I had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. I went with a group to watch a basketball game and they only had one server working the whole restaurant. The name of the restaurant is a sports bar, they should be aware of basketball games and be well staffed. It took an hour and a half just to get a fruit punch and just about 3 hours total to get wings and fries. Totally unacceptable. My party and I had a chat with the owner about the service of his restaurant off to the side and he was very rude and disrespectful and made a scene. He tried to lawer himself out of the situation and raised his voice so everyone could hear. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to ANYONE.

Nice bar with great wing. Staff is awesome and it's a safe place for black people of all ages. Nice place to chill or to throw a party.

Call the place to ask if they served shellfish. I guess they don't know what shrimp is because they said no. Get there and waited 30 minutes before they took our order, then waited TWO HOURS for fries. Then another 30 minutes for my damn drink. Terrible. The staff even gave attitude when we asked when we will get our food. They should rename this place to the Next Level of WAITING. Never going back.

So from the description on the outside and description meaning the name of the restaurant. I was hopeful that they might be showing the UFC 232 fight. So I stopped in after work to see what the availability and cost would be to attend the fight at their restaurant. I walked in I was noticed the person said hi to me behind the counter and then continued to do their work. I had been standing there for over 4 minutes when Another gentleman came up stood right next to me and two girls rushed up to ask him what did he need. They then proceeded to go back to doing their work. To which I asked can I simply ask a question. I was told yes when I asked where they showing the UFC fight 232 later that night the girl said I'll switch it over to it right now. I chuckled and asked her did she understand that it was a Pay-Per-View fight and that it wasn't on right now. She then said well then we're not showing it we show football and basketball. Which I have no problems with that. But if you're looking for quick customer service and courteous customer service I don't necessarily think I would go to that restaurant.

It took 2 hours for me to get my drink and almost 3 hours to get my food. The owner yelled when asked for a discount. This was the WORST experience ever!!!!

Came with a big group and they couldn’t handle all of us. Didn’t receive food the entire three hours of being here. Took two hours for me to receive one drink. Staff has an attitude when asking when food will arrive. And still tried to charge me for food I never received. Understaffed as well.
