Great food here and the staff are always courteous and friendly. Our food portions are pretty large and always receive them exactly as ordered. I usually go in with a large group and our server is always spot on, attentive and our food comes out quickly.

Great food, great place. They do have a bar but it is a dry county. Beer only and pre made margaritas. Margaronas (corona margarita) are good.

Awesome food, atmosphere and servers!!! The fajita potato is the best on the menu along with the tacos al pastor. Cheese dip is always yummy and the sweet tea is Southern approved.

There is one decent server here, the male owner. Everyone else here is unconcerned and seemingly inconvenienced by the presence of customers. As for the food, it is bland and hastily prepared. Cold salsa, bagged chips, and freezer section entrees that will leave you with indigestion if you are lucky, ze sheets if you are not a garbage disposal. If you think Corona is Mexican beer, you'll love it here. If you want to be satisfied, travel to the Azteca in Columbia. La Casita could only make it North of the border where fat Americans take what they can get to avoid cooking. Hallelujah.

We were looking for a place to stop for dinner as we go by this way often. Very nice decor in and out, great service from our young waitress. I had a combo plate, spouse had steak and shrimp . We are from the American southwest and agreed this will be our go to place when we are in the area as we both ate every morsel.

Kind of confused on the good ratings this place has. It was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. Really wish we would of just went to subway next door. Wouldn’t recommend this place for stray dogs. Just left a table full of food.

Cane to Collins on weekend trip and tried La Casita on just a whim. Really enjoyed the food. Ordered an order of the Carne Asada fries and they were really good! Great portions for cost. If ever in Collins again I will most assuredly stop by!

Stopped in this little place on a road trip to Florida. I will be honest that I didn't expect much but everything was great! My wife got a plate of pasta with shrimp that didn't sound great but was amazing. Me and the kids got enchiladas and they were on point. The sweet tea was great as well! I would definatly go again if we were passing through again.
