I don't normally like to write a bad review, but I felt it necessary to inform anyone thinking about visiting here, to maybe reconsider. At least until they fix some issues. I used to enjoy going here, and even bringing the kids, but after my recent dinner visit, I realized how far this place has fallen. Besides the food being suspect, the atmosphere and interior was just plain dirty. Won't get into details, but I know it wasn't always like that. Did they get different owners? I don't know, but I do know it's going to take a long time to forget enough to go back.

Let me start with the good stuff. The selection is fairly large, and the sushi was better than I expected for this sort of general buffet. They offer many kinds of hand-dipped ice cream for desert and have a chocolate fountain, so I guess that's why the novel fudge-striped cookies. The buffet seemed well kept. But did that matter to me after I found a dirty napkin in the napkin dispenser and could feel the caked-on fingerprints from many former customers on the soy sauce bottle? No. And the food, even basics like chicken and broccoli, is bland and forgettable. And this is the first time I had to pay at an Asian buffet before eating. Now I see why. I wouldn't return, and I am not a picky buffet patron. The wait staff was great, but I asked the hostess for a quiet seat, and it didn't happen. Just a bad experience, perhaps, but there are many places to choose from in Saginaw.

First off, it's a buffet... You gotta know what you're getting yourself into, but man, this was unacceptable. I went during a moderately busy time, around dinner on a Saturday. The food was cold, TWO of the food warmer islands had no food, and we're completely turned off. I love Chinese cuisine, but there was barely any of it! What was there was barely even edible. Most of it was cold, and soggy. However, plenty of chicken wings, Mac and cheese and other "American" cuisine. I give 2 stars just because the sushi was better then other buffet sushi I've had, and that's the only positive thing I have to say about this place. The decor and Koi pond had me thinking I was in for a treat. I was not.

Horrible. Barely any selection that looked good despite the many tables of food. Got some dumplings but they're so dry so I looked for some dumpling sauce. Got led around for 5 minutes by some girl who apparently doesn't speak English as she pointed out all of the salad dressings, sweet and sour sauce, and soups, apparently oblivious to what dumpling sauce is until my husband found someone who speaks English and they told us they don't have dumpling sauce. The lomein was flavorless. Defintely would never come here again.

I like it. It's your pretty average Chinese buffet really, but lots of options. Good crab rangoon. To me that's one of the best parts of Chinese food, so it needs to be good.

They completely took out a whole row of food to put in a chocolate fountain. I am definitely not a fan. Quit trying to compete with golden corral. I've also heard many horror stories from people who used to work here. I try not to dine here anymore. The only thing I used to really enjoy was that they had the green beans while other buffets do not.

Very awful place to go to employees don't care one bit about you or anyone else but themselves. Third time going here to try to find out if they have gotten any better! Boy was I Wrong!!! I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting!! Toilets wouldn't flush and they were filled. I told the person at the register this and that I had to go badly ( diarrhea) and she said I'll get someone. Five minutes later an employee went to the bathroom and tried to flush it repeatedly, and I told him that I really had to go bad to get someone a female to make sure there's no one in the female bathroom so I could go and he just kept flushing the toilet. I went to the cashier and told her that if I didn't get to go immediately to the bathroom I was going to go all over myself and she said well he's working on it. I said he's trying to flush it repeatedly I could have done that! I asked her if she could go to the ladies room and make sure no one is in there so I could go and told me no that I was not going in the ladies room. I said that I was about to mess all over myself and she said SO! I Said I would drop my pants right here if you want, and she said go ahead and IlI' call the police. I said give me back my money and that's why I don't xcom here any more. The only reason I went there in the first place was for my son. Needless to say I ended up messing all over myself. Then I asked for the manager and was told she was not here. I said go get them and she said no. Stay as far away from this place as you can Never have I been treated so horribly in my life at a restaurant. Go at your own peril!!! Just to let anyone know that is reading this I take my reviews very seriously! It really doesn't take much to make me happy and I try my hardest to find something positive about any experience I have. But when someone pretty much tells me that I have to defecate on myself instead of trying to help me out is irreprehensible. It's the lowest of the low!!

Terrible place, would not recommend anybody to go there. The staff there is very unpleasant, unprofessional and belligerent. I went in there during lunch time and it so happened that it was almost dinner time, so as I was inside they switched out the food to the dinner menu and as i got up to put myself some food I noticed the staff eyeing me down uneasily soon after I prepared myself a plate, a staff member approached me and told me that I'm not allowed to eat until i pay the lunch-dinner difference. WHAT kind of restaurant denies their customers food. 0/10 would not recommend this place to anybody.

It was the worst we ever had :( the food was so hard it broke my Dad’s tooth. We went when it opened so we could get it fresh. VERY DISAPPOINTED will never go back. The biggest waste of 20.00 bucks. :( I wouldn’t even give it a star but that was the lowest I could give. Also we waited 10 minutes just for a refill. Pooooor all around.

When you go here you feel like you are giving yourself a special treat. The food is yummy. The selection is massive. And the ambience is luxurious. They have a grill and sushi if that is what you want, but I never make it past all the offerings on the buffet. You can also get the buffet to go at a very reasonable price if you opt out of the seafood selections. Go here if you want the BEST Chinese buffet in Saginaw. Go to the other Chinese buffet up the road if you are trying to save a couple bucks, or are mainly going for the mongolian grill.

I was in saginaw shopping thought I'd stop here for lunch. I thought the price was OK until I got to the buffet. Not as many choices as other buffets I've been to but I ate non the less. Food was kinda warm not hot like it should be, had to get up and look around for my drink the waitress was eating her lunch and saw me and finally brought it over. She was much more attentive after that. The food was sub par at best will not return to this place to bad was really hoping it would be a diamond in the rough!

My family and I have went to Teppanyaki Grill and Supreme Buffet in Saginaw while out shopping for clothes. There are not many buff choices left in the Saginaw shopping district. Teppanyaki Grill and Supreme Buffet is still a good choice for a family with a large options for picky eaters. Enjoyed our visit with courteous staff and a clean environment. Thank you!

4 stars for the food and staff, excluding one. The buffet has huge variety. The habichi is always amazing and delicious. And the sushi is great.. unfortunately last night sushi was gone by 8pm, that was disappointing. I'd give 0 stars based on the front counter/cashier girl alone. A group of 4 of us walked in at 8pm, 2 hours before close, so the blatant eyeroll we recieved as a welcome was rude af. 2 of the group went to the restroom. My friend and I paid and told the girl we wanted to wait for the rest of our group to come out of the bathroom. She nodded 'yes', grabbed our silverware and started leading us to the dining area instead of waiting. We were both confused but followed. At our table my friend said again we had 2 joing us, she nodded 'yes' and walked away. My friends were also treated rudely when they paid and never shown where our table was. My friend and I were brought drinks but the other 2 were not. The cashier was walking by and I asked her nicely for two drinks. She looked up from her phone at me, rolled her eyes, swung her body around and walked away. It was the rudest gesture! I honestly couldn't believe the audacity. Aside from this experience, I've always had a great time here.

They have a clean, well designed place, nice water features, and friendly staff. Reasonably priced food & buffet, plus they have a hibachi grill! Lots of deliciously good food to pick from including sushi, definitely worth your time and money! (I'll see about getting more photos next time I'm there.)

The last two times I've been here it has been a disappointment. Food is barely warm. Sushi bar and grill food area have been shut down and moved to the island area, so alot of other foods have been eliminated. A lot of my favorites are gone. I won't be eating here again. Not worth the drive. Not even sure if the food is safe being kept at luke warm temp.will not recommend to friends anymore. Buffet has really gone down hill.

This is usually our go to Chinese food place and the food is usually really good. However the last couple times we have been there the food has been old and everything is not out. On top of that, we were not offered refills until we were pretty much done. And yes it is nice to have plates removed off your table, but not having your waitress watch the entire time just waiting to take your plates just seemed a bit much. May have to go find another go to place which makes me sad.

Out of all of the quote Chinese food places that I have been to this one has got to be one of my favorites. When you walk in there is ornate decoration beyond anything I've seen in a restaurant the food is top-notch and there is a whole lot of it to choose from all of it is delicious this is a favorite spot for my wife and kids and myself to go when in Saginaw. She especially loves the coconut shrimp this is a place you must definitely try if you like Chinese cuisine in a fancy environment

It would be nice to see an all inclusive lunch price of $8.99 or $9.99 including drink (instead of $11+tax). Once again tho, great place. And they do have a Hibachi Grill, so that’s cool.

We discovered this place a few years ago and we absolutely love it! Often meet up here with friends or family and everyone we've taken here has always found good food to eat. (Even my nephews, who can be picky eaters, love this place.) The only thing I wish they would change is that I wish their sushi was labeled as I have a shellfish allergy but LOVE sushi. That being said- that is the only thing I'd change about this place. They have an amazing variety of food from Chinese entrees, some American (usually always have Pizza, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, and sometimes corn or onion rings), and even Sushi and a salad bar. They also have a hibachi grill so you can put what you want cooked on a plate and they make it right there for you, all included in the buffet price! This is our go-to place to eat when we visit Saginaw!

My family and I walked in for a quick lunch. I walked up for sushi/rolls and there was nothing but empty plates. Discouraged I read a review they had great hot and sour soup. So I walked up and not a single bowl. I went to the cashier to ask what was going on and she would barely acknowledge I was there. After about 15 minutes of waiting and my family was hungry I decided to throw in the towel and try other things on the buffet Every thing was severely overcook and almost inedible. They eventually brought up rolls and soup bowls and I had the opportunity to try both. The rolls were plain and lacked even a trace of flavor and the soup was ok. In conclusion if you want tasteless inedible food and poor service this is the place otherwise look elsewhere..

The food is absolutely disgusting, the meat looks like it’s been sitting there for days and the chicken was pink and uncooked. Used to come here for the sushi bar but now it’s disgusting. I’m really not sure how this place hasn’t gotten shut down yet as the person that was seating people and taking care of dishes was also the cook. Very unsanitary and just a waste of money.

So much variety and they even have Sushi. Everything was good - great soups too. They had an awesome beef stew as well. Pizza for the picky eaters(kids) fruits and desserts & a grill for your own specially made stirfry.

Today was the first time I had been back in a while and I usually always have a great experience but today was just not there day. Upon arriving we talked and waited by the fountain for our other party. Upon payment of half our party the kept asking us to pay for them too when we were paying separately. Also when I tried to inform them that two of there fish needed medical attention they ignored me. Being seated in the back after requesting a booth. We asked to be moved so they did. After the other half of our party paid they were rude to them and telling them that we were in a different. Spot when we werent. Then while trying to eat dinner our dinner our rude server literally sat and starred at us eating. After politely asking him to move he relocated to a different spot and continued to stare. So we got up and left. Won't be returning. It's a shame.... food always amazing but service really has left.

Used to like this place more, it has REALLY declined on quality. Buffet tables are constantly down and they don't even tell you when coming in, so you pay full price with much less food options. It's always cold the last 3-4 times I went, and they are taking away my favorite options. Not my preferred buffet anymore.

I was very excited that they had one of these in Saginaw as I've ate at another location in the Detroit area. I seen it while working in the area but was a little disappointed on buffet size. This is a Chinese restaurant and very updated. The large reception room has huge leather seating, mirrored mosaic pillars, and a super Koi pond with large fish. The ladies' bathroom has tiled walls with lovely, marble, Romanesque ladies sprawled out naked on daybeds. Onto the banquet!! There's a back room for parties or to have more private seating for guests. Come hungry and don't fill up on drinks. There is so much delicious food from which to choose. The cost for Christmas smorgasbord was $13 for adults. Walk around the room to observe the various selections before choosing your food. Otherwise you might be too full later to eat what you didn't know was there at first. Near the entrance to the right there's a grill where you pick out raw food to have a cook heat up for you, and beyond that is a sushi bar. A server will pour the drinks you decide on when you pay at the door before eating. Lots of beautiful wall decor and glass figures to admire.

Not recommended. Stay away! For the price ($12), there's not very much variety of food except for cheap desserts. Bathrooms were clean but the rest of the restaurant made us worry with every bite. (We were very hungry or we would have left.) There were splatters on the wall that weren't cleaned. The carpet looked like it really needed attention (see picture). The table was not clean--there was half-dried gravy on it that I found with my arm. I also found a fly, minus wings and legs, cooked into my food (see picture). Doughnuts were not fully cooked--how can you mess up doughnuts? Service was okay and they refilled the food trays promptly. Nevertheless, we were lucky not to get food poisoning and we won't go back again.

It was very busy when I went. Even so, the wait time to be seated was short, staff was prompt and the buffet food was refilled quickly. The down side was the Teppanyaki style "cook-to-order" line. There were so many people, the wait for this line was 10-15 minutes at best. I was really looking forward to trying this but the wait was too long and my friends who picked food from the buffet were almost done eating before I got to the front of the line. So I just had food from the buffet. Tasted great. Other areas, tables, booths and the bathroom were very clean.The waiting area had nice decor. Lots of different food to choose from, including stuff kids would eat.

We LOVE this place and make it a point to eat there whenever we're in Saginaw! Ate at Teppanyaki twice in the last week in fact! The staff is great at keeping the steam tables fresh. Love the vast selection, it never gets old!

Rude staff. Hovers made us feel very rushed even though the place was pretty empty. Although sje was hovering watching making everyone a bit uncomfortable...still had to ask for refills.

Third time in three years and still unsastified. The food was dry and unappealing. The wait staff was cold. The price was high for what they has that was decent looking. Would go the chens, park asia, or china city over this place. Could be a good place again with new management.

Went at 11 am. You would think that the food would be hot and fresh. Not! When one leaves a buffet restaurant still hungry, something is wrong. Very wrong.
