Always a good experience visiting Margaritas. I always get a chicken happy plate and it normally comes out very timely and hot. Margaritas are two for one all the time. Nice atmosphere. Never a long wait time. Good place any time of day

This Place was TERRIBLE!!! My Waiter Was Very RUDE!!!! Not To Mention Our Waiter Had Us Paying For Someone Else’s food. Once Me & My Friend got To The Front Desk to Fix The Issue, They Said The Money Would Return Back To Our Card, It Still Have Not!! So We Paid for Someone else Meals PLUS Ours!! The Waiter Had The Nerve To Get Very Grouchy With Us. They Also Told Us That They Could Not Fix Us Any more Food Because They Were About To Close!! But Still Having Customers Entering The Door!! VERY POOR SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE! Also HAD A DAMN ROACH ON THE FLOOR! I would put No Stars But I Had to put Something

While the food is good the only exceptional service that I receive begins and ends at the hostess station. On another occasion as I made my order to go, hoping to escape the dine in "service", it still happens. Dealing with someone that will make it very obvious that they do not want to be there. I guess at the time, as the order was not for me, I did sympathize. As for the bar far be it from me to question the actual margaritas there. I do, however, find them lacking in the preparation of other mixed drinks. Well... in all honesty I've never had their margaritas anyway. For example the barkeep prepared me a gin and tonic... with seltzer water. Once again though the food is delicious

Margaritas has been my go-to Mexican restaurant for well over a decade. It's been consistent and has a great menu. I like the "Happy Plate" which is simply chicken, rice, and queso.

Have eaten here many times over the years and really enjoyed it. Tonight it was really sub-par. The salsa was bland. My tamal was doughy. They enchilada and burrito sauce was bland. Oddly, they added a default tip which they've never done before. No big deal as I would likely have tipped more...just odd.

Ask to sit in Max's section bc he is the best server there!! I have been eating here for many many years and it is still my favorite Mexican restaurant. My husband is obsessed with the Hennessy margarita. Best environment...they make us feel like family.

On August 16, 2019 We weren’t greeted; we stood for 20 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged for seating. Took about 15 more minutes before someone took our order. After we placed our order they brought the wrong orders to our table twice . Then brought our entrees and never brought the appetizer so I had it removed . Waitress checked on us twice . The food was great but the service was horrible !!

Very good Mexican food. I definitely like coming here when I make my trips to Jackson. The food is always brought out steaming hot and the service is always great. They have very good chips and salsa. Additionally, their margaritas are very good.

I usually stick with my usual entree but I was feeling a little adventurous. Worst mistake ever. I had the beef nachos and the beef smelled like dog food. I didn't eat it and explained to server my concern. Also, they charge a ridiculous amount for sour cream and jalapenos. To say the least, I won't go back to this location.

Prices on the menu are incorrect. They charge more than the price shown then claim you were looking at "lunch" prices even though there is no designation of which are lunch prices. Food good service good but felt ripped off on price.

Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant address 1625 E. County line road Jackson, Ms . In town for a wedding so we decided to grab something to eat. Original we asked for a table for 5 due to we were waiting for a friend to join us. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. We had to call our waiter to our table so we can place our order. We sat at the table wondering where our drinks were since we knew the food would take a moment. After waiting for so long finally our food and drinks come out together. After we finished our food and drink we ask the waiter for our ticket so we can pay. At this time our friend final showed up and decided to order. The waiter still hasn’t brought the ticket. The waiter finally brings the ticket and it says 4 guest with a 15% added to it. We ask the waiter why do we have 15% added to our ticket. The waiter said because you have 5 people. We asked for the manger because we still didn’t understand. The manger came over, we explained that our friend only ordered food due to it taking the waiter so long to bring the ticket. They brought out ourfriends food; it came out so fast. The Manger explains that since our friend ordered food and did not eat with us they still added the 15% to the ticket. We asked the Manger take off the fee. The Manger said he will take off the fee since we don’t have money to pay and laughed while taking our friends food as well. We go pay for our food and the manger takes the payment. I let the manger know this is not good customer service. While we were getting in the car we see the police pull up and the manger outside. The manager waves at us while we leave. If you are a manager you should never conduct yourself in this manner.

This is a great restaurant. It is very colorful and it has great food. Very large portions!! The server Raul was outstanding and took very good care of us. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine.

The customer service here is always excellent. I enjoy the food as well. However, I'm not sure what happened today, but the place was crawling with roaches, and when I brought this to the managers attention, he did not offer anything. He simply told me they had sprayed the day before because of a bug issue. I'm not sure that I'll be returning anytime soon.

The customer service isn't good at all compared to what it has been in the past. I sat down, and it took 40 mins to get chips and salsa. We had to call the bartender over to order after given menus 50 mins prior. The food tasted horrible in comparison to other Mexican restaurants. I don't want to go back anytime soon.

The real restaurant is really named Si Senor. The food was great. Our waitress, Courtney, was excellent. The rest of the staff need to take classes on how to work in the service industry. They are rude, combative and argumentative. They refuse to acknowledge that the cook made an error on our order and wanted us to pay for his lack of concentration when orders are called This is truly sad because this was a nice, clean restaurant with an "A" from the health department. If you can put up with the rest of the horrible staff and want a good meal, go in and ask for Courtney as a waitress.
