First time I have ever tried crab alfredo and man. My mouth is watering just remembering it. And the tiramisu was the best ending to the meal. Service was alright. Polite but a tad slow. Definitely worth it for that food though.

We love this place! It has something for everyone, but especially vegetarians. They have sooo many wonderful options for those of us that don't choose to eat meat. The impossible burger is delicious! If you are a vegetarian, then you have probably read about the Impossible Burger and it is simply divine. The service has always been very good as well and the servers will walk you through the menu and whatever specials are currently being served.

Not only is the food delicious, but it’s beautifully displayed. Never had a bad experience here, and I’ve eaten here over ten times. Service and atmosphere are always great. They have some really good, different house specialty drinks. And don’t forget to try out one of their homemade desserts.

The atmosphere in the restaurant are great. I had the special of an alfredo with crawfish and shrimp, topped with a grilled crabcake. It was so flavorful! Some seafood alfredo can be bland,but this was not. The champagne Cosmo was great during happy hour, two for one! Well worth the visit. Definitely recommend.

Delicious food and great service every time. This is a little hidden gem of gulfport. They have a nice variety of food with great portions. We are always able to order dessert when we are finished. They also have great pizza! This is a place added to our favorites.

I’ve had dinner here three or more times and have enjoyed it. I attended a lunch gathering here and felt like I had ended up at Olive Garden because it seemed like I received a Lean Cuisine pasta reheat. What happened Salute? You broke my heart—- well at least my craving for your food.

Great service, food was ok, the house special chicken with a cream sauce was more like soup than a sauce. The hubby had their catch of the day, crab cakes served with sauce of crayfish and sausage on a bed of pasta, the sauce was creamy, very good. Great bread and pesto spread.

Lunch today was great. My wife had a gluten free Grouper & I had a Tour of Salute; both were outstanding as well as the service. The "electric violin" music was exceptional! We could have listened to this guy play all day...he was really good!

The Flounder and Mediterranean Shrimp dish was excellent! The Wahoo Taco Special was over cooked and the amount of wahoo minuscule. Caesar Salads were served without being tossed in a caesar dressing. Server was more interested in cleaning tables and floors than serving. It was most obvious Rob Stinson was not in the house.

Honestly hilarious how many people think this is upscale or good food. Ingredients taste like they were procured for the cheapest price possible. Food is greasey, and fits right in at a cheap hotel. Stop supporting garbage restuarants that are only in it for the profit margins. You can tell this restuarant hired the cheapest chef, supplied with cheap ingredients to make as much profit as possible. I'm not fooled and will never go back here again.

Really nice staff. The salad was great but the chicken was meh. Same w the veggies and sauce they made for the rice. They also allow smoking tables near the entrance which allows the front area to smell like smoke. That itself is a deal breaker.

The food was fantastic. The service was really great. I had the Catfish Supreme, and it was even better than I had expected it to be when I ordered it. They let our large, loud, and drunk group sit out on the patio so we didn't have to worry about disturbing the very nice people they usually serve. Though it's not really under Saluté's control, I'll say that the weather was perfect, and there were absolutely no bugs. 5 out of 7, I'd eat there again.

Great atmosphere! Modern twist on old classics. Would have preferred straight mozzarella on the pizza but that's just me. A bit pricy on appetizers(4 Bay scallops we're 14.99 and a bit overcooked) calamari was excellent as we're the drinks and canollis!

The Good: The Bar Staff was excellent. The singer was talented. The atmosphere was good. The Eggplant sticks were fried to perfection but flavorless. The Bad: Pesto did not resemble Pesto at all. The Flounder with Mediterranean “whatever” was just that. Pasta sauce could be improved by using bottled sauce. Shrimp seemed to be frozen small shrimp that you get in the bag at a popular super store. I come from a Sicilian family in New Orleans, and although not rich, I have been to Italy many times. Also, at 68 years of age, I imagine I am used to real Italian food which I can still get in the City. Goes to show, a million great reviews mean nothing.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Staff was friendly & laid back. We were tired from a day at the beach & didn't feel rushed. Nice wine selection. Our waitress Emily was knowledgeable of the menu items. We started with fried raviolis, I didn't get a pic because my son tore into them as soon as they hit the table! Complimentary bread is served with a creamy basil pesto on the side. Shrimp & grits was on my checklist for vacation & they offer it! The dish was a little different than I've had in the past but was good. As you can see in the picture the grits are made into cakes, this was new for me. Lots of flavor, very rich & filling. My son's pasta dish was full of shrimp, crab & andoulle sausage. Very flavorful as well. All in all good experience. Thanks Salute!

Waited over an hour and a half with my 80 year old grandmother because there systems went down so they couldn’t seat anyone..... there was no one in front of us. Then our food came out cold with a hair in it. I’ve heard great things but will never be going back. They comp’d is our meal and apologized which was great, the owner is incredibly pleasant to talk to, just was a horrible first, and last, experience.

The atmosphere was fun and inviting. They play music, and when we went they had a live singer. My husband ordered the pepperoni pizza, I ordered the crab meat Alfredo dish. Both were STUNNING! His pizza was huge, enough for the hungriest of men. My plate was piled high, with a generous helping of the most amazing Alfredo sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. Highly recommend making a visit!!

We had been reluctant to go because, we thought the cost would be too high. Were we surprised when we received the bill. Wow, is all I can say!. The prices were incredibly reasonable for what we had. The food was incredible! I can't say enough about the time, atmosphere, service, food, PEOPLE!, we WILL be back!

The crowd is a bit older, but not in any way a grimy spot like some of the other bars in Biloxi/Gulfport area. If you are looking for a spot to go and have a drink, then Salute is a good choice. Nice view from the bar, the water almost looks blue.

So...I went to the restaurant at about 9:30pm friday Laborday weeked , it closes at 10p.m. The hostess advised me the kitchen is closed...so much for driving 25 min to be told the kitchen is closed.. What gives ? If management could care less about a client, whats makes me think they care about preparing my food ? or maybe they let the employees close when they want to...I'm thinking maybe they clean up kinda so,so.. because that's how they want to...so anyway if you go, be there before 9pm

They have a great menu and wonderful wait staff. We had a window table and a beautiful view. I was in a party of 4 and we all ordered different dishes. Everything we ate was delicious. We will certainly be going back. This is a great place to eat.

The smoked salmon and grilled veggies was off the chain tonite... Waiter said they smoke it in the back kitchen and I was doubtful, but it was smoky all through the meat and seasoned perfectly on top. Nice.

Very good meal with amazing service. Had a party of 8 and even though the restaurant was busy the waiter was very invested in every table and provided everything needed with some comic relief on top. Food was plated very well and though smaller portions it was the perfect size and very rich and packed. We wanted to get desert but buy the time we made it that far we were stuffed. Only in town for a few weeks and did some research before going. VERY worth the drive and wait from the base area.
