I read the reviews about the bad customer service but really wanted to give it a try myself. NEVER Again. Also wanted to see if the food would make up for the bad customer service . That's a big NO as well. Customer service is so bad you feel uncomfortable being there. I'm sure if the owners cared about these bad reviews, they would have done something about it.

Definitely not the Mist of old.....seats very worn, menus falling apart and sticky, the food was still pretty good but the amount of food you get was way less, and the veggies that came with my general tsos were plain steamed no seasonings whatsoever and tasted like water. All of that and the prices seem to have gone up......yeah I think it will be a while before we go back.

Food was good. But their attitude towards customers suck. They act like you are such a bother. I love their food but they try to nickel and dime you for everything. I asked for Togo drinks and they wanted to charge me again for my drinks. I told them I literally just walked out. I had to put my kids in the car, my credit card slip was still laying on the counter with a tip. I didn't understand how I just sat down to ate & had a tea but because I didn't ask for it at the table and came back inside after freeing up my hands I had to be charged again for my son & I drinks. I asked why I would be charged again and she said because you want one Togo and you have to pay for it again if you want it togo.... I have never EVER been to a restaurant where you were charged for your drink at the table and then another charge if you wanted one Togo. I work in a restaurant so that was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. I never complain or say anything but this place has the worst attitude towards customers. Always like we are bugging them. The only waitress who acts like she is truly happy to serve you is the woman is not a family member. Unfortunately, after tonight we will not be back due to this pettiness. Good food. Horrible customer service. Only one waitress is worth it and we did not get her.

Mist is a mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Tai. It's above average food and very reasonable prices. The have a 20 dollar all you can eat sushi menu with all the common items on it. The seating is adjustable at the booths plenty of room for anyone. Light is low and laid back. Only complaint would be the covering on the seats is getting worn.

I was in town for business and found Mist on a fluke. Service was great and their food was even better. I had the all you can eat deal for 20 bucks and it was WELL worth it.

Got mine to go or else I’m sure the roll would’ve been much prettier in presentation. I ordered the shaggy dog and chicken fried rice. (Beer not included) I thought it was delicious and very well priced. The hostess helped me with choosing which roll met my liking. Wait was only couple minutes of flipping through a local magazine and admiring the hip theme throughout the restaurant. Would certainly recommend and will be back in next trip to Tupelo.

FDA needs to relook in to this restaurant as the quality standards are worst. I got a staple pin in my hot n sour soup, when I showed it to the waitress, she was like "oh it's a staple"(like i dont know what it is) and throws on the floor beside my table. Apart from the food the staff is rude and the place looks like garbage.

I write this as I sit at the bar and only one other couple in the place. For an introvert like myself I couldn't be happier. My waitress is attentive but not overbearing. The ambiance is typical with just the right amount of background music. The miso soup was really good and the Tokyo roll was spot on. I am not easily impressed with most Asian restaurants here in the states. This place doesn't scream OMG you have to try this, but it is nice and I will be coming back.

I just left this establishment and I will not be back. I order a lunch "box" with egg drop soup. I received miso soup. I sent it back and got egg drop in the same bowl with the same plate and spoon. I know this because I had placed a chip in the plate and I was going to eat the soup so I had used the spoon. This is horrible. How do you bring paying customers dirty dishes? Regardless of where they came from to begin with, they were dirty. My office eats here at least twice a week because it is convenient but I will not be back. The only reason they have one start is because I couldn't write without hitting a star.

I went to have lunch because I had a coupon. The lady ( probably the owner) who served us was so rude. There were no customers around but she looked pissed off for no reason and put the dishes so rude on the table. She took like 40 minutes to get the dishes out and the chicken was under cooked and cold. Overall, do not go if you don't want your day to be spoiled

I ordered Mist yesterday at 3pm. This was the worst mistake I have ever made. I think I received food that was from the day before. It was tasteless and soggy. I ordered rice, egg rolls, ect..i wasted 40 bucks but in return I have gotten sick with stomach pains. I will never return and will make sure my family never eats there or my co workers. Your health is everything. Be careful.

Sushi is good but took 30 min to 3 orders of sushi. Only checked on 2 times in the 40 minutes we were there and not even by the same person. They took our waters and refilled them when we didnt need it but completely ignored my daughter needed a drink refill. Sat for several min after we finished waiting on our check. We were finished eating by the second time we we checked on.bevef even got our entire order but was charged for everything we ordered. They didn't even appear to be happy we were there. Not a good experience.
