We've lived in Sartell for years but never tried Cornerstone Restaurant. We walked past it one Sunday & decided to go inside. We were very pleased with the tremendous selection of different food options. The atmosphere was comfortable. The prices were fantastic. I would recommend this over several other restaurants in the area for the taste and variety of food. The staff were super nice too!

Almost all of the food tasted terrible (unseasoned/ not properly cooked) and looked like it was sitting out for hours. The pan of meatloaf was way too big for the amount of people there if they cooked smaller batches of the food it could remain more fresh. I never give reviews but look at the picture I posted with this it looks like food that was forgotten to be put in the refrigerator from the night before. The wait staff was friendly. But the food is sooo terrible I wouldn’t recommend it. There is a reason the place was empty when we went in there.

This is a great local place to eat. I feel the food choices on the buffet are authentic and not "just add water" foods like at other buffets. The owner and staff are very friendly. The restaurant is clean too. I eat here a couple times a month. The only things I wish could change, is larger bathrooms. If you want to wash your hands you have to wait because it's a one person bathroom and a line. Also no applesauce on buffet with potato pancakes.

We found this place on the internet and I was really leary but I am very glad to be proved wrong. The food is fresh and homemade. Excellent flavor and lots of variety. Wonderful desserts as well. The staff is very friendly and made the homey atmosphere complete. They play a Christian radio station and the scriptures continually repeating on the TV screens are nice. I highly recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be returning.

Good food and Good Service. We've been here many times and the buffet changes always the Salad Bar is about the same, but the hot side 1/2 always has broasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Stuffing, 2-Soups, Popovers, the other side changes. On Thursday when we where in it was German night. The food was amazing as good as I've had at good German Restaurant. Friday night is Fish Fry is very good, Saturday is BBQ is very good, Sunday Brunch is very good, we haven't been here Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I'm not sure what those days are but if we're in Sartell on one of the days we have not been here we will have to try the fair.

My goodness this place is rough. At first I just thought maybe because we came on a bad night (German night) i didn't like the food hut the mac and cheese, the fried chicken, stuffing, wilted salad bar, fowl soup and rock hard desserts kind of sealed the deal for me. I will say cheesy hashbrowns and that cinnamon bread pudding dish were very delicious though.

This place has an outstanding buffet which has a great variety of food choices. I've eaten here for breakfast (just menu in the morning), lunch, and supper and have never been disappointed. It is always clean, inviting, and has friendly, attentive service. The food is always well-maintained at the buffet and is a great value for the price.

First and foremost the staff there is very thoughtless and rude. Very unprofessional wait staff along with false advertisement and raw food. No customer satisfaction. When me an my husband asked to speak to the manager he was no where to be found. We asked to speak with someone in charge an they stated that there was only cooks an wait staff. Finally got the number for the owner and we called him and he refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Customer service should be number one and there is absolutely none. So if you like a place where you aren't valued as a customer then you'll like it there. Me and my husband are never doing business there ever again.

There's a lot of Christian themed quotes and what around the place, which is very off putting (there is nothing on the outside of the restaurant to suggest there would be). The food was nothing special.

Good buffet, a little pricey for my liking but comparable to other buffets. I especially like the Sat. Buffet. It is bb-que pork, ribs and chicken. Very family friendly when you have children. The staff is very helpful on getting refills on soda and taking plates away. Very enjoyable place to eat.

Had a business meeting here and it was a nice surprise to discover this place. You can stop in here and order off the menu, or if it's during buffet hours you can order the buffet. I ordered a caramel roll on this particular visit. It wasn't the best caramel roll I've ever had, but the service was excellent, our server was friendly, and I would certainly stop in again. I've eaten at the other Cornerstone location and it's an impressive buffet with a lot of food and salad choices, if that's your thing. Best of all, this is family owned and operated and they play Spirit 92.9 on the radio here.

The atmosphere is christian, local feels, and home cooked, Like the food was cooked with some love to it. The selection tries to be interesting and it does a good job. I love wing night and the Mac and cheese is always good. The owner is always there and he's always busting his butt. You can definitely tell this place is for the greater good, and I'm glad Sartell has this place.

Just spent $43.00 on cottage cheese, lettuce, and lemonade. So excited to go to eat as it was Saturday Prime Rib special. My husband and I both ordered Prime Rib cooked medium. It came out to us in about ten minutes. It was raw with a crust that looked like it was just panfried. We sent both cuts back and they were again brought back ten minutes later, still pretty rare. The manager came out and said they could cook them a third time. We declined and were not given an apology or offered money off our bill or even a different option. We will not be returning to this establishment ever nor will we recommend it. Terrible customer service.

Love the buffet. Easy place to take the kids for a good Sunday breakfast at a real reasonable price. Two requests to the owners, though, would be for hotter coffee and syrup dispensers at the table. It gets a little messy drizzling syrup out of a ladle at the buffet and then carrying it back to the table. Otherwise, we love it and will be back.

This is a hard one to do. I do not like giving bad reviews. But it's hard to give good ones when the place is this disappointing. The advertisement shows a huge Buffet 14 feet long with great selections of food, fresh, tasty. And all around enjoyable. In reality. What they have is if lucky, a 12 foot Buffet and very bland food. It looked as if it had been sitting on the line all day. The 3 types of fish were were so dried out. That the tilapia looked as if you'd get splinters trying to eat it. The breaded shrimp was more like all breading with a hint of shrimp. It was almost impossible to figure out which end you were eating. The steak was boiled and tasted like dry roast beef. The entire buffet was a severe disappointment. I would have given this a much lower rating. But it's one saving grace, was a great staff. They at least earned this establishment 2 of 3 stars. I suggest you don't try this place out until they do better on their menu and the quantity they advertise. As for price. Friday nights it's 12.99 Week nights it's 11.99. In my opinion it's not worth 8.99 or even 6.99. so go at your own risk if this doesn't help you out.

I was there at that awful no go to buffet time,, ya know , between lunch and dinner, when it's always cold and old. NOT HERE!!!! ALL FRESH, MOIST, AND FLAVORFUL..... you had me at the soup.. If you ain't eating here, you ain't eating. Best spot in 20 miles. Staff was super friendly.... Not like it matters when the FOOD IS AWESOME!!!

Originally tried the one in Melrose with a friend in July 2016. The salad bar had a bunch of fresh options. Lots of good choices here for many different tastes. Staff also very pleasant. Looking forward to trying the Sartell location. Reasonable price for so many items, too.

This place has amazing food. Every day of the week has different food and we love the variety. The owners and people who work there are so nice and work very hard to keep the food fresh and constantly stocked. They also always try to make you happy. The service is always great. I would highly recommend this place in Saint Cloud.

Excellent! I'm not native to MN and find most of the food bland. Cornerstone is the exception. I liked everything I tried. The roast beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and had a good flavor. The mashed potatoes were real potatoes with skin on and not over whipped (no boxed flakes). The dressing and yams were good. For dessert I had bread pudding and apple crisp both which were very good. The only concern was that the floor around the buffet was slippery and had to shuffle. Also, there was only one toilet for women rather than a restroom with multiple stalls.

My dog used the bathroom last night and that looked more appetizing than the food they had on their buffet. Why do they keep food under plastic domes is beyond me. It's makes everything mushy and it take all the seasoning off the food. Wait staff is wonderful, but that's the only thing I can say is good about this place.

This was the first time we've eaten brunch at this new establishment in Sartell. It was by far the best homemade food I've had in a very long time. The restaurant staff was friendly, the business was clean, and everyone there took pride in making sure that everyone was happy with their visit, and meal. The buffet style serving was outstanding. Fresh greens on the salad bar with every type of topping you could think of then some. Their brunch offerings were outstanding as well. Melt in your mouth brisket, bacon, and sausages. Fluffy eggs, mini buttermilk biscuits, and sausage gravy. Oh my...and now the dessert bar! Fully stocked ice cream sundae bar, freshly made cobblers, cookies, brownies, and bread pudding. This will be a frequent stop for us now that we have visited, and look forward to each day's different menu items. Keep up the great work and proud that they are in our hometown!

An impressive buffet with a different food theme every day. They open at 8 for breakfast/brunch. The buffet is always well-stocked and fresh. They have good prepared salads or you can make your own. You can finish things off with a dessert or milk shake. The staff is always quick and pleasant. You'll never leave hungry.

I would not give this place a star but had no choice! We went to german night and everything inculding the mac and cheese had way to much salt. Could only take one bite per item on our plates. We feel bad for having to toss the food but we both have heart issues and cant have that amount of salt. We will not be back
