Just called Fairpark to see about getting reservations for our sales team at Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi. When I say I was disappointed on how I was treated over the phone because it is event night at the Bancorp South Center. I was rushed off the phone and was told I could go to Harvey their sister company that should have space for me. I understand about the event but how I was talked to and treated was uncalled for. She really just blew me off like it didn't matter at all about the business I was about to bring them. Don't think my sales team or Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi will be doing business with Fair Park Grill again.

This place is great. We’ve been here before but tonight was the best. Katsiaryna was our server and she was great. Mallory the bartender makes a fabulous lemon drop. Prices are good for the for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend.

The food was good and reasonably priced. As for atmosphere, it was too loud which was no fault of the grill. The employees showed no interest.Our appetizer plates were never collected off our table when our meals were served.After requesting three times for a tea refill , I never received it. We had a party of ten which included doctors. I would suggest your team members be instructed on PR and service with a smile.

Very disappointed. Gave menus earlier, but still had to wait. No fish of the day, no rice pilaf, baked potatoes (huge)--not done. Steak was awful. All grizzle and fat. Bread was good. Cheesecake was great

My husband and I were passing through this past weekend and stumbled upon this restaurant by accident and I’m so glad that we did. We had the absolute best meal (complements to the entire kitchen staff) and our server, Jordin, we the BEST! She went out of her way to get to know us and took such good care of us. When you go ask for her and she will make your meal even better. We can’t wait for our next trip down the Natchez Trace Parkway so we can stop there again!!

My family and I came here to eat as we usually do twice a month we always order the same appetizer which is the queso dip this time it was not the same it had a burnt taste to it the chips were very dark so i asked to speak to the manager she quickly came said im sorry ill fix it ok great only a couple minutes later to bring it back with darker chips freshly dipped in grease i said no this is worse i asked could i just get something different in its place long story short food quality is not the same and that politeness went out the window when you do not like something ,The server became very snobby and rude and the manager had a look of disgust I will not be back that just ruined it for me

I was staying at the Hilton next door on a business trip. I walked in the door at 8:23. Was promptly seated. At 8:35 I had to flag down someone to come take my drink order and my food order. She said she didn’t know who my server was. I ordered the Caribbean Ribeye with vegetables and a side Caesar, add tomatoes. The salad came out before my drink, without tomatoes. My silverware was dirty. The lettuce tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. The Caesar dressing was not bad but not the best either. The croutons were really good. My steak came out rather fast. No big deal I like my salad and meal together anyways... but at this point I had still not seen my server. Finally a lady comes to the table and asks me if I need anything... never apologized, never introduced herself... I said no and she walked away. The steak was very thin and undercooked. But not so bad I felt it needed to go back. I didn’t care for the flavor of the steak, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. There was way too much pineapple and sweetness and it completely overpowered the meat. It needed some char or smoky flavor to it to balance it out. The cut of meat seemed cheap... a lot of gristle and not very tender. The vegetables were cooked well, but bland.. nothing a little salt and pepper couldn’t fix. The bread was a joke. It was very dense and dry and then soaked in a greasy top coat of butter. As far as the food goes... that’s all a matter of personal preference... and I understand that.. but pair a meal you don’t particulary like with horrible service and it makes for a really bad experience. The ambiance was nice. Dimly lit and sleek.. modern. I asked for my check and when she brought it back she proceeds to tell me that someone else was my server... and that she would make sure that she gave her the tip. Her name was on my receipt, not the other girls... and when did it become practice to imply a tip to a patron?! Especially when you gave hardly any service at all?! I normally would never leave less than 15% even for subpar service... and normally I tip upwards of 30%.. but I could not bring myself to do it and it’s the first time I’ve ever left a 2 dollar tip in my life. I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere and convenience of being next to my hotel room. The service was awful. The food was not my cup of tea.

We used Google maps to find Fairpark Grill while on vacation. We feel lucky to have found and chosen them! The food is very, very good, taste and presentation is a ten! Our waitress, Jordan, was amazing too! She took her time to give us suggestions, showed us the bloody mary bar (tre' cool!) and even chat a little. Also, I didn't have to look around for her and wait on my next drink order. I recommend that you ask for her when you go! We already know where we're going to eat next time we pass through! Thanks y'all!

I would have refer to the movie ratatouille, for the best way to describe my experience at Fairpark Grill. I had the blackened catfish, which was presided by the soup of the day on Monday, chicken enchilada soup. To top it off, the cherry on top of all this was the dessert shooters. All in all this was a perspective kind of culinary journey which took me through the highway of flavour to a destination of satisfaction. So thank you a lot Fairpark Grill I will return.

We are from Texas and wanted a great place to have lunch that was not a chain. We picked a perfect place in the Fairpark Grill!!! Very upscale atmosphere, yet casual, without the high prices!! The food was excellent as was the service. Wish we were going to be here longer to come for dinner. We will come here again if we are ever in the area.

Food is good to ok, nothing special. It use to be a great place to eat. Stay away from the ribeye steak you will be very disappointed. Salad had rusty lettuce, if it was busy I could understand. Kitchen seems to be lacking and not paying attention to detail. Deserts are good and chicken strips are above average. Service is good. Atmosphere is good. Clean dining area and tables.

Man, i had the chicken and waffles for brunch. Now understand that i despise brunch. I dont enjoy the post church rush and people being particular about their bloodymarys. No salt, extra olives, spicy but not too spicy, with the top shelf vodka. Dumbies. Now this place serves up great brunch food. Chicken was perfect, waffles were crispy and fluffy. The sausage gravy was so savory and the pecan syrup was amazing. The shrimp and grits were fantastic. Ya'll are killing it. For real. If i come back to town i'll be back.

Absolutely phenomenal service and meal! The best service I have experienced in my life (and I am retired and travel a LOT) Jordin is an amazing waitress who gave me all the time I needed. Centrell greeted me with the biggest smile - very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed an awesome conversation. The staff didn’t know I was in need of a smile and some joy. Just 3 years ago I lost my dad and my brother 5 days apart, this week is the “anniversary”. I’m tired and hadn’t had lunch or dinner, and have been traveling for 6 weeks. I was welcomed as a one-person table like I was so important to the restaurant. NEVER had that happen before - EVER. A special shout to the staff for the “bite” special of the key lime pie (as fabulous as the southwest salad!) and to the other gentlemen at the door (Collin and Dalton) tonight! Everyone was on point but treated me so well! Great job!!!
