Not too good for our first and last trip here,took over an hour to get our food and ordered everything the same time. The stuffed mushrooms were very good but it went downhill from there. When our entrees finally arrived,my wife couldn't eat her dish at all,no flavor,very bland sauce. My shrimp in my pasta was undercooked,how the hell do you undercook shrimp? Also we had to ask for bread,didn't bring it out like they were doing for everyone else! We got 50% off for being so late with our food but it still cost $39. I wouldn't recommend to a friend!

The food was pretty good. The best thing was the Smoked Italian Wings for me. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The salad bar is simple but good. If you've never been go on your birthday because you get a free entree.

Food was fabulous, as always!! Super short staffed tonight (2 servers!) and Christina never missed a beat!! Not a single thing wrong with our order, never waited more than a few minutes for refills. She was incredibly efficient & I hope our tip reflected how much we appreciated that!!

This was terrible. The food was overpriced and the portions were small. My food took much longer to come out than the other six dishes at the table, and when it finally arrived, the plate was searing hot from sitting under a heat lamp. My fiance's cannelloni florentine was gritty and bland and the salad cart was extraordinarily underwhelming. The only high point of the meal was the tiramisu, which had great flavor, but the lady fingers were very soggy. Oh and the decor is horrific. They don't know if they're coming or going and have the biggest mish mash of decor items I've ever seen in a restaurant. Including this particularly horrible clown puppet. Overall, I will not return.

Best place for Italian dining. The staff is amazing! I always ask to be seated in Deanna's section, she calls me by name, knows the menu by heart, never lets me run out of napkins ( kids require extra) or drink and always brings my takeout box before the check ( without my asking). I can take my time to eat without feeling rushed. I feel welcomed at the door, everything on the menu is delicious ( kudos to the cook Jeremy!!!) , atmosphere appealing, bathrooms stocked/clean/ fresh, management is present and approachable by customers and staff, and I highly recommend visiting! Reservations on weekends recommended because they are popular with area and have several regular customers. It's totally worth the wait if they are busy!!

I've always enjoyed my visits to Cerami's! Generous portions for the price; fantastic flavor; live music...what more could you want? A bar? Well, they have that also! Since the restaurant will be closed tomorrow, on my friend's birthday, she agreed to go tonight for her free birthday meal and because her stepfather wanted to "give them another try" for dinner tonight. She called around 5pm today to make our reservation for 7:30pm without difficulty. We arrived at 7:20 hoping the table might be ready early since she has a special-needs son and her mom had knee-replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. No such luck as I've never seen the restaurant so busy at any other time! The staff didn't get upset when my friend got upset; they just diligently worked to accommodate everyone! They did an outstanding job in my opinion! Things were shakey at first but it all smoothed out quickly. We were seated just a few minutes after out reservation time and we all enjoyed a wonderful evening and fabulous food! There aren't many restaurants that handle an unexpected "slam" as smoothly as Cerami's Italian Restaurant did tonight. I will continue to give them my business and support as I am glad they are in the Flowood area. If you want authentic Italian flavor in a quaint, personal atmosphere , Cerami's is THE PLACE to be. Check them out - I hope they become your new favorite Italian spot.

Absolutely wonderful. Always fantastic food and service... authentic Italian at its best. We've tried the spaghetti and meat sauce, parmesan crusted shrimp alfredo, and the blackened redfish pasta... all are some of the best Italian dishes you'll ever eat.

Wagon wheel salad is so simple... But so good. Pasta & sauces are authentic & cooked perfectly! Cost is a little high for ravioli, manicotti considering these dishes aren't accompanied by a meat, but there's plenty of affordable and more appropriately priced options. Live music added to the ambiance. Owner is always extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make my children feel special!! We make this a must-eat whenever we're in Jackson.

Do not recommend! I have never been somewhere bad enough to make me write a review. They forgot to put our order in as well as the table next to us which had a different waitor. The alfredo looked like white paint and tasted like chalk and the manicotti tasted like burnt plastic. It was awful. As far as decor..lets just say it was clearly a chinese restaurant prior.

What a hidden gem!! I can't believe that I've passed by this place multiple times and never dropped by. When thinking of Italian food, first thing that comes to mind is Amerigo for nicer dining and Olive Garden for the cheaper eats. Never would I think that such a cute Italian restaurant would be in a small strip mall. Boy am I wrong. When entering the restaurant, we were quickly greeted and seated. I can hear the live music on one side of the dining room/bar area. We requested to be sat on the dining room side which also had a private small event room as well. The decor, music, ambiance will make you feel like you're no longer on Lakeland in the middle of Mississippi, but in little Italy. Every entree is started off with garlic bread and an all you can eat salad bar. Both of our dishes were delicious! Service was great, I was with a female friend and we felt like we were on a date haha they dimmed the lights, candles, definitely a romantic date night setting. We're already talking about bringing our men here. Food came out on a timely manner. The owner came out and greeted us, sat down and even had a convo with us. Very personalable. I will definitely be back! If you're broke and can't travel to Italy, just come here.

Horrible service as waitress did not bring bread after several requests and also did not refill drinks, she then blamed poor service on a large party, which she was not even servicing. Restrooms were disgusting with hand towels on the floor and around sink, along with wallpaper/paint peeling and missing border trim. Food was fairly high priced, but only mediocre after waiting over an hour after placing our order for two people.

This restaurant has such a wonderful, friendly atmosphere that I always look forward to going. My daughter and I just happened to stop one evening after shopping and we were pleasantly suprised! My first time trying Calamari yummm! We talked about it so much I had to bring my husband. The decor makes you feel as though you're in an authentic Italian scene

CERAMI'S was FABULOSO! We had wound up there for my B-I-L's B'day supper/dinner & we had a GRAND Waitress that we know- -didn't know she worked there, her name is TAYLOR YATES. Anybody that goes there ask for TAYLOR. Great waitress. I didn't mention: the food, the FOOD was off the chain. And then we got Dessert. Good desserts. We got a variety-choc cake, banana foster & Italian Cream cake and had leftovers to bring home. MR. FRED CEEAMI, you are doing a FANASTIC job running the place. I will be back.

Let mention what was right about my visit, friendly staff, Great Atmosphere. Now the why on the two stars my wife goes here a lot and wanted me to go with her, I am not a pasta fan. So I thought I would have pizza. No they have pita bread pizza, and very limited at that. So unless you are eating Pasta or a pricey steak you are going hungry. The menu is very very very limited! If you are going there make sure that everyone is a pasta lover because that’s the menu!

UpDate.... Hey All I met my wife the other day Cerami's for dinner and had a very wonderful meal with my wife . They have a a lot of new employees which really makes the atmosphere a lot nicer thanks for a great dinner and I'll be looking forward to returning very soon . Hey All my wife and I went to Cerami's for supper .And for an Italian restaurant this is the closest you can get without going to Italy .The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is wonderful the price is just right. I ate way too much I had the beef lasagna my wife had the house special and with the salad bar the bread drinks this is an outstanding restaurant Oh yes had dessert oh my gosh it was great. My family will definitely be coming back here for more Italian cuisine enjoy.
