This place is great for takeouts and dine ins. It's an all you can eat buffet, so go nuts. Drinks and ice cream are self served. Food is great and there are multiple things to choose and eat from.

The food was old. Some was stuck to the pans. Had to try 5 glasses before we found a clean 1. Forks were dirty. They take the old dried food and scrape it into the new. It's different colors....

I am gonna go ahead and give this place four stars. It is not the best Chinese food I have ever had, or even the best Chinese buffet, but it is pretty damned good for the money. Lunch is about $8 and there are a lot of selections to choose from that are reliably decent: LoMein, wings, grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, stuffed mushrooms, won ton soup. I go here regularly for lunch and it is the best Chinese Buffet I have found in the neighborhood.

Probably one of the worst restaurants you can go to in the whole state of Minnesota. Used to love it but the food quality has clearly dropped to less than edible. Tried the chicken and picked up a piece that looked and felt foot-like. If you go here prepare your rear end for a major blast off.

You get your own drinks which I don't mind, the atmosphere was okay but the food was not good. 15$ a person but the food was very bland, soup tasted like water, general tso has a weird mushy texture, beef and broccoli was also bland with a fatty weird meat texture. They were nice but the food you could tell was very cheap and flavorless. Won't return

I'm a big fan of Asian buffets and Panda Garden is one of my favorites. It's a good size buffet with a nice selection of entrees. The food has always been fresh and hot every time I've been there. Some of my favorites are the pepper chicken, pork with onions, stuffed mushrooms, and sweet and sour chicken. Also they've always had fried butterfly shrimp out which is really good. Not a huge salad/fruit bar if that's of primary importance to you. The price is very reasonable, I think it's a bargain.

Found this place close by and wanted to cater for a small party I had. Placed the call and the lady placed me on hold to take care of a 'customer' - am I also not a customer? Was on hold for 5 minutes - repeated my order 4 times. I was frustrated by this time. :-( Phone or not, whoever comes first should be taken care of.

I love coming here. The food is always fresh, with full trays and pans. They have good meat dishes, dumplings, cream cheese wontons and rice noodles that my kids like. I enjoy their mushroom dishes (I love mushrooms) and hot and sour soup, but they also have fruit, salad bar and desserts, including ice cream soft serve with toppings and beverages all included in one price. I wish I could eat here everyday but my waistline would suffer. Don’t pass up a chance to grab a quick meal here!

The buffet was very different from any other buffets I've been to. You pay as you enter then seat yourself and get your own drinks. Some of the food was also cold. The vibe in the restaurant was very awkward and quiet.

This place has horrible service we were celebrating my sons birthday stopped to have dinner, the staff starts sweeping around us as we eat flipping tables around, taking my plate that I had a slice of watermelon onand half an orange that I wasn’t done eating. I’m vegan didn’t eat anything really but horrible horrible service!!! Rude as ever food isn’t any good either!

I'm usually not picky about Chinese food, but this was different. We ate half of one plate and left we couldn't stomach anymore. The buffet itself smells absolutely foul. Forks were dirty. The crab and the "Hawaiian Chicken" are just topped with ketchup, which is an interesting flavor when you combine room temperature chicken with the blandest condiments. There's a reason they make you pay upfront. I just popped an Altoid and I can still taste everything. It tastes like they dig everything out of the trash that doesn't get eaten and dump it right back into the bins. Zero exaggeration. This stuff tastes old.

I recently ate here with a coworker of mine. We both are lovers of Chinese buffets. He and I both agreed that the fare here was so-so. While there was a nice selection, the quality and flavors of said selection weren't impressive. We both love boneless spare ribs and as such were excited they were an option. However, they were VERY fatty. As in, mostly fat. Such was the majority of the food. Good choices, bad execution.

Used the rest room at the same time an employee did, we both came out of stalls at the same time and she walked right out without even washing her hands. I was disgusted after that. My family and I used to go to Panda a lot, but we would rather go to other places like Supermoon buffet in Saint Louis Park. My mom on multiple occasions has bitten into a piece chicken and found it to be really tough. Their crab pieces also taste freezer burnt. I can't say anything really bad about this place. The food is all right. I stick to my favorites; potstickers, teriyaki chicken, wontons, etc, but not much else. One of the last times I came here, I did notice mouse droppings at the bottom of the bathroom partitions. But the black grime on the floor was disguising it. Maybe they should clean the bathroom floor and not just the counters. Which the bathroom soap sometimes feels thin like they watered it down... This place will do, but there are better buffetts.

Very reasonable prices, nice variety. Took my wife & 3-year-old granddaughter to the Sunday buffet after 2 pm. Food was fresh, & frequently replenished during our stay. I like Thai spicing, so none of the choices seem "hot" to me, although one was labeled "hot". Total bill & tip for two seniors da child was under $30.

Diet pop that I had was flat and food been sitting out for long time it seems. You can tell when the chicken is dry out and little hard when your eating it. Also the ice cream do not have the right color for the vanilla and had an off taste to it. Could be done by not cleaning in between batches. Not the cleanest place to eat I won't be going there again.

Pretty average buffett. There's a Panda Garden in Brooklyn Park that I like better, but this one is good as well. Pretty decent Chinese food for the price you pay and was great for lunch. They have a good selection, the atmosphere is what I'd expect from a Chinese restaurant that's not a chain restaurant. Overall a good value for what you get. Don't expect to be blown away, but you can expect a good meal for a good price.

Good Food and seating. A decent variety of foods to try. No real changes in fare from time to time that i have noticed. my meal was pretty inexpensive around 9 dollars for buffet and drink. A coworker and i were able to sit in a quieter area of the restaurant and we could discuss without having to talk loudly. I will be back as this is one of the better places i have found in the area for a buffet.

Price went up. Food were dry and cold. They didn't bother to refill on some food as well, specifically the dumplings as I had two only. I came in on a Friday around 8pm with my sisters. We all were very hungry but was disappointed throughout the time we ate the leftovers. I am a regular customer and have been one for years praising their food but today ruined it for me. I will not come back here.
