I’m not a drinker but this is quite a spot definitely worth a visit. They had multiple nonalcoholic drinks that were very delicious. I love the mood the ambience and the service was delightful. I highly recommend this place

Always bring out if town guests here. They love the idea of going to a Mississippi speak easy behind a 1950s diner. Love watching the bartenders tenders mix drinks there. It's a true work of art. Good selection of whiskey. As always my guest was impressed.

Awesome speak-easy like bar inside of Brent's Drugs. You walk through Brent's as they're closing to get to it, in the back by the bathrooms. Great service and wonderful cocktails. Very cool atmosphere, get there earlier or go during the week if you want to avoid the crowd.

Very unique. Great selection of cocktails, beer, wine and a couple of non-alcoholic beverages ... the ginger beer is awesome ( non-alcoholic). It's the pharmacy area from back in the day when Brent's was a drug store. They do offer a small selection of appetizers but it's mostly a place to go for drinks

You enter through Brent's Drugs which is closed in the evenings. So, you walk to the back left corner of a closed restaurant to get the a cozy bar. Inventive drink menu, beer, wine, cocktails, upscale bar snacks.

Speakeasy style small but very unique and creative cocktail lounge. You might miss it if you don't know it's in the hidden back room of a dinner. If you get there... The craft cocktails are great! They put a nice twist to traditional drinks which I enjoyed a lot... Eg old fashioned, and Sazerac. A bit pricey but Wednesday night special are great.

As many of you may know, Brent's Drugs is referred to as one of the classic, must visit, food joints in Jackson Mississippi. I would like to share my adequate experience at this business. I read up somewhere that Brent's used to be a drug store, but then it eventually became a place for locals to get soda, candy and something good to eat. So I was very excited to try out their food. It's now called Brent's Soda Fountain - although the old Brent's Drugs was a scene for a movie known as The Help. I really had high expectations for this restaurant, and while the environment was absolutely stunning, I'm also very much interested in how the food will taste. I was very impressed with the friendly blue color used to decorate most of the restaurant. When you walk inside, you're immediately taken back to a different era, which is really neat for those with a big imagination. While I was very grateful for the service that I received, I was a bit disappointed in the cheeseburger that I had purchased that afternoon in Mississippi. The fries weren't anything special either. But what saved the day was the milkshake. It was so perfectly prepared and I can tell that a lot of love was out in the mixing. While I wouldn't get excited about the food, I would emplore you to go and visit this joint for the milkshake and historical experience.

Speakeasy vibe accompanied by plenty of cocktails is a great way to wind your night out. This gem is tucked in the back of Brent's Drug Store. Don't let Brent's fool you though: The lights may be out but the doors are open. Just walk on through Brent's on the left side all the way to the back and open the door. You'll be greeted by a hostess and a mellow atmosphere. This is a great place to hang out with your friends for happy hour all the way to close.

The Apothecary bar at Brent's Drugs is great! it's like the old-time speakeasies From the prohibition period. You know, the hidden hole in the wall bar type of thing. It has some of the best service (nice little dining spot to, good for a first date) and friendliest bartenders I have experience in Jackson! I would definitely recommend it!

Awesome bar, tucked behind an old pharmacy turned diner. See Joe, he is the best! Bar staff is extremely knowledgeable and creative with many one of a kind drinks. My suggestion would be to tell them your favorite spirit and see what they come up with. I will go here every time I am near Jackson.

This place is such a little gem. I was visiting a friend in Mississippi and she brought me here. I am glad she did. It was after dinner and we walked in and I thought well this is cute but we just ate, because we walked into the dinner part. Then she walked me to the back where the Apothecary is.
