If you order for pick up, make sure you check your order before you leave the store. If you get to your destination, it is wrong and you call them, they try to make you think you ordered it wrong.

I have seen this place many times while shopping in the Northtown Mall area. Since we were at Savers near by we decided to come here for lunch. This is the first time I've been here. Service was excellent and the food was great. For the lunch prices you pretty much get the dinner portions. We left very full!!

If you have children, visit on a Sunday! Kids eat free on Sunday with an adult entree purchase. The food is good. I have found the mango shrimp tacos to sit well on my stomach when other foods have upset it this pregnancy. My kids love the enchiladas (poblano?) with the green sauce. They're great about keeping water filled and chips and salsa available, too.

My husband and I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was really good. I had been to the one in Waite Park for years, but never tried this one. I really liked the chips at this one better. They seemed thinner and warm, which I never got that in Waite Park so I'm not sure if that was their own touch, but we really liked that. Great pollo fundido! We will be back for sure.

The shrimp Tacos were excellent. Not too heavy but filling. My son who had the Paco burger devoured the entire burger with fries. The restaurant is family friendly and a slightly romantic ambiance.

Walked out because we didn't get served. Made eye contact with staff at host stand and waved (4 people there) multiple times but they were only concerned with giggling and messing around. Maybe next time let the server know you seated someone in their section instead of trying to flirt with your female coworkers...

I placed an order and went in to pick it up. It was done in 10 minutes and while I waited for it to be packed up every single staff member made sure I was being helped and were incredibly pleasant! The food was fantastic as always! I would highly recommend and will definitely come back!

I went with a friend for her birthday and asked if they do free birthday dessert. They do a FREE ENTREE!!! Which is obviously even better. Staff were polite and on top of things, food was AMAZING, and we got 2 meals and a margarita for $23.00.

Bartender Mike or parking lot help?! Mike is a horrible server. Complained about him twice. I mailed a letter to the company about his horrible service. Requested a tip refund and a #5 refund. No response. I emailed the company and no response. He left our food in the window so long our rice was crunchy. Brought me a margarita that tasted like he added cheap vodka. TEQUILA MIKE! He never apologized. On another occasion he never returned to our table with our food. Mike left us sitting there. He gives us lousy service because we are mexicans? Because we didnt order full meals? Oh because of the tip percentage? Yeah and the company allows this kinda of treatment to the customers. I don't recommend this restaurant. NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY!!! He needs a secret shop. Order a #5, one enchilada and a margarita with vodka. Horrible service. Mike is the worst server and bartender. He left our food in the window. Rice was crunchy. No apology. I sent this location a complaint letter back in March about him. No response. Second time we got bad service from Mike. My daughter went in yesterday and another server did the same to her. She never came back to the table. I guess if your mexican or look like you have no money you get lousy service. Haven't returned. I hope they shut the restaurant down. Don't let Mike be your server.

I came for the first time and we got there when it opened for lunch. It was busy almost immediately - a sign of a good place! All 8 of us all really like our meals. I posted being there on Facebook and got responses back from several friends that it is one of their favorite places. The mural and windows are lovely!

The only thing that could make me happier with my experience at LaCasito, would be if if the food was free. The staff, which includes the manager, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, and the decor was charming, but not too over the top. The best part was the food itself. It was very delicious, and authentic. The portions were large, more than most people would be able to finish. Even the price was a very good value. I hardly ever get out and I chose to eat at LaCasito. And I will again and again.

I will start my comment saying that we love La Casita this lication in particular, we come here often and i did celebrated here my birthday in June and it was great,,, but today we were really dissapoiment! We had to wait a long time for our food when we ordered simple order #8 ... the customers next to us got their order way before us , when we arrived way before them ( and they order fajitas) when we finally got our food the plates were streamly hot! And the food dry around the adges, like they being under the heat lamps for a long time! My michelada was flat not much flavor.. and the witress Anna make us felt like she was in a rush to make us leave! We were half eating and she said .. do you want any boxes..??

Stopped for my favorite dish “molcajete” not on menu soo i ordered #6 combo enchiladas burritos etc nothing to brag about but wasn’t bad....wanted cold dos equis they dont have Heineken dont have sweet tea dont have unless its raspberry...soo i settled for water...decent meal for $15

It was nice. They have decent margaritas and a good happy hour. They made me a vegan meal when I told them I didn't eat meat or cheese (nothing on their menu fit into my diet). I really appreciated them being so accommodating.

The food at La Casita has never disappointed. The wait after you order is not long at all and once it arrives it is all fantastic. There is flavor in everything and nothing bland to speak of. Can't go wrong with anything you try.

We had a retirement party for about 50 people. We had the space along the wall to the outside. It's a pretty area and just right for a group that's 30-50. They let us decorate and bring in a Costco Cake. They kept up on appetizers and drinks and were really easy to work with. Our server was Bry and she was fantastic. She kept everything squared away and was really on the ball. We had multiple tabs going for those who didn't want the pitchers of Margaritas. I noticed that all of the workers were working really hard. The food was good and I thought it was a great value. Our evening ended with a marriage proposal so that made things even more fun!

The food was bland, but not inedible. I had the Blanco Chimichanga with shredded beef. There was nothing else in the chimichanga which was quite disappointing. The refried beans were ok, not very tasty. The Mexican rice was ok too. The dessert was the best part. They actually make a real Mexican fried icecream was amazing. The service was quick and very friendly. For Mexican in Minnesota it was not that bad. Prices were better here about 20 min out of the cities definitely worth the drive.

I must say it was pretty decent food. A close second to Manuel’s in Phoenix. Fresh salsa, fresh chip, well seasoned food. I will say the enchiladas could us a little more sauce as they were slightly dry but the flavor saved them.

It was ok. I'd never been to this location before & we came between meals; late lunch, early dinner. The food was hot, our server was attentive w/o being annoying & we got out of there for under $40, including 2 happy hour margs. We left just before the dinner crowd started coming in.

I got take out tonight 45 min before close on a Fri. eve. Ordered chicken poblano enchiladas comes with rice and beans. Got home, sauce on enchiladas was really spicy for poblano peppers which are usually mild. Had to scrape off and replace with my own green chili sauce in the cupboard. There was absolutely NO cheese anywhere to be seen on the meal, which I find ridiculous for the price. Had to add cheese of my own, sour cream, made my own guacamole and then it was good. A meal for $12 plus tax should not need doctoring up in order to taste good. I usually eat in, so this was a new experience. Don't think I'll get take away again.

Some of the best service I've ever experienced. I forget our servers name, but he was incredible! I guess he's working himself through IT security college.( Maybe that helps identify who I'm talking about?) Completely Blown Away by his service! If there were 6 stars I would have put that. WoW just WOW! Well come back just for him! Food is well, the standard americanized south of the border food.

This place is all around fantastic! Even on busier evenings my girlfriend and myself are always seated within 10 minutes, most nights (even during dinner) we are able to be seated immediately or within a very short amount of time. Service is always great and food is always hot and fresh! We have been coming here at least once a month for the last four years and have no plans of stopping as long as that Blanco Chimmychanga stays on the menu! Keep up the good work and give your staff a pat on the back/raise!
