Here we offer you the reviews of real people who purchased the products of Red Cow North Loop (Restaurant) in the state of Minnesota.
Right now this firm receives a score of 4.6 over 5 and the rating was based on 2569 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an reviews average is basically the highest, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the score is quite credible. If many people have bothered to give their feddback when they are pleased with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to set evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Hamburger restaurant.
Really good burger. Brussels were excellent too. Friendly staff. I'll go back next visit.
Sam was my waitress for today she was really outgoing and super friendly she helped us out with what we should get on the menu. i highly recommend this place Good food good prices excellent customer service! if you have a chance ask for Sam to be your waitress!
Absolutely amazing food...nice ambiance and friendly service. Our server made some great recommendations and all of the recommendations were a hit!
Good burgers if you like MEAT!
60/40 burger is awesome and that medium mildish beer mustard is the best. Their air conditioning didnt seem to be working so was hot and humid inside. Fries not crispy.
Excellent service, food and atmosphere!
Of course, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! The fries were incredible too. I also had an IPA which paired perfectly with the burger. When we got in we were greeted right away, and the coolest part is that I put down my phone number and they texted me when our table was ready. It was great. The only downfall is they seated us right in the middle on a high table. Of course it’s understandable when there is a wait, but a booth or something would have been way more comfortable. It was still great though. The service was also really great! I will definitely come here again, it’s a new favorite for sure. MENU 9/10 (Many great choices) DRINKS 8/10 FOOD 8/10 SERVICE 8/10 ATMOSPHERE 5/10 PARKING 2/10 (It’s DT Minneapolis so wasn’t expecting it to be that great)
I ordered the ahi tuna burger with fries. When it arrived it was visually appealing. The taste was a mix of sweet and a little kick, the fries were excellent. Over all I thought the meal was great and would definitely recommend anyone visit this place and have a drink from their massive drink selection! Staff was great and very accommodating.
Awesome selection of beer and burgers. Definitely bring your appetite! I recommend you get a tiki drink !
Wish I could leave more stars! This place is wonderful. First, they have a great dog-friendly patio, and the staff was super welcoming to my dog (and they brought him a water bowl!). Second, the food is incredible. It is rare to find a place that can do crazy burger creations (I swear the Cowboy is at least a half a foot tall), PLUS they have a whole plant-based section of the menu (buffalo cauliflower was the best I've ever had). Third, great beer selection, including lots of local brews. I'll recommend Red Cow to anyone who will listen. Thank you!
Fast, friendly and great food. We went out for a group lunch and were able to get a table for 6 with no wait at 12:30. Nice variety of lunch entrees at an average price. One of the meals was made inappropriately, but they noticed it immediately and came out with another one within 5 minutes.
Edit: thank you to the Red Cow staff, they contacted me and offered a gift card due to our experience. I’m very impressed by this response and like I said we usually have the best experience here so.... we will be back. Thank you Josh and Red Cow team for the response we really appreciate how you went above and beyond. I usually have the best experience at Red Cow but we just went Sunday and the service and the food were terrible. In addition it was a request to go here from my 5 year old daughter for her birthday dinner. The food was burnt and it took 20 minutes after we were sat to even have a server take our drink order.
Went for the first time and whenever we come back to this area we will return. Our burgers were delicious and the my doughnut sized onion rings were the best I've ever eaten. Our server was friendly, fun and informative. Great atmosphere too.
First time here and it was soooooo good! Will definitely be back
Great burgers. Hipster atmosphere. Love the staff. Hard not to give it 5th star because I know they are doing a great job but I'm just not THAT charmed by an upscale burger joint.
Amazing food, good service. And their ketchup oh my god I love their ketchup, it honestly could go on anything considered fries or red meat. I. Love. Their. Ketchup.
My love for the Double Barrel burger is unparalleled. The chips and onion dip are also phenomenal, and I'm always happy with the service. I was quoted a wait of 20 minutes for a patio table, and was seated in less than 5. This place is just phenomenal every time!
Tasty burgers and relaxed atmosphere. The brownie sunday was great too.
The food is absolutely amazing. We had the ultimate burger. The staff was friends day and it was really easy to get on the wait list via Yelp (kind of annoying that we have to use yelp but it's whatevs). The wait list times were extremely …
Nice place to sit for lunch. Great quality food especially burgers for both adults and kids. Clean place with fast and polite stuff .
Great waiters, flavorful food. Service was delightful. We enjoyed the Ahi crisps. Great flavor. Blue burger have marvelous flavors. The brownie sunday did us in!
Very good food!! Onion rings are huge and are absolutely awesome.
Exceptional burger and fries. Great beer menu. Very friendly staff and all around comfortable vibe. Very impressed with all the flavors in my burger. Highly recommended!
I've always had really hit or miss experiences here. They are usually busy, but tend to have good service. Unfortunately they also tend to overcook burgers, and usually when they change the menu it's not for the better. Until they bring back their fish & chips and their steak, I won't be going back. Those were the only things on the menu that I never had to send back.
My go-to place for the best gluten free boneless chicken wings! Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. I also really enjoy the sweet potatoe fries and the gluten free Asian salad. It's all fantastic with flavor.
Perfect for the quick casual lunch we wanted. Good selection of beers and good menu variety.
Best burgers in town by far!! Huge beer menu with lots of amazing beers! Great atmosphere with great service!!
Great food and our server, Zoe was amazing despite how busy she was. Thank you for your amazing service!
The food is great, the beer is good. Highly, highly reccomend.
Their services are awesome and the staff is accommodating. Will be back again.
Had a pretty good meal here. I ordered the smash burger - double barrel and it was excellent but the portion size was small. The fries it comes with are a standout as well. Wife ordered the 60/40 which is the third time she has ordered it and she used to like it until she had half of my double barrel. Our server seemed bothered that we were there. She did her job, just not the best attitude. We were there in the morning before a Vikings game and there was plenty of seating and staff. Place was starting to really fill up at 11am when we left.
Really great meal and the decor is fabulous. It was nice for a romantic meal. I had the feature burger and my husband had the award winning double. The onion rings are to die for. The batter is so good that I bet their fish and chips are amazing. We also had dessert, although the dessert choices were limited there was something for everyone. We split a brownie sundae and it was amazing. The service was phenomenal even though they were super busy and short handed. Everyone pitched in and several people besides our server visited our table for refills or to check on us. Being former servers we love to see the teamwork.
Loved it ... It's amazing sitting out on the patio with the setting summer sun. Great service and you never feel forgotten. The food is amazing and they have an endless selection of beer. Each burger sounds better than the other and the one I had - The Breakfast Burger war absolutely amazing. Medium with a runny egg, crispy bacon and served on sourdough bread with peanut butter. Burger heaven. The Brussels sprouts are amazing again and I over-ate....
A friend and I ate hear prior to the Men's NCAA championship game. Great burger, atmosphere and service. I would definitely recommend this place.
Excellent food and beverage. Staff was very helpful including a few local places to try during our visit. Btw the Art museum was well liked by family!
Delicious food and drinks! Great service and nice location! Highly recommend!
good service, good food, another north loop bar & grill
From out of state,great food,great service,great atmosphere.
I had some coworkers recommend this place while I was visiting on a work trip and I am so glad they did! This place has some of the best burgers I've had anywhere, Minnesota or elsewhere. The bison burger was so good, juicy and delicious and the fig and goat cheese with caramelized onion was a perfect combination. The atmosphere was awesome as well and the staff is very friendly.
Very popular and busy space. Get there early if you don't want to wait. my only gripe was I ordered a patty melt and the bun was soggy. Staff was very friendly place was clean and super busy
Had the Ahi Tuna burger. So tender and so much flavor. Tots were cooked to perfection. Too. Great vibe as well
Best burger and beer selection in the North Loop. Fantastic bartenders and a top notch establishment.
Food was wonderful, service excellent. Humus plate would have great for dinner on it's own. Veggies were fresh and tasty. Burgers were excellent. Coleslaw had just the correct amount of dressing. Fries were very flavorful.
The food was some of the best that we've had. The bison burger was cooked to perfection. The cheese curds and hard-boiled eggs were delicious. However, the whole experience went downhill pretty fast because of the service. A drink was forgotten. Then a whole meal. Then a mimosa took another 15 minutes to show up. The manager did remove the meal and offered a drink on the house but the server herself was nowhere to be found. She wasn't attentive and avoided the table after the incidents.
The Red Cow has great burgers, but we really loved their appetizers. Their chips and onion dip and their cheese curds were unbelievable. The restaurant had a funky atmosphere, and our waitress was super nice. We had a short wait, but it didn't seem to take very long at all. We will definitely eat here again when we come back to Minneapolis.
Came in for a to go order around noon. The place was filled and still had people coming in. The staff is very professional and made sure they gave me an update on my order. Food was coming out generally fast for how busy it was. Jack was running the show and doing everything he could to seat people quickly. The food was dynamite! I had the cowboy burger and the root beer infused pulled pork they put on it was spot on delicious! Cant wait to go back and try something else.
Good vegan options having both the impossible and their in house chickpea burger. Additionally, they have a good soup and some great vegan appetizers. Service has always been good when I've visited during lunch and there's never been a wait to get a table.
Replaced impossible burgers with cat food like beyond burgers. Bad move. Beer list good Menu extensive Wine list and cocktail program are unbeatable
It lives up to the hype. A wide variety of interesting burger creations to satisfy your unique craving. Friendly staff and surprisingly quiet interior later at night.
Best burgers ever! Get the side salad with tomatoes
After being seated it took about ten minutes before anyone came and greeted me or took my drink order. I came after the lunch rush as I always do when grabbing lunch so I was pretty surprised it took so long. The waitress finally took my drink order and I had plenty of time to look over the menu so I was ready to order right then. The actual drink never came out and then the food came. It was a different person who brought the food out so I figured I would remind the waitress about my drink once she came to check on me. That never happened, needless to say I regretted not informing the staff who brought my food out that I never received my beverage. The next time I saw my waitress or any other staff was well after I was finished with my food. The patty melt I ordered was very tasty but excessively greasy which made the bread very soggy. The fries were good but nothing stood out about them and my pretzel with beer cheese very chewy and the beer cheese just tasted like nacho cheese from taco bell with a splash of beer. Over all the food wasn't the worst but for a twenty dollar entree and appetizer it should have been a lot better. I would not recommend this to anyone with time restraints or if you are parched.
Excellent burgers. I very much like their brunch. If they bring back the mini donut sundae, I'd like them even more.
Delicious burgers, great selection of beers and the cheese curds are just amazeballs! Plenty of seating, great service and good ambience. Would visit again and again!
Excellent food (knowing we came for what we were told were some of the best burgers anywhere). The Barcelona burger was fabulous and perfectly prepared (I'd ordered med rare, & it's not often that any kitchen *ever* nails it). We were also very pleasantly surprised by the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites - deep fried heavenly goodness!! We'd come back just for these!! Great beer selection, and topped it off with absolutely impeccable service at the bar (Cory was great!) Thanks team Red Cow!
So helpful and delicious! I ordered catering from Red Cow for a nearby corporate event and two staff members helped me carry everything to my destination completely unprompted. Thank you!! Everyone at the event loved the food :) Also, …
Definitely earned their best burger distintion and a great beer selection
The special burger, beers on tap, and service were phenomenal. Will 100% be back!
After several visits, I've left with the same question: How does a place known for it's burgers not know how to cook a burger medium rare? Regardless of how I ask for the burger to be cooked, it always comes out well done. Edit: I believe 1 star reviews should be reserved for worst case scenario. As a small business owner, I know how important it is for customers to see quality reviews when choosing where to spend their money. We have not been back, and I don't think we'll be back. However, I do appreciate that management reached out and offered to make things right. Besides the inability to get a burger cooked to order, everything else here has been great. Staff is friendly and the service is good. The poutine is delicious and the fish fry was pretty good.
The best burger I’ve had in a long time, and the brussel sprouts and cauliflower were delicious starters. The service was very friendly and super efficient, and the people watching from the patio was fun. Highly recommend.
Don't get me wrong. The food is good. Really good, not amazing. The beer selection awesome, but the wait situation is very bad. We added our name to the list and it took 40 more than expected for us to be seated. We were standing 3 feet from the hosts stand and they did not call us because they chose to text us instead. We never received the text. This added to an already ridiculous wait.
Decent place, service was good, food was fine. The burgers are not large by any means.
This is probably one of the best burger restaurants I've ever been too! I can't say any bad about it, literally 5 stars !
My favorite place for burgers in the city. They have an amazing selection and they do a wonderful job with gluten free options. It’s nice to have a place with actual gluten free substitutes rather than forcing the customer to eat a hamburger without a bun. Also the staff is always super friendly and excited about their work.
The food is very fresh, great service.
Good food. Not as much food as I expected for the price, but everything tasted good, the service was excellent, the atmosphere fun and friendly, and I would go again. I also enjoyed that getting a gluten free sandwich did not cost extra. My sandwich was tasty.
I normally i am not a fan of burgers, but everything i tired was amazing. The chips and dip are to die for. The chips are freshly fried. And the mushroom and swiss burger was so good. I am forsure in love with this place now.
Worth a short wait to get happy hour beer selection, cheese curds (in the top five cheese curds around the Cities), and stay for a burger and fries. Big portions: sometimes it's just right to split a burger and sweet potato fries between two people. Poutine in skillet is filling, though not quite as robustly flavorful as anticipated (maybe it’s the lack of gravy?). Friendly service and relaxed bar environment. So many beers on tap, and not just typical domestics and common craft lineup. Experiment a little and go for a couple rounds.
Hands down the best Impossible Burger I've ever had. Cooked to perfection - even asked the waitress it maybe she gave me a beef burger on accident Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer and kids hummus were awesome. Great drinks / Happy Hour specials. Can't wait to go back! I would have liked to bottle that up and take it home. Yum!
Excellent food, marvelous decor and quality staff. Went for lunch on a Saturdayand were seated immediately. They have a simple menu but should have something to please anyone. Great burgers and really good sweet potato fries. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back anytime.
Red cow was absolutely phenomenal. The vibes in the restaurant are great for a night downtown. They offer complimentary regular or sparkling water as well which I thought was a really nice touch. The cheese curds were delicious and the ranch and berry ketchup we're to die for. The grilled chicken sandwich is huge, tender, and juicy, and is an awesome choice for a healthier option on the menu.
Burger was much smaller than the price it was. Good burger. Just expensive for the size. Would have been better off going to Denny's or Perkins. Couple dollars less and you get more.
Accidentally hit one star!! Sorry! This place was great. 5 Stars for sure. I visited during the Final Four weekend and had a blast! The bartenders were great! Helped suggest some great local beers and service was fast, especially considering the crowds. No complaints!
The burger was good (double barrel) but the service was meh. For a Friday lunch hour I would have expected the wait staff to be more on point. Aside from that the food was good. I'd get it again, as take out.
Our server Emma was great, she was so attentive, funny, and genuinely made it a great experience. I like to stop at red cow for a good burger and it never disappoints. The cowboy burger is the best thing on the menu and the Parmesan fries are the perfect compliment. The north loop location is definitely a cut above the rest.
Really delicious place with great service. Ordered the ahi tuna crisps, now I can't live without them. Cheese curds were excellent as well. The wine selection was robust and just what I was looking for. Our server was attentive and enjoyable to speak with, never rushing us, only offering last minute happy hour reminders and checking in when appropriate. I enjoy this location almost as much as I enjoy the St. Paul Selby location. Even if you're not a big meat eater, you'll enjoy this spot.
Great food. I had the Turkey breakfast burger and a mimosa and they were great!
Have gone here twice for lunch, it’s always packed. I’ve had two separate types of burgers and each on has been amazing. Meat is super flavorable and cooked perfect. We’ve had chips and dip and cheese curds for apps - both were amazing. I’m usually not a huge fan of curds, but these are top notch - great taste and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the “Red Cow Grind” which has ribeye, chuck, and short rib & brisket. Always cooked to perfection and not too heavy on the stomach - unless you get a bigger version - which I might do next time :). Really great place, highly recommend for any burger lovers. You may want to make reservations or get there a bit earlier than you usually do.
STOP HERE. Don’t question me just go!! It’s so fair priced
The perfect mix of classy and low key. Great burgers well prepared and a deep liquor list.
Good sit down restaurant with great food! Would recommend for a high quality burger. Definitely had options for gluten free and vegetarian too.
I’m going to give 5 stars because ultimately the food was faultless, the atmosphere is great and when I was served my food the person who did it (separate to my initial server) was informed and passionate. I had a similar experience just now as to someone who reviewed here previously. Seated myself and it took 15 minutes to be attended to — and only because I kindly waved them down. They brought over menus and then it took after 10 minute before my server took my order. The food arrived a short moment later but without the non-alcoholic beverage I had ordered. After finishing my meal (15 minutes or so) the drink had arrived. Pointless really. This was also after the lunch rush around 2:30pm. Great place. Would recommend it. Could only suggest for staff to be more attentive. Of course, it could have just been one of those days for them too. Have recommended this restaurant to the rest of my touring party and would dine again next time I’m in town, provided I’m not on a time constraint.
Okay this place was seriously fantastic. Aside from getting a parking ticket on the very minute the meter expired, that sucked. But the food was fantastic. Excellent burgers and excellent ahi tuna burger. And the onion rings were incredible!!! Highly recommend.
Went here on the recommendation of a co worker and it was fantastic. A dark, warm atmosphere that was very clean. Our server, whose name I failed to get, was fast and friendly and was around enough to make sure we had what we needed but not …
Simply fantastic. The burgers were SO Delicious! They were juicy but not greasy, crispy edges and wonderfully salted fries. Their homemade ranch was a delight as well! Overall, great customer service, sociable and caring. A great spot! This may have topped my favorite in-town burger joint.
The staff is fantastic! Had the best burger in a while. Recommend the place if you come to Minnesota!
Great burger. Good service. Clean chill atmosphere.
I really like most of the food on the menu! However, it would seem that they changed their tomato soup. It used to be more of a creamy tomato bisque. Now it is more of a ketchupy tomato soup. I am not a fan. I loved coming there for dinner for the famous grilled cheese (with BBQ potato chips!!!) with tomato soup but was very disappointed in the change in the soup.
I had the double-whatever burger and it was incredible. I ate the thing in like two minutes; I couldn't control myself. The people were nice and there was an impressive drink selection. Price was as expected.
Can't go wrong with Red Cow. Had a server who was training and she did a wonderful job. I could have filled up on the scotch eggs, I would definitely recommend them! As far as the burgers go there is enough variety you will find one you like. Promise!
Excellent food, high quality ingredients, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was in the area on a work visit and this place was recommended by the hotel.
Friendly staff, great beer selection. Burgers, fries, tots all well done. Service was fast. Seemed very popular with locals. Would recommend checking it out.
My husband and I went on a date here for the 1st time today(sunday) at 11am. We got seated the minute we walked in the door and received excellent service. We ordered the buffalo wings & cheese curds as a appetizer and I got the Barcelona burger(I think it is called) with sweet potato crinkle. My husband got the quarter pounder burger with fries. Everything was very delicious. We went at the perfect day and time. My husband and I chose to sit outside cause we are from up North and not many restaurants we go to offer that. Wonderful experience overall!
Great atmosphere and delicious grub. We will be back next visit to Minneapolis.
Came on a Saturday night 8/3/19, sat on the pretty patio. Service here is impressive...Unbeknownst to the guest, they use the pivot point seating system so every single employee who comes to your table knows who ordered what, so there's no asking "who had the margarita?" or "who's having the patty melt?". It really made a difference in overall level of service, and they did it impeccably. The food was very good other than the fact that every.single.item. was irreparably over-salted and over-fried...the chips & dip, the burgers, the fries, the tots...all of it. We were parched, lol. I'm assuming it was just an off night or an off cook..but it was pretty bad. like I said, the food itself was very tasty...we especially loved the Chips & Dip app. The tater tots aren't worth the $2 upcharge, they were friedn to a greasy dust. I was sad we didn't order the onion rings, as those looked amazing. We will be back to try again, hopefully with better luck on the saltiness. Bravo again for the great service though!
Every member of the staff that we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the sweet potato fries. They had a really delicious sauce for them (smoked pepper aioli, I think?)
I really like the turkey burger, the patio is great. Good craft cocktails and a fun relaxed atmosphere. The wait is a bit long, but it usually isn't as long as they say it will be. Try the parmesan fries. Yum.
For a $16 dollar burger I wasn't impressed. Service was awesome and they did a wonderful job splitting our food. Very thoughtful!!
Burger and beer were good. What I don't understand is why the owner of the restaurant is charging the customer a 3% employee wellness charge... Isn't this the owners responsibility to pay the employee from business profits? ********Reply to Josh, Thank you for your response. Your intentions sound noble right up to the point where you reach into your customers pocket (unbeknownst to them) to fund all the wonderful things you are doing for your employees. It IS dishonest to add a surprise 3% charge to the final bill with no prior notice to the customer. I suggest you raise your prices 3% so you can avoid hidden charges, or provide prior notice. Just because other restaurants are doing it as well does not make it morally right. I hope you can continue providing your employees with great benefits without being dishonest with your customers.
Perfectly cooked burger. Great service was able to get in and out on my lunch break
Incredible service. One of the best service experiences I have ever had.
Lots of fun, relaxed and collegial atmosphere wonderful beer list. Hamburgers as good as you can expect. I go back with some regularity because of this.
Excellent burgers made just right. The Double Barrel is the way to go. Nice and pink in middle, melted cheese, no added vegetables or other distractions! Good selection of beers on tap.
The wings are amazing. I had the Japeneese Sticky wings on happy hour and I was very impressed! I will definitely be coming back. Something to know is some beers are only $1 off and others are $2. Just make sure to read the fine print. Regardless, I love this place!
My family enjoyed Red Cow for brunch the day before Mother’s day. The food was very good and the service was pretty good. I thought the lighting was a little off in the building. It’s a popular restaurant in a great location.
Great service - super efficient and friendly. Nice wine too. My tuna burger was good, but not awesome, but the sweet potato fries made up for it. They were sensational!
Holy cow..... this place was beyond amazing. My friend and I were in town from out of state and we were both in heaven!!! The burger was cooked to perfection, Odell was on special, and the staff was super nice! 10/10.
Our bartender was incredible! The food comes out fast (fast enough for a quick work lunch), and was fresh. The party melt is to die for!
Lakers start with saying that the restaurant itself is a 5 star. Great location, loves the vibe and atmosphere. Very clean and nice to be in. So the reason for 2 stars lost -( remember, this was just for my visit) - 2 stars lost for service. It was not to great, the server was polite and friendly, just wasn't a great waitress. Included in the lost stars was food. We ordered a couple meals, the PB&J was not all that great, especially for the price. But the cowboy was pretty good in looks and taste. I posted a pic of the kids meal and of the cowboy, the other wasn't worthy of a pic.
Great upscale restaurant, calm atmosphere but can be loud at times. Great food and large beer selection.
I came here for my birthday with my parents. Their gluten free options are very good. The burgers are incredible! Well worth every dime spent. The service was amazing. Atmosphere was nice. We didn’t have a table right next to us so we were able to have some since of privacy. I can’t wait to go back again!
The double barrel burger is to die for! My friend ordered the Barcelona burger and she loved it. It was a good sized burger and it was so good she took it down and finally, my boyfriend got the bison burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall GREAT place to come for burgers and more! Exceptional service. We will certainly be back!
Coming from Colorado visiting friends. Food here was great! Employees noticed I didn’t eat a lot my 60/40 burger, they wanted to make sure it was okay, it was delicious! ( I just can't eat a lot due to health issues) I did tell them it was over cooked a bit but still tasted great, but they still offered to remake it, I declined so they took it off my bill which they didn't need to do. Had very good service the staff and management where all very nice and understanding! 10/10 would definitely come back!
Went there for a birthday. A surprise celebration. The appetizers were good. The wait staff a bit sparse for a busy summer evening. Two in our party wanted their burgers more well done and that seemed to be an issue. I chose the medium blues but honestly, it was disappointing. The middle of the burger was basically warm ground beef. Barely holding together. And the cheese dripped out in two bites. Couldn't tell if it was bleu cheese or not. But the fries were good. Wouldn't fight the traffic, crowds and parking hassle to go there again.
Legit good burgers and fantastic appetizers. We ordered the seared ahi to start and ended up getting another one because it was so good. I could make a meal out of those things. They also have some creative drinks that ended up being pretty tasty. The service was good and the atmosphere was delightful. It felt like what a local joint should be: great food, service, and tons of personality.
We had excellent service here. I love their beet salad! I would also suggest their cheese curds with home made ketchup. Huge space so we didn't have to wait long to be seated. We will be back!
Great food and great service. Our waiter shared many great tips and suggestions. Wonderful appetizers, burgers and who doesn't love hand cut fries?
Our waitress was a doll. I wish I remembered her name. They have amazing Ahi tuna crisps, buffalo cauliflower, and their 60/40 burger is killer. Highly recommend this place.
Great food and customer service. The brussel sprouts starter was delicious! Burgers were just as good!
Great selection of local/regional beers. The Ahi Tuna burger is a really tasty non-burger option.
I really enjoyed dining in this restaurant. They have a really nice bar, and the waitress was professional and prompt, too. I had to choose the award-winning double barrel burger, and she had to tell me that it was so good. When I got the burger, I understood why she told me that it was so good because, indeed, it was so freaking good. If you like Five Guys, then you can think of this burger as the next level. It was very meaty, very cheesy, and very well-made. If you’re in Minneapolis, then I highly suggest you consider trying this burger.
Always a great place and an awesome menu. Try their special red cow grind burgers.
My visit to Red Cow couldn’t have been better. Friendly and attentive service, a good selection of beers, and a long list a unique burgers. I had the double barrel Manhattan burger which was outstanding. Tater tots as a side alternative to regular fries was a great touch. Definitely a place I would go back to the next time in Minneapolis.
The food is obviously awesome, but the staff is next level. They are just doing their thing casually but are attentive and informative in a very sneaky way. Kudos.
Truly some of the best burgers anywhere. This isn't your typical chain restaurant style burgers: generic, over stuffed with low quality toppings and low quality beef. These burgers are high quality meat, properly prepared and with the right balance of meat, bun and toppings. This sounds easy, but if it was, there wouldn't be so many bad burgers in the world...
60/40 burger was fantastic as was the Mos-Cow Mule but entire menu offered great choices. Service was exceptional. Thanks Rissa for drawing us a map to supplement the directions you provided.
Best burger I have had in a great, long time!! And the beer was pretty yummy too!! I am visiting from Washington State, and you guys did good!!
Opposite to where I live and love the ambience and overall feel. Huge selection of beer and nice Mimosas. Except burger selection, could do more with the selection in menu but definitely a weekly visit for us.
They have a great selection of beer imo. The service was pretty good and quick for lunch on a Friday. The food wasn't quit what I expected, but was still delicious. I just imagined it was going to be different than what it turned out to be.
