We walked in and no one greeted us. We waited about 5 minutes and we finally got seated. We sat there looking at the menu for about 35 minutes and THEY FORGOT ABOUT US. If I did not get up and go tell them, we would have never gotten our food. The food was not the best. Overpriced food. They kept forgetting our food, straws, drinks and they kept asking us what we ordered even though the lady wrote everything down.

First time coming to the one in Flowood. I ordered the Pad Thai lunch special with beef and shrimp. I felt so bad afterwards I went to the bathroom right after I paid! I thought it was something I ate yesterday but it’s been coming out both ends all night. Will not be coming back.

First I have to brag on the service here. Our server (the only server tonight) is single handedly handling over 12 tables. You should see him go. It's impressive. That being said the prices are decent. It's not a cheap bite, but it won't break the bank. The wife and I are for $50 including tip. The food is above average in taste and portion size. The atmosphere is kind of laid back. The building is clean and doesn't smell bad as some reviews say. You have to understand that certain foods do not smell awesome to everyone. I really enjoyed eating here for the first time with my wife tonight. I will certainly be returning!

After numerous comtemplation moments, I finally ate here today. They provide a friendly atmosphere and low key environment. There were not alot of diners during lunch today which after seeing other reviews didn't bother me one bit. I had the Shrimp Hibachi. It was absolutely tasty, thoroughly seasoned and nice portion size. I will be returning to try other dishes.

1. If you do not have a certain drink (Boba milk tea) do not advertise it on ever table. 2. Hire more employees, there should NOT be just one man in the front taking orders, getting the orders incorrect, and making us look bad when we asked for it to be fixed. 3. PLEASE bring the food that we ordered to the table when we got here, and finished our meals. It shouldn’t take almost an hour to bring out 2 pieces of sushi. The food is good, but you better have patience because you’re gonna have to work for it apparently.

Had the Pho Thai noodles with Shrimp and Pork, it was excellent. Coconut milk soup with chicken, mushrooms & scallions, it was amazing, super creamy and very flavorful. Also had spring rolls, they were hot and fresh but only tasted so so. My server was excellent, food delivered in 5 minutes and she checked back on me at least 5 times while I was seated, which was about 50 minutes. I will absolutely go back again.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Sat there ten minutes before we got menus. Rude server refused to serve me a drink because I didn't like her first one then she brings my food and says do you want this or not. Never will I recommend this place to anyone nor will I waste my time dining there ever again. If you truly want good food and great service I suggest The Crazy Ninja.Fusion should close their doors for good.

(Madison Location) I was once a loyal customer ate here at least once a week. Mainly take out. I would order the same thing most times on the way home from work. I tried to call in this evening and place my usual Togo order and the person(who called himself the manger) said "I'm sorry but I cannot take a togo order from this number you must come in first" I asked why and he said they have in the computer that I placed an order and never picked it up. Well the only time I place a Togo order with them is on the way home from work and I could not Imagine me placing an order then coming home with no dinner and not remembering. And also if I had forgot to pickup an order it seems they would have called. I asked when it was or what the order was and he could not tell me. I told him if he could tell me any of that I would be happy to pay for an order I did not pickup. Anyway it's just crazy I hate that bad customer relations has to end my patronage to this Restaurant.

The fried gyoza and Thai spring rolls were excellent. The Ahi crunch roll was good. The Fusion roll was somewhat bland. The service and menu selection we're both top notch. Good variety of Thai and Japanese dishes.

This is my favorite Asian restaurant in the Jackson area. The food is impecable! Each dish is made when you order it (which can cause a wait time, but it's worth it) and comes out hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The rice and noodles are always done perfectly, not overly done, but not undercooked. My favorite is the Pad Kee Mow Beef - Medium. The heat levels are as follows: Mild, Medium, Hot, Thai Hot. Mild has some spice to it, but nothing crazy. Medium is quite spicy. You'll be reaching for your napkin to wipe your nose, but it isn't too intense. Hot is HOT. You will be sweating! Thai hot is reserved for spice champions only!

The catfish and eggplant dish that I had here was one of the best things I have ever eaten in a Thai restaurant. I'm from south Louisiana so I ordered it hot, but I personally would have liked it spicier. Next time I will try it "Thai Hot" and see if it has some more kick to it. My fiancee ordered the green curry, which she said was good but also not very spicy. The menu includes a mix of hibachi and Thai food, so it should have something on it for anyone who likes asian style food. I just wish that they served beer. The server said that they will eventually though. We shall see.

Wasted $80 plus. Staff off balance. Waiter asked if we wanted to order after we already had. Grilled chicken was over cooked and dry, shrimp was okay. The seaweed salad was the best. Had to ask for my change and receipt. We will not return.

Do not waste you time or money on this place. Rude rude rude manager another table sat down then left after hiw he acted toward us. Ordered a roll that said it was baked asked for not baked got rude and said noting baked but it is clearly was wrote on the menu. When was brought out had panko flakes on the top of it was not listed. We asked for a new one he said only if we paid for one. I told him it was not listed on the menu therefore I could not order it without it. Ordered Pad Kee Mao tasted like straight soy sauce. Husband orded the basil duck also tasted like soy sauce and duck was not fresh tasted frezzer burnt. Should have know it was not going to be right when he brought me chop sticks to eat Thai food with.

The food is great, especially the Thai food. Best pad Thai I've ever had and good selection of curries. The menu is huge and has so much to choose from. Once you go, you'll definitely want to come back! The staff is also friendly and will tailor your food to your liking.

The service is fast and friendly at Fusion. I am a huge fan of the Red Curry - I like it hot so try it Thai Hot if you dare. Lunchtime is quick, but don't miss out on this spot for dinner. On the more expensive side of lunch but cheaper side for supper.

So, ready a 1 review on here. I wasn't there, but I can tell you that their wait staff isn't extensive so there may be only one person there waiting all of the tables. But it's worth the wait and a little patience goes a long way. Food is excellent and I've never had a bad meal.

Updated Review: Their seafood yum talay was so on point. The dressing is to die for, a ton of seafood, it was a 9/10 dish. We also ordered the seafood pad see-ew was full of flavor and the noodles were cooked just right. Chicken satay was nice and moist. Our lunch was just perfect. Previous Review: I come here for their Thai food, not so much for the Japanese food. Their pad thai is better than anywhere else I've had here. The thai beef salad is good too, but it's way too little for the price, I always have to ask for extra lettuce. Sometimes no one is in the front to seat you, sometimes the food takes forever, I always ask for thai mild because their mild is like medium hotness for Americans. It's a hit or miss, but they have a super solid pad thai and papaya salad.

The food is fabulous. You won't find better curry in Mississippi. Hands down my favorite Thai place, by far. Unfortunately the service is terrible. Understaffed to the point that I started doing take out instead. The phone will ring forever. Someone will come on, take your order, and hang up immediately. When you get there it won't be what you ordered. Having said all that, I still get takeout here regularly. They just have something that you cannot find anywhere near here. Just repeat your order over and over and check it once you get there. I mean, you might have to dig through the curry to insure you got shrimp instead of chicken, but once you get what you want, it will be worth the effort.

This was my first visit and I loved it. The owner happened to come to my job and said he has some good food so I was like ok I'm going g to check it out on my lunch. I went there and every was nice and friendly and the meal filled me up, nice size portions and the place was really clean. I most definitely recommend this restaurant cause I'll be going back with the wife.

Fusion is a great example of why one should not judge a book by its cover. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much. However, the inside is neat and clean. The servers are quick and friendly, the menu is easy to understand, and (coming from a well-traveled man who has tasted Thai food in Thailand) the food is about as authentically Thai as you will find in America. I suggest the panang curry!

The Pad Thai is great (but a little Americanized). I will warn you, get the "heat" on the side. The chefs are very inconsistent in how spicy this dish can be so I urge you to spice it yourself. I've had a range from "can't taste it" to "can't eat it" when I don't mention on want spices on the side. Be careful with those Thai teas also... no free refill on them and you can easily down 4 or 5 without thinking about it. The Good: - Quick - Nice staff - Fairly priced The Bad: - Inconsistent quality and heat - Atmosphere feels a little too dark

Was in town for business from Colorado, staying at the hotel next door. Walked over and the service was excellent! Save your time and money. I walked in and i was like walking into a freezer it was cold. It were alone two tables with people sitting at them every other table was empty. Now the service was fast but for the amount of food you get its not worth it plus it really didn't have any flavor. To top it off there was literally a worker in a booth on the opposite side of me sleep and snoring loud. that was enough for me to get up and leave..

The food was wonderful but within the hour I became deathly ill and spent that evening and the following night evacuating my digestive system with food poisoning most likely due to food prep and angry aggressive looking kitchen staff. I should have known better when I saw one of the kitchen staff wipe his bare hands on his dirty apron then fix his hair and then continue cooking. It was a terrible experience but again the food tasted wonderful. I do not recommend eating at this location until kitchen standards for employment are upgraded.

This is a fresh kitchen. They don't even have freezers. It was super tasty and fast. A great place to grab lunch. You can order a meal or "create your own" mix and match. I've been craving the shrimp curry. It was dreamy. I will be back. Update: Third visit here. They recognize my family and are amazing. The staff is amazing and the food is still amazing
