First, the staff was more concerned about tending to their own very young children who were actually bussing tables (I have it on video), because they were not concerned about cleaning any tables themselves for customers.. Second, it took 30 minutes for the fish on the buffet to be refilled, after we brought it to their attention of being empty 30 minutes already... among other things.
Third, the smallest employee child was an infant who had to be held and did a very loud screaming session and was then carried to the kitchen area to be tended to.
Forth, our waitress who brought the drinks never bothered to check on us again till we complained to what we thought was a hostess. Our drinks never were refilled and the used plates were never removed from our table. The "hostess" informs us that she is a friend of the owner and not even an employee and was called while in church to come help out at the buffet. That explainded why she was dressed really nice.
Finally, its a buffet. Make as many trips as you want to get another plate of regular food. Just dont get more than one dessert, even if you end up not liking the one you choose. Theres a sign above the dessert table stating one dessert per customer. Every extra dessert will be charged $1.99 each. Wow. By the way, the banana pudding or any other of the desserts were not chilled. They were at room temp. We never got a ticket and was told our waitress, who was still sitting at a booth holding the crying baby, probably had the ticket in her apron pocket. I have never had such a bad experience and what made it worse was we had brought family from out of town there to eat. Bland food, high priced, bad service, children doing work. Someone needs to set this place straight.
