Although this was my first visit, I thought the food was very good. The Panang curry was as good or better than any Thai restaurant where I’ve eaten. I didn’t notice any excess oil with the entree and the hot and sour soup was also very good. I will continue to eat here as often as I can.

Service is friendly. Everything that me and my friends ordered was delicious. It's easy to tell they care about what they make. The spicy levels are very good. A lot of places say 'spicy' but what you get has no heat. Not here. If you want it spicy they can and will make it spicy.

Great restaurant and service. Went on a Tuesday night and it was not busy. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Server made great recommendations off the menu, which included a fried shrimp appetizer, a fried rice with steak and a panang curry with tofu. Portion sizes are huge and the price is fair. The food was freshly made and was quite tasty. Complimentary fortune cookies after dinner. Would definitely come back to try other options off the menu.

I really love this place, but the last time I went their teriyaki chicken was not how it usually tastes! I was really disappointed but the egg drop and coconut shrimp compensated for it. I did not eat any of the teriyaki chicken!

Came in not knowing anything about the place but it's great reviews. It was date night with the boyfriend and we didnt know where to go. This place was right up the street so we came in. Super quiet and not another customer in sight. Then the cook came out with the happiest and most positive attitude. She really broke through the ice and by the time she came out with our Entrees saying "Yum Yum time!" The tension had went straight out the window. The food was DIVINE! We got the dinner for 2 for 29.99. Cheese wontons were fresh and not too heavy. Egg drop soup was very light but savory and the Black peppered Chicken was more than I could even finish by myself. I'll come back with my friends that's for sure!

This is the best Chinese food in the entire metro area. I've been going here with my best friend for years. I no longer live in this town, but come back several times a year to see family/friends. Always make it a point to visit here because my town doesn't have a good Chinese place. The egg drop soup is divine, and I highly recommend sesame chicken, bourbon chicken, or general tsau (sp?) chicken. The woman that runs the kitchen is also quite funny, so that's a bonus.

I have now been to Ding How twice and have enjoyed my experience both times. My first meal was so good I readily anticipated our return visit. All our food selections have been delicious. The quantity of our dinners have been enough for us to take leftover home, and they were delicious the second time around. The service was excellent. Ian is ROCKS! She remembered both my wife and I and gave us the same quality service we received on our first visit. We plan to add Ding How to our limited list of favorite restaurants and will visit on a regular bases.

The food was as expected, very average... You have to understand that I am half Korean so eating Asian food was my life. And another thing it is NOT Korean food it is Chinese food. So more than 3/4 if not all she had no idea what I was talking about when I tried to explain what it was I wanted. BUT, on the other hand the dish I ordered was a chef specialty so it was cool looking. It also came out still cooking. I liked that part. The best part of the meal was this ladies conversation. She took my order but she also gave me 30 minutes of good talking. So yea, I do advise folks if the want a good Chinese dinner then place is a great spot...

I do not know where to begin with how absolutely amazing the food and service was here. The soup to start was so delightful and light, but so warm and inviting. I ordered the Teriyaki Beef, and the meat was positively delectable. So tender and well seasoned along with the heavenly sauce paired with the perfectly steamed brocolli and onions made for amazing compliments to the beef. The side bowl of steamed rice was divine. Steamed to perfection and such a light refreshing flavor. The meal over all makes me feel warm and jolly. I will be returning as often as I can and with every friend I can bring in one car.

Visiting the city last night. Ordered chicken and broccoli for delivery. The broccoli was appetizing but the chicken was unrecognizable. At first I thought it was chicken skin but it was not. I am unsure even as the sun has risen and I have looked at in the light of day what "protein" this is suposed to be. I mean how do you mess up chicken? Do yourself a favor and skip this spot.

I came by here because the yelp reviews were good. But REALLY yelpers?! My goodness, this was one of the worst meals we've ever had in Mississippi. We asked the server what they're known for here, he pointed to all dishes that were $20+, sorry but that's pricey for Chinese food, unauthentic at that. Salad came out, it was honey mustard dressing, asian places usually serves their salad with an Asian dressing like sesame ginger. Hot and sour soup wasn't good, flavor was off. We ordered the siu mai which was $6?! It taste and looked like they got it frozen from the supermarket and thawed. Stick to hong Kong tea house if you want dim sum and it's like $3.75 there for the same dish and handmade daily. Next we ordered wonton noodle soup, the won ton itself was okay, soup and everything else in it was mediocre, but probably the best thing we ordered. We also ordered a beef dish the person recommended, it was so bland we had to ask for soy sauce. I specifically told the guy that we don't eat fried food or oily food, he said don't worry, this spicy dish is not oily. Well the $25 fish dish was full of oil! You can see from the picture, I took out almost a whole bowl of red oil! This guy must take me for an idiot because he was saying "Oh it's not oil, it's sauce." You're bs-ing with me right???? Don't ever play your customer as an idiot. None of us touched that dish, it was made wrong anyway. The fish wasn't fresh, small pieces that fell apart and the "sauce" it was cooked in was like soup when it should've been a thick spicy sauce. Fortune makes this dish pretty well, go there for it and it won't be so overpriced either. Anyway, none of us touched it, when we complained they basically said "Sorry, next time less oil." Didn't ask if we'd like something else or if we'd like to return it. They made us pay $25 for something that we didn't eat, also everything that goes into that dish cost less than $5 to make. Instead of losing $5, they just lost a couple of customers. Never again, spent $70 on some pretty bad dishes, what's worse was that those dishes were recommended by the restaurant.

BEST Asian restaurant ever!! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Jackson area. The food is fantastic, servings are plentiful, and the servers are absolute sweethearts!! I love Ding How and have been a loyal customer for more than 9 years — this includes the Danny Lin years. My favorite item on their menu is the "Ding How Hot Noodle Soup." I feel as if I'm the only one who ever orders this dish, but my, (oh, my) is it great! Side note: I usually order it with the hot sauce on the side. Besides the food, the current owners are the nicest, most special people I know. Yan always greets you with a BIG hello and she always has something really funny to tell you. My wife and I love to call and place an order cause she immediately recognizes our phone number and already knows exactly what we want and how we want it prepared.

Beef Fried rice not seasoned tasted like just oil. Ding How Hot Pepper Chicken not spicy at all just seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper and oil. Singapore noodles hardly had and curry powder in it and was mostly noodles not a lot of meat nor vegetables. Hot and sour soup was ok, a bit salty. Maybe the staple American Chinese food such as Orange chicken or Mongolian beef are better. I'm not gonna try to find out. I think it'd probably be best for the restaurant to stick to one cuisine and perfect a handful of dishes instead of adding Japanese and Thai as well.
