Food was good. Service was excellent; our server, Jesse, was very quick to get our food and worked hard to anticipate any other needs we might have to make our dinner the best. I had a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich made with sour dough bread; it came with rustic tomato soup. My husband had the Blue Burger with Cole slaw. Both of us would get our selections again. This place was definitely Worth our stop and we will go again.

The breakfast burger was really good. The sourdough bread was a nice change from a regular bun and made it feel more like breakfast. The peanut butter was pretty prominent. Sat at the bar and felt a bit ignored by the staff. Saw the bartender on his phone multiple times and my glass went empty for more than I'd have liked.

We had such a wonderful Saturday morning brunch here! Our waitress, Ashley, was such a treat! Everything was well thought out, Ashley was personable and had a wonderful since of humor, and the food was delicious! My family from out of town enjoyed it SO much that they requested a visit to the sister resturant by the end of their trip. If only we could bring Ashley with us. Thanks all!

At this price point the burgers are okay, but there are better places you can go - especially if you're looking for a good burger and don't have to specifically be in this area. The service and ambiance adds to the experience, but you're essentially paying for an upscale version of other burger places. Is it a bad option? No, just better places you can go for a gourmet burger.

This is the best burger place in town. They don't skimp on the meat. Their burgers are flavorful, filling, and not too fancy. I love a good burger that doesn't try too hard and that's what you'll get here. It's always packed to prepare to wait for a table, but it's definitely worth it.

Red cow always has amazing food. However this location is tough. Only roughly 10 spots for parking otherwise you have to park down side streets or walk a very long ways from other parking ramps. Each time we've attempted to go the wait time has always been over an hour. Might try to attempt again but haven't had much luck.

Manhattan was very well made. Love the cherry and the big block of ice was a nice touch since it melts a little slower. The poutine, which switched out gravy for beer cheese sauce, was pretty good too. Nice selection of beers on tap. Server did a terrific job with recommendations, which I asked for. It's very busy but also very good. Love that they have the impossible burger. The ahi burger was really good too. It might be nice if the impossible burger came with a little something green. Would go again, just have to be prepared for a wait! Also a really nice beer list.

You also get variety of options for beers locally made and international ones. The staff is very courteous and engaging and does you give time to select from the menu. Overall good experience.

Perfectly cooked, very flavorful and perfectly portioned. My coworker and I had the onion rings as appetizers.I had the Barcelona burger with prosciutto and red pepper. And she had the ultimate burger. My coworker even called said the onion rings were in her "top 5 list". Not only were the burgers delicious, the staff was curteous and efficient. If I'm ever back in Minneapolis area, I'm coming back!

The potato leek soup was delightful. Bit different than traditional but the flavor was on point! Delicious French dip and the au jus was perfect, not overly salty as most. Would prefer no cheese on it but I may have overlooked that in the description. Looking forward to returning and trying the Tennessee chicken! I would love to give it 5 stars but the parking is abysmal. Hope that it is because of all the snow!

One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The waitress was extremely helpful and patient helping us pick the perfect food, all the while the bartender was doing the same, bringing over samples and recommending things to try. Then the Double Barrel Burger was placed before me. I'm still in shock. It was so good. 2 thinner patties (like it should be) seared and seasoned to perfection. Every bite made me more sad as I would inevitably run out of burger eventually. I'm sitting here, completely full, and considering getting just one more Double Barrel. I really should've taken pictures...

Probably the most consistent burger I've had in my 3 visits. Also tried the cheese curds, which are good, not amazing. The beer options are numerous but not overwhelming. Service is good. If eating more burgers was a health benefit, I'd go more often.

Some of the better burger and burger-adjacent food I have had in the cities. Very good cheese curds, scotch eggs, and Brussels sprouts. The meat in their house blend burgers is noticeably fresh and full of flavor. If you have a larger party, make sure to call ahead and make arrangements. Small groups of 2-4 move through very quickly though!

Very limited parking. Average food. Seasoned fries were disappointing in flavor and lukewarm. Arrived at 5:20 on a Saturday and had to wait an hour for a table. Hostess station very inefficient. Three people standing there but only one processing each group of diners. Will not return. Too many other places to eat where the above complaints are not issues.

They have great cocktails and a wide option of gluten free food. The only drawback I would say is that the last five times I've been there it's been kind of hit-or-miss on how they prepare my burger, I like it medium rare. It's never been well done but medium well.I also really enjoy their homemade chips and onion dip again a great perk that it's gluten-free.

Solid restaurant. I started going here more when they started carrying the Impossible burger. However, as of 5/27/2019, they have the Beyond burger rather than the Impossible burger. The Beyond burger basically tastes like a frozen food aisle Boca burger. I would skip this place until they consistently have the Impossible burger on the menu. Incidentally their logo looks like a uterus.

I was flying out of MSP airport and ate at the Red Cow and was thoroughly impressed. I was told they have locations in the Twin-Cities. I tried the location on 50th & France, I had the Tennessee hot chicken & the truffle fries. It was delicious and now I need to try other things on the menu. The prices were reasonable and the seating relaxed.

Always a good experience here, have been at least 20 times in the last few years and have never had a problem with food or service. Beer list has a good mix of favorites and interesting choices. Menu has great gluten free options including fries done in a separate fryer. Vegan and healthy options in with the decadent.

I found this place on the Gluten Free App & decided to go based on the reviews & number of choices that were gluten free. I had a hard time deciding between 3 items that all looked good. The wait staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to allergies!! The sweet potato planks were DELICIOUS! There were 10 in our party including 2 kids. We all liked what we got including the alchohol. We could taste the high quality & would go back. Only concerns-limited parking. We parked on a nearby street. Being from out of state we weren't sure what the 3% Emp Wellness fee was. It was a long wait for food, but it is a holiday weekend and State Fair & we had a bigger party.

I visited Red Cow for the first time today and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! My friend and I were greeted with delicious mini donuts when we were seated. We then split the Bene Burger and the P-B-J Burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was soooooo good. We also received the most excellent service from every staff member we came in contact with. The host, server (Lizzy), and manager were wonderful and I cannot wait to come back and try more of their tasty food. Thank you Red Cow for an excellent experience.

Once again the customer service and food at Red Cow blew us away. We showed up on this FREEZING evening with a group for my fiancé's birthday and here are just few ways they went above and beyond: 1. Quickly arranged seating so our group could fit 2. They had just ran out of hot chocolate so they literally ran next door so my friends 5 year old would not be disappointed. 3. Food (and beer) was outstanding 4. Awesome rewards program that includes a free birthday burger 5. Just the warmest, friendliest staff. The Ultimate did not disappoint, it was basically a perfect burger. I opted to upgrade the side and the sweet potato fries were tasty. My friend had the mushroom Swiss burger, and while I'm not a fan of mushrooms, it looked expertly prepared. These burgers don't need ketchup or anything like that, they are damn good just how they make 'em. I visited late evening on a weekday, sat at the bar, prompt service, friendly staff. They have a pretty good tap selection. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Food was great! Heavenly truffle fries!! But they seemed unprepared for a Sunday rush. After almost an hour wait, our particular server was not very helpful in the sense that he did not volunteer any info or help. He had to be asked for everything, including a kids menu for our toddler. We had to get our own high chair, and the first one we grabbed had a broken strap.

My second visit. Polite servers (and we noticed a small server wellness fee on the bill, so hopefully that means employee healthcare!!!) Excellent food. I've been meaning to try Red Cow for some time and I'm glad I finally got the chance. They're famous for their burgers, especially the ones made of Certified Angus Beef (CAB). I don't eat a lot of meat these days so I tried the Impossible Burger. I'd never had anything by Impossible Foods so I figured now was the time to try. It's the most expensive vegetarian burger on the menu so I was skeptical that it would taste that good. Well, it did taste very good. The Impossible burger tasted very much like grilled ground beef. I couldn't tell whether it was the food company who got it to taste so good or the Red Cow chefs who expertly grilled it themselves. The Red Cow kitchen was definitely responsible for the awesome complimentary flavors to the burger. I savored every bite of the burger, the fried onion rings on top, the nicely grilled bun - everything. So if you've been putting off a trip to Red Cow, stop. Go now. They've earned the hype.

Super polite, but my take out order had expired fruit, and at the additional cost of 3.00 not even closely filled, I could see the bottom of the small container. Lots of grapes, a piece of watermelon and 3 blackberries. Sad. When I stepped back in, they immediately fixed but said it was the right amount. Perhaps, but still not worth 3.00.

Great food! Have tried many things here and all delicious. Wife agrees 100% Only gripe is service can be a bit slow. Everyone very friendly though and waiter did apologize for taking forever to get my beer last visit. It is what it is, just don't go here expecting promptness, the food is worth it!

Always a great place to stop and have a great burger and a beer. I definitely recommend the double barrel burger, but the Manhattan is my favorite original. Housemade pickles are amazing as well.

Long wait for early dinner hour on a busy Friday. Staff brought us snacks. Loved the ease of checking status of our place in line through Yelp phone app + text that our table was ready. We were able to get a better table (booth) by waiting slightly longer. The bar area was packed and loud and standing room only with families, couples, and friends meeting up, so a booth on the quieter side was very welcome for our party of 4. Fish fry was excellent. All food ingredients described in detail by our wait person. Brussels sprouts appetizer tasted amazing, with a bit of heavy cream sauce. Fish fried to perfection. Did I mention it was a ltd all-you-can-eat fish fry? Large sides of vinegar-based cole slaw were perfection. All condiments brought to table after being offered. We split a dessert at the table. Something that looked a bit like meatloaf, but tasted heavenly, with a side of creme freche. I left my reading glasses on the table, and our wait person came running with them in hand, as I was just outside the door. Bravo!

Best. Burger. Ever. Great staff. Family friendly. Small parking lot. They are a bit pricey. Definitely try the cheese curds. If you sign up for their frequent visitor program in advance you get a free order of cheese curds with a printout of the email.

Tennessee hot chicken is the greatest thing on the menu. Get the chips and onion dip as a side so you can die at your happiest on the spot. Tap takeovers are also fun.

First off, the service we received between Ryan and Char was absolutely top notch. By far, it was the best service we have ever received! We came on a Sunday night and they were packed, but not once did we have to ask for anything. Not to wipe down the bar upon us sitting down, not to refill water, not to order.....and when the food came everything was outstanding! Triple berry ketchup was sweet instead of salty, kept it's acidity and stole my attention for the entire dish. We also tried the 60/40 burger which was incredible. Somehow they predicted we'd split it and so it was served on two separate plates, each with their own serving of fries and a pickle. Outstanding! Will definitely be back to further test the menu.

Red Cow is our top 5 star burger place Everytime! We always get seated right away. Service is top notch always. Rob IS a great server. Getting into the food we've tried several burgers... My recommendations are; ahi crisps to start, blood sweat and tears for a cocktail, then either the 60/40 burger or my favorite the double barrel burger. Both are great! The whole experience is great for burger lovers and families.

My second visit. Polite servers (and we noticed a small server wellness fee on the bill, so hopefully that means employee healthcare!!!) Excellent food. I got a gluten free burger and fruit cup with marvelous berries and grapes. They were also careful to change the mustard to a gluten free one. Plenty of refills, including a to go cup.

Great place to hang out. They have a great salad selection (what I ordered), but they are known for their burgers. Everyone at or table either got a burger or salad, and they all loved their food. I would recommend this place and will be back again.
