.

The food is good but the service is great! Especially the kitchen manager, Antwon Todd! He took the time to come to our table and find out that if we'd eaten there before. When I told him I hadn't, he gave me a sample of the billionaires bacon (amazing!) and free chips and salsa while we decided what we wanted. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

Before I begin, let me say I have been to several Twin Peaks restaurants and the experience is always fantastic. However, at this one, hostess didn’t greet us coming or going, Waitress was slow and not cordial, didn’t check on us, took forever to get another beer, food was bland, definitely will never go back to this one.

It was a last choice food was decent I'm not going to complain we had the pepper steak on a hoagie A little dry Had to wave down the Server to try to get napkins because the hostess did not give us napkins or utensils Server was quite peppy But she spent most of her time sitting at another table with 3 guys the hostess on the other hand was sitting at a different table with 2 guys I guess this restaurant is more for single men they don't really pay attention to women When I told her I wasn't satisfied with the service she gave me a coupon for free appetizers when I came back know I would have rather had my server actually be more attentive to my needs so I could eat my food and enjoy it instead of having gravy dripping down my arms and having to use bar napkins to try to keep my hands clean

This place was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever had. I never thought any twin peaks would be as bad as Hooters but this one was right up the alley. My friends order a brownie ice cream and got a brownie soaked in the melted ice cream. The wait was unbearable, if the NBA finals wasn't on....and then our waitress send other incompetent new waitress before finally showing up herself to take the orders. And finally she never delivered our food but send everyone else making the wait more confusing. I well never go there again!

We had the wings there and the where actually really good. Kids had their own stuff and said it was really good. Oh, the beer was great of course. Got to watch some sports over dinner which is always a big plus in my book.

Where do I even start?! I guess with the food... I just wasted almost 2 hours of my life and $27.00 for food so horrible, I couldn't force myself to eat it. My glass of tea was hotter than my steak, Literally! I'm curious to know how you cook a "Medium" steak where the inside is as dry and brown, as a piece of leather, and the outside still be completely raw? It was served to me so cold that the butter would not melt. The asparagus was not cooked completely. It was hard and stringy. Sweet potato hash.. . Cold! Not to mention the cherry tomatoes tasted ROTTEN! On to the service. I pride myself in being an excellent tipper. But I guess the server quickly realized I am a straight woman, and she wouldn't be able to flirt her way into my pocket. Not knowing I would have still tipped her very well, if I would have received any service at all. I should have known tho, the moment she huffed and rolled her eyes when she saw me being seated in her section. After she served me my cold plate, I waved at her twice, both times her looking dead at me, I finally had to get up and get my own silver ware. I forced down a couple bites, paid my ticket, and went to Taco Bell drive thru, where I received better food and service, at the low price of $5, plus the 30% tip I gave to the cashier, that was supposed to be the servers @ Twin Peaks. NEVER AGAIN! !!

Twin peaks is a great place to go the cocktail waitresses look awesome the service is awesome the drinks are awesome they're always showing the Pay-Per-View fights I go here to see the fights did great drinks and hang out the chicken is awesome all the time the hot wings and I love the customer service if you want to pick a place to go hang out twin peaks as a place.

I actually go here and I love their wings. I would like to have them add beer battered pretzels and I would go even more. I love the set up they have, as far as they animals on the wall, the signs, the entire decor. The girls, well they are eye candy for the men and I have no problem with them. Every server has been kind.

There was no one at the host stand for a good 5 minutes.. we ordered drinks and an app and then our server disappeared for quite some time. We sat down at 6:20pm and didn’t get our food until 7:40pm. I am not exaggerating. There was no manager on the floor (that I could tell). No one checked on us at all during our meal. We had to flag down other servers to get any attention at all. Thankfully, our food came out at the same time and was cooked to order, so, at least there was that. Over all, very unprofessional. Will not return.

I went in on Monday night. I was alone so I sat at the bar. There was only four customers at the bar so I didn’t have to wait for a seat. I sat there and never got the bartenders attention. He came to the end where I was sitting and started moving glasses around. I felt like he was trying his best to act busy so he didn’t have to wait on me. Views ok, good is average. Not quite Hooters. I am not sure what the allure is with some biker types. If you want to watch a bunch of women walking around in push up bras then you can have a good time. If you want good food I would say this is not it. The food is balanced by the ambience. The staff is super friendly and try their best to distract you from the food. Beer, if consumed with the food it makes it better.

Completely unattentive and no experience whatsoever. How are you going to have a bartender that can't handle a dead night. It's Wednesday at 9pm. This place is dead, trust me. The bartender looks like she has no idea what is what. Mind you, it looks as if the more experienced bartender got cut first instead of the newbie. Bad management as per usual in the restaurant biz. Now I just found this funny, I asked for a founder session ipa. I get a Jameson. I said session ipa.....seriously.... You had one job!

Service and food were both below standard last visit(April 2019) Visited Twin Peaks in February for lunch and ordered salad and Smoked Wings... They were exceptional (10 stars)l - meat fell off the bone, flavor was off the charts! Food was so impressive, I returned 4 days later to pick up a to-go order and was equally as impressed! I raved about it for weeks telling everyone! This last visit I was so anxious for same exceptional food - but was disappointed on many levels. According to server and management - menu recently changed /.salad dressing from previous visit was no longer offered and - Well, the big disappointment.... they changed the way the wings were prepared) according to the manager who came out explaining why they took 45+ minutes to prepare and were tough.

We have eating here a few time every time we are disappointed. I didn’t complain. Our fries tastes burnt or was cooking in old grease. My Salad was supposed to come out first it came out a few Min before our entrees. We read on the menu kids eat free on Saturday and Sunday w/adult entree. We didn’t realized we were charged till after our card was swiped. I asked our server which she never mention her name. She said oh that Saturday’s. She didn’t seem to bothered by it. Instead we said don’t worry bc it’s to much of a hassle for it to be fixed. This will be our last time here. This is our 3rd visit and yet again we left unhappy.

The food is great. The Billionaires Bacon is a bit pricey for the amount but it is phenomenal. Wings are great but sometimes can vary in size. Atmosphere is always great, staff is nice and helpful, always sports on the Tv's.
