We had a party catered there. The food was awesome and the people were incredible. Toya, the manager was awesome as well. I can't praise them high enough for everything. This place is the best!

Terrible experience me and 3 friends went Saturday night the food was awful 2 orders of wings burnt. , 2 orders of nachos cold, 1 had hardly any chili or beef on it that was mines after I asked the waiter when I ordered to make sure the cook new we had them before and they were large and so much u had to take some home. Her excuse was there was one cook, if we were told that when we sat down we would have left. Been going for about 2 years first time we saw no manager walking around talking with customers. We all just ordered 1 drink after seeing our food we should have stood up paid for our drinks only and left. But this helped us deside since they changed the menu have no manager to talk to and only 1 cook on a Saturday night we are never coming back. Its usually 6 of us and with drinks we each spend about $70 each. After a long work week they took steak off the menu and now this. I just can't believe it this is not the first bad experience leading to us leaving this establishment ever since the new menu things have been going down hill and oh they must have fired all the good or experienced waitresses because ever one now looks 12 years old. Good job.

We went to this Fox and Hound over the summer for retirement party it's pretty hard to find so you better use your GPS cuz it's back in the middle of a parking lot in a shopping center in the South Haven area but it's just a bar they have good selection of food there a lot of people go there to watch football games on the weekends it's pretty much what you'd expect from a bar

My husband & I visited before a movie while on a date. We had a couple of beers and an order of wings and figured we'd eat a meal somewhere else after the movie. After the movie we visited a few places and the wait times were ridiculous (Sunday). We decided that we would just go back to Fox & Hound for more beer and something to eat. I had the black bean burger and it was awesome. We have decided that this will be our new hangout spot. The bartenders were very nice and sociable. I like this location better than the Cordova, TN location. The service was better.

The only thing good about this visit was the drinks! The music was VERY loud, the menus were filthy, the food was awful. We sent it back and we won't be going back to Fox and Hound What happened to the place!?

Highly recommend! We rented this venue for my father's 90th birthday party for 70-plus guests. The food was excellent! The servers were excellent! It was very easy to work with Toya to set up this huge event. I would recommend this venue to anyone! Thank you Fox and Hound!

Horrible service ......... soon after receiving our drinks my buddy wasted his tea, the waitress made a comment " you wasted your dann tea " I should have given you a to go cup also. So 35 minutes pass by the tea was never cleaned up and we were not offered another drink and/or were we asked if we were ready to order food, to make matters worse the Manager seem to just brush it under the rug and refused to give us new waitress per our request.

Arrived about 530 on a Saturday. Service was atrocious. 25 minutes after getting our drinks, wait staff finally took order. Took almost an hour just to get chips and queso. Food came out 30 minutes later and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Horrible service and subpar food.

Bartender bizarrely claimed that she did have a clean martini glass and refused to shake my Manhattan . . . Shameless, poor service as I watched her shake and pour a Manhattan on their drink menu they apparently, 'prefer' to serve on the rocks . . . Shameless arrogant, poor service by the bartender as I watched her pull out numerous, martini glasses and shake a s pour cocktails for other customers . .. our waitress disappeared for 15 minute periods 4 separate times while we were there . .. bar was 2/3s empty . . .

I haven't been here since 2015 & now that I'm back in Southaven,I'll definitely be stopping by here again. The staff will always be friendly & the food is good. To my understanding I think they changed managers & when I went there last,there 3 of them & 2 were pretty cool,but one of them though named Fred,took issue with me one time being too friendly with one the servers & keep in mind she was someone I knew,but that didn't keep the restaurant from getting my business. Overall, a good place to unwind & enjoy yourself.

My wife was insulted at this place simply because of her tattoos, not by an employee but by a customer, this customer screamed at her while heavily intoxicated and nothing was done. Not a thing was done until he kept following her around causing a scene and disturbing others, it caused a diatirbance to others that complained in which resulted in him being asked to leave in which he was in the parking lot causing diaturbances. I find this rather odd that this establishment has no security guards or security cameras for that matter on the property. I'm giving this place one star for the sole fact that I can't post this without rating it.

I typically refrain from posting bad reviews because I've worked in the retail and service industries. On any given day, one can have a bad experience however I've been to this location several times and I've been disappointed. On one occasion, I simply left because I waited nearly 10 minutes to get a drink. Last night, I dropped by with a friend to shoot a few games of pool. The bar was packed and only 1 bartender was working. My friend and I went to the pool tables and after 5 minutes or so we asked an employee who was cleaning tables to send a waitress by. After another 5 minutes or so, a waitress came by, we ordered drinks. We finished two games and decided to cancel our drinks and go when our waitress finally showed up with our drinks. We asked for our tab and we were given the wrong one. We had to sort that out with the bartender and waitress before heading out. I would not recommend this location!!

Ladies the bathroom is disgusting!!! After complaining to our waitress about it she went to the manager who ignored us. Our waitress said the hostess is supposed to clean but they only have one night hostess right now. Toilets have dust thick as a one year old outhouse. Pee all over the toilets Sinks are extremely dirty. Hair in them Mirror is a fog. Looks like they used a mop to the mirrors. Floors your feet stick too. I wonder what the kitchen looks like!

The service was great. The establishment as a whole was overpriced. A domestic beer is $5.00 and, if you like shooting pool expect $12.00 an hour.

Wings were good. Took awhile for the waitress to greet us, so I went to the bar to order drinks. When I ordered a salad, the kitchen ran out of thousand island. So the salad came out with little to no dressing (about a 1/3 of a cup full). She explained that was all the kitchen could scrape up. Cool. However, she should've offered to take the salad back free of charge, but instead I was charged for the salad. (Which I ended up taking a few bites of).

Service from our blonde barkeeper was terrific! Bathroom...no toilet paper and as a female I find that ridiculous! The chili became cold in the little cast iron bowl which was not war.m. Crackers, stale. Hostess friendly as well, our experience was improved by the bartender expert service.

Had the Voodoo Burger. Really good and not as spicy as it sounds but has a little heat to it. Staff was nice but ours guess got distracted. We didn't get our chips & queso. Probably didn't need it anyway. Overall very good.

Really liked our experience at this sports bar. My husband and I enjoyed local beers at the bar. Katie was friendly and attentive, and all the staff seemed to work well together and had a generally upbeat vibe. For dinner, we ordered pretzel sticks and beer dip (the pretzel sticks were amazing!). My husband ordered a really yummy BBQ flatbread, and the side salad that I ordered was full of veggies! The only "eh" things was the tomato soup which was a little small and a little bland. Katie's taking the time to explain the local breweries' nuances is what bumps this rating to a 5.

The food me and my friends ate was delicious and the drinks were good. I honestly didn't expect such good food from a bar. I ate the best chicken sandwich ever the day I went there. Even the chocolate chip cookie with icecream dessert me and my friends had was very good. Our waitress was friendly and made sure me and my friends got what we ordered. I would definitely go back with my friends again.

We waited 15 minutes for someone to bring us our drinks. When we ordered medium well burger, it came out completely raw in the middle. It was still cold. Our waiter came by three times and one of the times she told us "she forgot about us." Her name was Anna. They did however take off the raw burger from the bill, but that doesn't replace the hour and 30 minutes it took for us to get a quick lunch.

I gave it 2 stars because our bartenders were cool and John doing trivia accommodated us. We had fun but I'd say go for the beer selection.. dont expect much from the food. The nachos were the worst I've had in a long time. I got the fish and chips...they need to change the oil in their fryers.. it was bad. The wings my friend got were awful...just full of old grease... again. Bartenders good...food..awful
