Our waitress Sabrina was amazing, very welcoming and attentive! The food is always great, no complaints there. It was only my second time sitting in (I normally order to go)but as welcomed as she made me feel I will sit in more often! Nothing beats good service!

I will start by saying I have been here several times. The food is always good, and consistent. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stopped here on the evening of 9/21/2019. The hostess was RUDE! We stood there for more than 5 minutes while she literally kept her back to us. (she did see us). When she finally turned around, she didn't greet us, she just said "its going to be a 20 minute wait" - the place was busy, but i i literally counter more than 10 empty tables, and no one else was waiting. I asked her why the wait with so many open tables, and she said abruptly "the kitchen is backed up" and turned her back. I would have been fine waiting 20 minutes, or even sitting at a table knowing I cant put an order in just yet. We actually planned on having a couple of drinks and catching some sports and spending some time here. I instead, left and went somewhere else. Generally, I have had a positive experience here. This will not prevent me from coming back, but I wanted to make sure someone knew things were handled this way last night.

Great food with a excellent 29° beer selection and pretty healthy whiskey and bourbon selection as well! Definitely has a warm cozy feel inside and is also classy enough for the family! If you have not been, stop in grab a ice cold beer and enjoy!

The service here is bad. No one seems to care about anything. The food is fine IF you can get it. People are more interested in personal conversations and ONLY react when you get up to leave because your meal didn't come. This restaurant has serious personnel issues.

We brought 22 people from our GM Romulus facility to enjoy a goodbye dinner for a worker and even though the service was fine, the food was totally different.. most people waited over an hour for food and those that received their plates, the food was cold from sitting too long. The Southgate restaurant is much better.. we will not be returning..

Very slow service. Was in a party of four with the restaurant maybe half full (that's being generous) and it took a LONG time for the apps AND entrees to come out. Wait staff was friendly though.

I was just there this afternoon. The hostess got me to my table and said the server will be with me shortly. Well I waited for 15 mins but no one came to my table. Most of the tables were empty and I saw 3 different waiters walk past me. No one even stopped by. Maybe they just forgot about me. Well I had to leave without any service.

The business model seems much like that of a Hooters with better food. Pretty good beer selection and menu. Interestingly, they are proud of serving the beer at a really cold temperature... different beers are meant to be served at different temperatures but it doesn't seem like the owners of the franchises are aware. Keep that in mind when ordering your beer, but other than that pretty good service and great food.

I don't know if it is possible to give LESS than ONE star, but if it were possible, I would. I went with my sister Saturday night July 6th, specifically to see the MMA Title fights. Not only were we disappointed that the fights (which were advertised) weren't shown, when we arrived, we were told by the hostess, "15-35 minute" wait. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I asked how long we had left wait and were told, "15-35 minutes" by the same hostess. When asked what was going on, she stated that "no one was leaving".. I'd like to cut her a break at this point, however while I was waiting at the Hostess stand, another couple arrived and were told, "15-35 minutes" only SECONDS after I had this conversation with her (needless to say, at this point there were 8-10 names after ours, so she was basically completely lying through her teeth - I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode). No fight (even though UFC was advertised), no seating, no truth - a sheer abysmal experience. Avoid at all costs - McDonald's will be more satisfying.

One star is too much for this experience. It took forever for us to get our order in after our drinks came. It felt like our waitress would always disappear. Once our food was finally ordered, our kids food came out first - which is usually okay - but our dinner didn't arrive for another 30-40 min...my kids were done eating by then and ready to go. When the food did come, I didn't look at it and just asked for a box immediately...HUGE mistake because when we got home it was the WRONG FOOD. Also - they told my husband we were getting a small discount for the wait, then when they actually charged his card guess what...FULL PRICE and once again not a waitress insight. Never going back.

I sat at the bar today with my boyfriend. We always come on Thursday mornings but this morning was EXCEPTIONAL! We were taken care of by “little bit” she called herself, never had to ask for anything! Beers kept coming and food was steaming hot despite feeling like the heat wasn’t on in the joint. Food is great. But don't be surprised if you don't get any service unless you're with about 10 people. Our little table of 3 was heavily ignored all night for drinks. I understand the concept of chasing larger tables to get a better tip, however when the Buddies go out drinking we usually tip at least 20 to $30 a piece.

First time here tonight and we couldn’t say enough good things about our waitress Ashley. Most down-to-earth and friendly waitress we’ve come across in a long time. She definitely made the visit worth while. Enough to where we would specifically ask for her section again. And we normally don’t do that.

My first time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. For those who have never been here the wait staff wear little shorts and half shirts. If that's not your liking then don't go, I thought they looked cute! Menu is salads, steak, burgers etc.. I ordered a salad with chicken and it was really good. TV's were all around the bar for watching sports. Place was really busy so during peak hours you may have a wait.

With a group of fifty people so may be that was the problem but the restaurant knew ahead of time we were coming, but couldn't find a waitress to take our order or clear the table, also didn't bring my full order. My chicken and shrimp was way over seasoned with house season, almost inedible, but due to unable to find a waitress i just let it go, will not go back unless the group i was with uses the restaurant again,then I'll skip the food and just get a water.

This store is excellent with outstanding and consistent service, regardless of how busy they get. This is very true of the service I receive at the bar. The bartenders are gorgeous and very attentive to the bar guests and for the drink requests they receive from the servers. One exceptional bartender is Alesha. She always has a welcoming smile, very friendly and gorgeous. She always provides outstanding service. It is always nice to see her. Alesha should be commended for a job well done.

Quite american place. you can find wings, burgers, sandwiches and beer with the expected style. Pretty young smiling girls showing the half of their own twin peaks make nice the long serving waiting. The decorating is fine, and the music in good volume. A lot of screens showing sports, news and music allow to take a long time there.

My husband and I came tonight for date night and to celebrate buying a house. The service was okay. But the wait time on the food was ridiculous. Our waitress thought we were just “hanging out”, but we told her that we hadn’t even got our food. The manager gave us half off, but that doesn’t matter. My husband ordered the Nashville hot sandwich and I ordered a salad. It took about 40 mins for my husbands sandwich to come out and I have yet to get my SALAD. Had to ask multiple times to get more chips. Which took about 15-20 mins to get. Service and waiting time tonight was beyond unacceptable.

This is my fourth time coming, every time I come the experience gets better. I had Ah-Sha waiting on me yesterday. She was very attentive and suggested the Cobb Salad for lunch. The food came out in a timely manner and was very delicious. I had to take a business call but Ah-Sha continued to make sure I was doing okay. Thanks, I’ll be back next Tuesday!

We called to make sure they were showing a game and they told us they were - well when we got there it turned out they were not showing it. A couple of people in the party had already ordered drinks so we stayed. We ordered food (4 people) and it came at 3 different times. One with the appetizers, then some other mains, and then the last person’s. At the end, the manager stopped by to check on us and he ended up giving us a nice discount. Good job on him and better on the waitress; but the mess on the kitchen and not showing something that they had previously told us they’d be make me only give them one star.

I came to the livonia restaurant with a party of 9. At first it was fine, we ordered our drinks and it was fine. 2 people ordered coffee and it was served to them cold, as if it had been sitting for 2 hours. Then when food was served, 4/9 people's food was served as if it had also been sitting for 2 hours. On top of that, the wait was an hour. The server also messed up 3 orders. The only good thing was the fried pickles, so that better be the only reason you go there.

Got the chicken fried chicken today thanks to stef bits recommendation! Amazing to say the least. Green beans had bacon in them , mouthwatering!!! Thanks Steffey for the awesome service today

If I could have given it a zero I would have! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. First, the name went over my head, it's just another name for Hooters. Then I ordered a Cobb salad and 18 piece chicken wing with fries. Now when you tell me something is breaded and fried I'm thinking southern fried chicken wings with some sauce. Nope breaded, very thick and big and nasty. Not only was it nasty but no fries and no dressing for the Cobb salad. Called to complain but to no avail because if the chicken was that bad I didn't want to chance the other food. Won't go again DISCUSSED

First time being here. Food was great. Beer was great. Service and employees is why I'm giving this a one star review. Not one single server or manager smiled the entire time I was there. When asked what the seasonal beers were, the server stared off in the distance and struggled to name them off. When eating my meal I also got to enjoy a show. Looked like a server got sent home for whatever reason and the manager was just going off on the other servers in front of guests, very unprofessional. It was distracting to the point where I couldn't have a conversation with the other person at my table. For a service and hospitality business, I was not impressed and won't be returning. There are plenty of other bars in the area to choose from.

This is a good place for eat and drink but be carry your ID if you want to booze. One of my friends was not allowed to drink as he looked like underaged and has no ID. The people who serves you, also act as good company to you if you're by yourself.

The food is good and the waitresses are nice. I dont really go there for the scenery like most guys do... I go there because the service is fast and it's easy to get a seat at the bar. The food is good and reasonably priced. I get odd looks when I pull out a book but I don't really care. I am not really on board with jumping on the bandwagon and being a total creep staring at these ladies. It is amusing watching the guys snicker at me for reading a book at this place whilst I am laughing at them inside knowing that all these ladies see these guys as marks to exploit.

Quite american place. you can find wings, burgers, sandwiches and beer with the expected style. Pretty young smiling girls showing the half of their own twin peaks make nice the long serving waiting. The decorating is fine, and the music in good volume. A lot of screens showing sports, news and music allow to take a long time there.

Went there at 9:30 pm on Saturday, July 9, 2019 to watch UFC. Twin Peaks advertises itself as the UFC Headquarters. Told the wait was 15-30 minutes. They lost feed for the entire UFC about 5 fights before the main event and did not get it back. After 30 minutes of waiting, was again told 15-30 minutes for a table. Seems everyone was told 15-30 minutes including calls ins. No way - so the “Headquarters” lies about seating and lies about fight night. Buffalo Wild Wings ended up being the place to go to really get seated and then actually watch the fights. Never again - shut it down and open a real sports bar with truth and integrity.
