The views draw you here for sure. Sunset was beautiful. The people were friendly. I wished the wait had not been 45 minutes. Don’t go for the food. They have a limited menu because of their set up I imagine. The burger is just a frozen commercial burger that lacked any season. The fries and the shrimp/grits were way too salty. Presentation was good though. They probably just need someone that is more consistent in the kitchen.

This is the perfect place is Vicksburg to watch sunset from. Awesome food, live music and friendly customer service is icing on the cake, but plz do consider reserving the table in advance if you can, it gets super crowded during dinner. Must Visit

This place is very unique I've been four times and everytime I've tried a different dish, but I have to say my favorite on the menu is the shrimp and grits... It's true southern comfort food. Their blackened green beans are very delicious and worth giving them a try. The staff was attentive, polite and more than accommodating with special requests as far as seating and wanting a specific view. And I did find it refreshing that even though smoking is no longer socially acceptable inside restaurants they're willing to accommodate those who do smoke with a private separate smoking area that has its own spectacular views. All in all this is definitely worth your time and money... Great staff, Great food, Great views..!! Well done 10 South..!

I loved it even though it was cold outside and it was mostly covered in plastic it was a beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Met some really incredible people at the bar, Kip. I will definitely be returning with or without the boyfriend in my pics. Thanks for a great time.

Great view, good bar, food hmm. Go there for the views and drinks. Busy days they run out of items. Tonight it was slaw and coconut shrimp. Their shrimp and grits is more like shrimp creole on grits. If ordering food remember your in the real South so don't be in a hurry! Went back 7 26 19 for lunch. I think they even salt the pepper. Most salt I think I've ever tasted in ff or chicken.

Totally cool place to go have a drink and enjoy the river view. The food was ok and pricey. Had the fried chicken and waffle. The chicken was burnt. I had to return the food and have them remake it. The second time, they gave me half the chicken breast. Otherwise the waffle was good. The $12 fried green tomato was awesome because of the sauce. The kitchen tends to be slow. In our case, the waiter forgot our order and we had to tell him that our food was the the order window. I’d go back there for a drink, but probably won’t eat there.

The highest place overlooking the Mississippi River and the Steam boats sailing past. Food is simple but good. Try the bread pudding / moon pie and make sure you visit at dusk!

This is the place to go! They offer a great view and an excellent menu. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The view of the MS River is great. Even with the open eating area we were comfortable in the extreme Mississippi summer heat. I like to go just before sunset and order the grilled chicken sandwich.

This place has amazing food. The chili is definitely as good as they make it out to be. The coconut shrimp is incredible as well. Great atmosphere being on a roof with a nice view.

The food is amazing and you also get a nice view of the Mississippi river while you eat and socialize. There isn't many good options for food in Vicksburg but this place is definitely one of the best.

We went early (5 PM) on a Saturday. We were the first people to the elevator, but by the time the car got back to the lobby,, a crowd had gathered. We were seated with a nice view. Our server was courteous and efficient. The food was good. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Fabulous bar and restaurant with superb views over the town and the Mississippi, especially at sunset. If you're lucky you can see the paddleboats docking by the Old Depot museum.

Food is good but view of the Mississippi River and atmosphere are fantastic. Our waiter, Taylor, was amazing! On Friday night they have a two man band that sings blues-type music. They help make it a dining experience. My favorite was the pulled pork tacos! We will definitely go back.

Just have a couple of drinks and stop! The food is not on the level that it should be for $60 + tip for two drinks, two entrees and one appetizer. Enjoy the rooftop view and the nice breeze but go somewhere else to eat. Not worth the high price! Boyfriend had the chicken and waffles said it was just okay and I had the shrimp

10 stories up, over looking the Beautiful Mississippi river. Everything on the menu was prechosen to perfection and the food is prepared with L❤VE. This is a Universal restaurant. Family friendly, perfect for a date night or 1st time meet and greet.

Had several mixed drinks and beer at the bar waiting on a table. Very good! The 2 men singing and playing guitar were also very good! Shared a Ribeye with mashed potatoes. The steak was excelent!! Shared a bread pudding which was tasty. Liked the food and atmosphere so much came back the next night. More drinks, shared the barbecue coke wings, got grilled chicken sandwhich, husband got a burger. Nothing was a disappointment. Highly recommended! Wait was a little long but worth it. Steak was pricey but worth it. The rest is very reasonable.

The food never came. We ordered our food with a group of eight people. The food started arriving 30 minutes later. At over an hour my wife and I had never received our food. It wasn't until another person in our group pointed out that we hadn't received our food that the staff noticed. They promised to comp our food and promised that it would be out in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later our food had still not arrived. We informed our waiter that we were leaving. No fuss, no arguments. I would recommend that anyone visits this restaurant during non peak hours to ensure the highest quality. If you go during peak hours good luck.

This place deserves 3 stars just for the views of the Misdissippi at sunset. The food is pretty good too. We've been here three times in the last few years and have enjoyed it each time. We recommend the fried crawfish balls or the chilli cheese fries for an appetizer and the moon pie bread pudding for dessert. We haven't been as impressed with the entrés, but they're ok. Service has been great.

Really enjoyed my time here this past week as I was down visiting from Boston. Really nice atmosphere and a perfect location with amazing views. The staff is all very friendly and the fish tacos I had were excellent! I'll surely be back when I'm in Vicksburg again this summer.

Always the best in town! What ever comes out of this kitchen is wonderful. Get the maple glazed brussel sprouts with your meal and finish with the creme brulee. Always on point as they are all trained well by the chef. Please like :-)

We normally don't stray far from the highway when we are on a road trip, but my wife surprised me and found this spot. I'm sure glad she did cause it was a heckuva great start to our vacation. Great views and fantastic Shrimp & Grits. I will say however, my daughter ordered the salad with Crystals buffalo chicken. The dill dressing they used didn't have very much flavor at all. Probably not to drown out the hot sauce, but it was kind of strange, more so since she loves ranch.

Service was horrible, waited 1 hour and 30 mins to be seated. Food that was served was cold and the waiter that took my bro and sister in law order, never put their order in, they waited over an hour for their food to be prepared because of the waiters mistake, we asked to speak with the owner/manager, Jay Parmegiani he looked at our table and never came to speak with us. Horrible service, 15 mins later someone named Crystal came over and spoke with My bro and sister in law, she told them that their food was coming out shortly, they waited 10 more minutes and never got their food after they were told it would be on the house. We definitely will not be returning!!!!

I've been here a couple of times, and the staff is always fun, nice, and helpful. When I go with my friend, I actually feel bad for our server. But nick has helped us both times, and both times he had been great in dealing with our antics. The food is good, but I'm not a fan of everything on the menu. I really wish they would add the chicken fried steak on the lunch menu, but alas it hasn't happened yet. It's a delicious food spot, with a great view. Check it out.

First time guest experience: They were grossly understaffed on a Saturday. We waited over 1.5 hours for food. Our server was good, but he was overloaded with tables and would be gone for long periods of time. We left before eating our meals, so I can't speak to the entree quality. The appetizer was good, but one of our kids got a burnt hamburger.

The staff are very approachable and pleasant to speak to which makes it a great place for a family to visit. It does take a while for a server to come and take your order which detracts from the experience but that's about the only thing. The food is amazingly cooked with very fresh ingredients and you can tell the cooks know what they're doing. Its situated on the roof of a building that looks over all downtown vicksburg and has a pleasant view of the Mississippi river.

Absolutely gorgeous views!!! I was told I needed to check this place out, and from the view alone I see why! But the food was marvelous too!!! Word of warning though; the pretzels don't come with cheese it's a house sauce! haha So dont dip expecting a cheesy flavor. It'll ruin their fancy sauce for you!

This place is an experience! Views of the river and city surround the open air rooftop. Go at sunset. Service was excellent, thank you Jeremy! It's a lively place, so be prepared for that. We were there on a Saturday night, with live music playing while we devoured our blackened redfish stacked on top of a creamy grits concoction and topped with crispy onions. Our third time to be here and we definitely want to come back!

This place is a laid back, fancy dining restaurant. You can get away with wearing a blouse, shorts, and sandals. You can also wear a nice sundress, either option works. The food is exquisite, and heaven forbid I forget to mention the glorious view! What an amazing place to eat dinner, even with children, if you do not mind a solid 30 minute wait time. Great food, great atmosphere!!!!!

The pretzels are to die for! Staff was very friendly and I was unaware that their sister restaurant was Cottonwood. Gorgeous view of the Mississippi and reasonably priced drinks. Entrees were expensive but the maple glazed chicken sandwich I got was to die for. Went with a large group and they were very accommodating, would visit again!

If you want a good overlook of the river, this place is very nice. If you want to eat, better do not go!! Everything started bad because the table didn't look clean, the napkins were all grease, and one of us opened the napkin and there were chicken bones inside!! Clearly they didn't wash it! We ordered food, and we had to wait for it more than one hour. In the meanwhile we got more water only if we asked for it. I can clearly notice the number of workers is not enough because they were all the time very busy and the restaurant wasn't even half of the capacity. The only meal that look ok was the catfish taco. I ordered a grilled cheese and it was super salty, it had a ton of pepper, and it was soaked in oil. My brussel sprouts were burned ... I didn't even want to try desserts.

Good food and great view. This place was hopping on Saturday night. The wait was a little while, but it was worth it for the view of the sunset over the river. I never went inside the air conditioned part of the restaurant, but from what I could tell the only view of the river was from the outside paito seating. Our food was delicious. We got blackened catfish and shrimp and grits. For dessert Mississippi Mud, which was a little dry on my side but my boyfriend said his side was moist. Maybe next time I'll try something else. Highly recommend!

Several days in Vicksburg and tried several restaurants. Sorry to say this was the worse. View was great but the food was really bad and expensive. The eight of us all had different foods and everyone hated their meal. Took forever to get the meal and this was lunch with very few customers there. We went because we heard it was great but I guess we got them on a bad day...

WHAT A VIEW!! Waited at bar, enjoying cocktails, 20 min later at table. Would have waited an hour. Bartenders were great and waiter was wonderful. Highly recommend.

I had blackened redfish with a crawfish butter sauce and it was divine. So often restaurants or bars with a view as good as this get lazy knowing people will come anyway but 10 South back up their rooftop offering with great food and staff. I can't think of a better place to enjoy some seafood whilst the sun set over the Yazoo.

This was a fun location at the top of the building. The walls are large windowed garage doors that they open when the weather is nice. The view was slams from my table. I enjoyed the food, I had no complaints about my meal. This is kid friendly and they have kids meals, which is important to us.

Spent a wonderful evening on the roof of the old 1st National Bank Building in Downtown Vicksburg. The views, and the sunset, were both incredible. We were with another couple, who had dined there previously; we were on our first trip. The food was good; home-style fare, well prepared, if not memorable. Live music added to the ambiance. I understand the menu hasn't changed since the restaurant opened. We will return, if for nothing more than the great atmosphere!
