Food was great until I sliced my finger open on the stone crab. Would be nice if they served them halved so the the insides and main body would be removed. The less shell the better. Only reason I still will go here is because of the food and great service. Our waitress was so polite and sweet and brought a cracker for the crab when she saw us struggling. Lots of options for dessert, but the main thing you expect at a buffet is an ice cream machine. It's these little cups of lumpy ice cream that tastes meh.

Not a bad place, food was excellent when they first opened up, now it's so-so. Also, beware of the crabs. Smell it before you eat it. It tastes fine but smells strongly of ammonia. Also, don't be surprised of Diarrhea after eating here...

Every buffet item and sushi seems a week old, except the seafood. The pho is nice. Inside feels depressing and damp. They dont refill your drink unless its water or empty, and the water is tap water, which leaves a taste. There are so much better places.

Food was good when we first sat down. However, as the afternoon shift changed over to the evening shift the quality of food seemed to diminish. The service could have been better. However, they DID have steamed buns which is rare amoung the Asian buffets I have visited.

Well, you get what you pay for, but you definitely get a whole lot here for what you pay, which is why I'm giving it a 5-star rating. Vietnamese pho is offered here, and it's actually very good. When you come for dinner, all sorts of seafood are included (whole crab, salt and pepper shrimp, sole fish, snail, clams, etc.)....all for the price of under $13 after taxes. Also includes an array of sushi, deserts, and some dim sum (although nothing truly special). Food has always been fresh when I come here. I'm not sure how they make money here, which is why you should tip well here, but the value you get here cannot be beat elsewhere.

Depending on what food you get, it's either alright or pretty good. I am more impressed with the fact that they were able to cater for a party I had last minute. It was Christmas Eve and 40+ unexpected guests were coming. I called them and asked for a medium tray of fried rice, lo mein, and fried chicken and they were able to prepare it in an hour for me to pick up. Granted it wasn't the most flavorful and it was a bit pricey but given the situation, it saved my party! I'll be back for sure!

It's a decent buffet. The largest issue is food inconsistencies: the same dish can taste different even during the same night. It's a buffet, so it has all the common buffet problems such as sticky food serving handles.

For those who said the restaurant being racist, you don't know anything at all. The reason the restaurant let white people eat and then pay because white people are always being honest and paid . However, black people never paid or every few of them do... It has nothing to do with being racist but has everything to do with being honesty..... The restaurant is not there to do charity but to make money....

Probably the grossest buffet I have ever experienced. Everything was off from the temperatures, to the presentations, to the treatment of customers. The fruit piles was warm and exuded a musky smell. The noodles, they were cold. Not just gross, way gross. The counters surrounding the buffet trays were caked in food. And while I wasn’t expected to pay for my “meal” this place demanded payment from some costumers even before they made it to the crusty counters. This place is disgusting. I won’t be back and I hope you read this and choose any number of better buffet options that are just blocks from here.

Whoever said this buffet is the best one or the greatest buffet ever needs to go somewhere else that is EVEN MORE AMAZING . Because this buffet deserves a 2 star rating. The food here is just ok. It doesn’t even fit into the “great” category. The workers seems lazy. 1.)When cleaning off table they literally only grab one person plate and leave the other empty dishes on the table. 2.) The person who served me Pho seemed like he didn’t even want to work there. I guess the price is right for the quality of the food and service.

We went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. The service was good. The wait staff was ready to refill drinks and remove plates in a timely manner. The price was fair. The food was the downfall. We went there for the seafood. It did the job & filled us up but it was way overcooked & not very well seasoned. At all.

Whenever I've been here, I come in, get seated, eat, get my ticket, then pay as I leave. It has come to my attention that depending on your race, you might be required to pay before you eat, especially if you're black. Based on that discriminatory practice, especially in this day and age, I will not be eating here ever again.

It is called Ocean Buffet... 3 seafood dishes; ice cold deep fried shrimp, luke warm imitation crab bake, cold coconut shrimp. The rest all Meat dishes. We cannot eat meat due to dietary issues. Even though we entered at lunch, we left at 3:30pm & were charged dinner prices because we are 10 shrimp they said they put out for dinner only. When asked about price increase waiter became very defensive started yelling stating " you ate shrimp for dinner only." Horrible customer service, we will never return. They literally stalked our table because of 10 dinner shrimp only.

Found a dead fly in my pho soup. Their whole broth is infected and they ignore to take off their counter. Imagine all the ppl eating that grub. Food is bland. They lost a lot of customers over the years. They also raise the price while the variety of food stays the same. This is the place to eat if you care less about quality.

Great place, despite the bad reviews I went to see for myself. The food was great, actually a bit better than some other Asian Buffets i frequent, the drink refills were slow though. The sushi was much more fresh than I expected. The food that was supposed to hot was hot and the food that was supposed to be cold was cold. A little more selection of steamed buns that other places but not real Dim-Sum. I onoy gave it 4 star due to the slow drink refills, I had to ask for a refill. Drink is not included in the price, but if you have to complain about paying 1.50 for a drink on a 13$ buffet, you have bigger problems.

My husband and I went there yesterday and witnessed the hostess refuse to sit a guy before he payed. He expressed that what she had done was wrong. He was a black man. She full on shouted at him! He was smart and called the cops! The lady acted like she had no idea where she had seated the guy when the cop showed up. Terrible discrimination!

I came in and was seated right away, but I noticed that 2 Black men that were behind us had to pay first. That just really tells you a lot about this buffet. They discriminate people, and I wouldn’t recommended coming here. Food was 2 out of 5 at best. The server also demanded tip when I didn’t tip.

Never coming here again. The food was ok at best and there are better Asian buffets but you discriminated against a black male who just wanted to come in an eat. Not only is their food 0 stars, but their staff is raciest. They will demand black people to prepay for their food, while white people can pay after they eat... If the awful taste of the food and dirty atmosphere does not keep you away, then I hope that their backward ways of treating black people as less than human would keep you away.

Ate here on july 7 2019 at 4pm. Meet the nicest greeter who Hmong, It’s respectful and nice when people of the same uses their language to greet and communicate with you. Unlike some people who pretends to be some other race. The food here is about a three, but the greeter and Service brings it up to 5 star. Keep it up.

A stand alone Buffet (not in a strip mall) that's worth a visit. The Phó soup is made to order & the buffet items are pretty delicious. Price is very reasonable. Only downside is the neighborhood. You'll have no worries if you hide valuables in your car & lock the doors.

Food was pretty good. Thai Chicken and The Lo Mein noodles weren’t that great. However, you do get a pretty good amount of food for a really good steal price. They have PHO, Sushi, Buns, and even seafood! Do expect a slow refill however since the waiters and waitresses take your cup and refill it at the machine.

I wish I would have tried this place a long time ago!! They have the expected Chinese cuisine but they also go above and beyond in variety. I was able to try authentic Chinese food I’ve never seen anywhere else, and was pleasantly surprised with the flavors. We came at lunch hour and I saw pizza (for the kids) spicy squid, sushi fry(deep fried fried sushi rolls), a seasoned mussel/clam dish(had to have seconds on this)an amazing fruit bar, a Vietnamese corner, a special corner for what I call the authentic Chinese. I was told supper time has even more variety, but with what i sampled during lunch it’s hard to believe. I’ve posted pictures check them out! Again, I will say I wish I would have come a long time ago, and will be returning to sample what I was unable to, Thanks Ocean Buffet for a wonderful lunch

The First time it was good but was waiting for the Crab Meat Cheese toasted on top for the longest. Second time was disgusting. Only thing I ate was Fried Chicken & Cheese Crab Meat. The waiters eyes always glued on looking at your plate. Sprite was nasty, tasted like TapWaterBeer. Food was never new and out to eat. Never again.

ocean buffet has a very good food. But I do not like the fact that they add a 10% tip to your bill if you want to pay it or not. Sometimes dumb waiters do not come around enough to check to make sure that you're getting the service that you deserve. Especially for a 10% tip

I witnessed a young man being told he had to pay before he would be seated. I was seated right away without paying first along with everyone else. The manager decided to discriminate against one person based on their appearance. I will never spend another dollar in this establishment and I encourage everyone else to do the same. On a side note the food was cold and probably wouldn’t pass a health inspection. Avoid this buffet.

Medium sized buffet, pho station, sushi, most things were tasty, but everything was cold, as though the trays were not being heated from below. Pho station had lots of ingredients and the broth was petty good, their eggrolls weren't typical buffet eggrolls, nice amount of meat inside, no cabbage. There were eight different sushi options, tried 6 of 8, enjoyed all.

Plus you have the audacity to do scrimmage against a loyal customer. So glad to hear he isn't coming back again. You make him pay first but not everyone else. As of OCT, 2019 they're still a good buffet but their noodle soup is tasting more and more plain nowadays. The last 3 times I visited within the last 2 months had been a lot more plain. They don't seem to take my finished plates away as fast anymore too.

Compared to the other Asian buffets in the area, their food is very average (and that is me being very lenient). The restaurant was very hot inside. It was almost like they turned the AC off when we got there. Most likely won't be returning.

I was very impress with the food. The food was so good that I have room for the fresh exotic fruits and desserts. My advice: avoid the crab legs. The crab legs are small, meatless, dry, salty, not pleasant to eat. Also, try the DIY Pho. It's pretty good.

Just didn't like the fact they had so many tables available yet the servant chose us 7 heads to be in the crowded area, they had to pull in another chair for my son and I was concerned because my son was sitting in the walking way aisle. Mind them but wouldn't drink the water, it's tapped, you can taste the metalness.

So much variety! Some of the food looked like it had been sitting a bit long but they seemed pretty on top of filling when food was near empty. I also liked the interesting variety of steamed buns and desserts. Plus sushi and hibachi, well worth the price. Only $12 for dinner, so you get what you pay for honestly. For being advertised as seafood it has way more. Would come again for sure. They were really good at taking plates and doing refills.

Service was bad. Made reservations and had to wait about 10 min. The big group of people that came in behind us was able to get a table before us. The waitress forced us to tip the last time we were there. I would not recommended this place. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
