You have all the feddbacks of real people like you who purchase the products of Taqueria La Casita (Restaurant) near to the state of Michigan.
To this day this firm receives a rating of 4.4 out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 475 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is very good, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the score is very credible. If many people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Mexican restaurant.
I stopped by on a bike ride and I'm gonna say some of the best Mexican food I ever had. And I was waited by this beautiful tall full figured women. It I what I love more the food or seeing her
Great food and great staff. Get the Azteca plate, you won't regret it.
Quite literally the best chips and salsa around. They even have signs up now stating that over two baskets is $3 or something like that. This place has great food in general; try not to fill up on the chips, it's tough!
Nice staff, food was delicious. Will go back again.
I'm surprised this place got such good reviews?! We ordered the chimichangas and I guess I cant tell the difference between a chimichanga and enchalda. The chimichangas had red sauce and melted cheese and were not fried. The salsa was a very strange color red, almost as if red coloring had been added. Everything tasted sub par and as if it came straight out of a can from Gordon Food Service. Very disappointed.
Have been ordering from here for over 5 years and I really enjoy their food. I even have my family addicted. They come all the way from the Detroit/Livonia area just to get a meal from La Casita. I'm glad to be a loyal customer and will continue to order from here in the future...like I just did an hour ago. ;-) Thank for being so yummy lol.
Delicious, nutritious, and authentic. A bit tight on space.
Amazing food u will love it very authentic
Fresh, delicious, reasonable prices. Great service.
Best mexican food I've found since moving out of Southern California, and at the right price!
Tried 1st for dinner with the fam. Food was extremely slow and not worth the wait. Won't be back
Waitress was horrible. Took 10min for 2 water, and there was only 1 other table there. I also asked the waitress for some ice because I had hurt my wrist, she never gave it to me. I had to go up to the counter and a cook gave me some ice. Also, the place itself is super small and tacky. They had signs everywhere saying only the 1st two bowls of chips were free. The food wasn't great either. I had an $11 salad, that looked like a slightly larger side salad with steak on it. It had a piece of hair in it. This place is NOT worth the money. Please dont go here
Great service with a real Mexican flavor!
This place has good authentic food.its very small inside. They apparently don't have a liquor license so no margaritas.
Small cozy place, clean restroom, good hearty food, polite service, fare pricing, yummy nachos and salsa. Had the fried chimichanga. I was disappointed that it wasn't crisper. But it was tasty though. I would go back and try other items.
A cute hole in the wall Mexican resturant. Honestly the food and service we're both amazing and will be back. The enchiladas are delicious.
If you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Michigan, you have to give this place a try. The food is amazing. I love the tacos. My husband's favorite is the chicken burrito.
I freaking love this place. Really. It is WAAYYYYYYYYY too small for its popularity and possibly understaffed....but 1.00 Tuesday tacos...they might be a bit smaller than the tacos every other day but they are also twice the price....my only complaint is that they need a bigger space. Other than that....I have yet to have a bad meal there. The steak and cheese burrito os about 4 feet long. (Disclaimer: the burrito is not actually 4ft long. Dont sue me) and the tacos are solid. They have about 10 meat fillings to choose from. The botana is different than I'm used to but still nice. At any rate. I would and do eat there frequently....as do 7 of my co-workers.
the food was so good! Fresh! Service was good, the atmosphere was small and cozy. The prices of everything was very reasonable too.
Authentic Mexican food, can order in Spanish
The food is really good.
Cute place, friendly staff. Food was ok. Rice was bland. Beef taco was tasty.
Tasty, and good price!!!
Tacos were authentically phenomenal! My suggestion is to go on Taco Tuesday... $1 tacos.
Delicious tacos, really good caldo soup, great service, real Mexican food.Clean place.
Good fajitas!
very good quality. everything is fresh and delicious. simple place with very flavored food.
Very clean restaurant. Excellent food. Great waitstaff.
The food was great, and you can tell it is a popular spot. Definitely would recommend, just be patient because they don't have a large staff or dining area. Take out is a good option too.
I love this little Mexican restaurant. Their food is so good. I usually get the carne asada tacos, but I have tried several different things. The staff is friendly. It's small, but there are plenty of tables, though they do a lot of carryout business.
Great Mexican food - highly recommend the quesadillas
Intimate authentic mexican restaurant right in Wixom. The food was delicious, waitstaff friendly. The inside was somewhat small, with minimal seating, but would be great for regular takeout. They do give you your first round of chips and salsa, after that you pay...i would maybe reconsider this.
This place is always amazing! It's a cute little venue but has incredible service & food. I have never had anything here that was not to my liking. The staff is very nice and attentive (but not overly attentive!) It's a great venue & I highly recommend it! The prices are great for what you get too.
Waited 35 minutes for our food. Sauce on the burrito was like Chef Boyardee. My sister and I both ordered the burrito. No flavor at all in the beans, they tasted like they were straight out of the can, and no flavor at all in the rice or meat inside the burrito. I normally don't give this bad of reviews and I review a lot of restaurants, but this place truly deserves a 1 out of 5 for our experience. The only positive I could say is that the waitress was polite.
Authentic tacos are great
We tried this for the first time. As soon as you sit down- you are greeted with a sign that says 1st two salsa and chips basket are free anything additional they will charge, which is fine because two should be plenty for a party of 4. We ordered the food and when the dishes came the plates were huge. I ordered one of the specials to try something new. The chorizo was extremely spicy- couldn’t eat it. The carne asada was so salty I could not swallow. They remade the steak with absolutely no flavor. Very poor service. They young lady that served us was very polite and apologized. Management never came by or apologized for the poor service. I gave it two stars because the refried beans and the cactus salad (the only things I ate) were very good. My son ordered the fijitas he asked for tomatoes and they asked him if he wanted the cheese on the side. They charged us $1.00 for 1 tablespoon of cheese and $1.00 for 2 tablespoons of tomatoes (they never told us there would be a fee- anywhere else tomatoes come on the side especially since he did not get the pico de Gallo). Very disappointed! This would not be a restaurant I would visit again.
Very good. Best Mexican.
Very small place. I ordered the steak fajitas served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. My wife ordered the enchiladas special (one beef, one chicken served with rice and refried beans). The food tasted pretty good. My wife liked her enchiladas but they were very small (only about 3 inches long). She usually has to take about half of her meal home, today she ate the whole thing. Mine was also a small portion. The fajitas were served sizzling on a hot dish with 3 tortillas wrapped in foil. The fajitas were cooked with onions and green peppers (lots of green peppers) no tomatoes in the mix. Consequently it was a little dry. I got about 1 teaspoon of sour cream, about the same amount of guacamole both served on about 1/4 leaf of lettuce. I will say that the beans were very good but for $14 I expected a little more.
Excellent menu, service & food!
I love this place and I look forward to going back every time I'm in the area.
Awesome little hole in the wall with authentic Mexican cuisine. 10/10! Service and food is great!
Wet burrito was really good.
Great authentic Mexican food. Tastes and looks like it should. Making you feel like you are in Mexico
The food was good and priced well. Service was good as well!
Good food, service ok
Delicious tacos. Would recommend the Asada or Chorizo tacos with corn tortillas. Simple with onion, cilantro, and lime like it should. The corn tortillas are a bit dry. Would not get the chicken.
By far our favorite Mexican hole-in-the-wall. Have not been disappointed with anything there. I usually get their seafood soup and it is out of this world. Small but you can bring the family. Great for carryout which we have you several times also. I must try if you're in the area
Great food and service
Very authentic by far my favorite place to eat. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere as well.
Staff was very nice and the tacos were awesome. Gonna be back a lot for Taco Tuesday deal!
Caldo tlalpeño and menudo, was too bad!!!
Lovin Taco Tuesday!
Best Mexican restaurant in town! The service is excellent
Fantastic food!
The food is bland if you don't add extra sauce and salsa to it. The posole didn't have much flavor at all. I took it home so I could season it.
One of the only Mexican restaurants in the area that serves sopes. Good food in quiet little spot.
Authentic, great tasting food. Quick friendly service. Good portions and reasonable prices. Small town feel.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service -Fast & Polite. It was my son's suggestion and he was pleased with all his choices. Visit once, and you'll return.
The Aztec plate is a boiling couldron of meaty, cheesy, spicy deliciousness. The cast iron bowl has a pig on it too. It's great. My favorite restaurant in the metro.
Nice chilaquiles and Chile relleno
Bad service food not that good
The food is amazing here! The staff is always so friendly and polite. Pambazos are delicious!
Today we went out for a bike rude and decided to get something to eat. Very friendly staff Even if it was almost closing time :) The fajitas we got are simply DELICIOUS! Spicy, but not too spicy, rich in flavor. Just PERFECT!
Authentic and cheap great food
Awesome flautas
Best mexican food in Wixom! Taco tuesdays rock, and don't leave without ordering the churros - heaven on a plate.
Great Mexican place. They loosely compete with another place on Pontiac trail offering dollar tacos on Tuesdays but I believe this place is superior. Gorditos are cheap and filling. Most food comes in pretty fair portions and low cost. Friendly staff and good location in downtown wixom
Great value! Great Service!
Small local place. Flavors in Tacos is very good. Much more authentic Mexican. A nice casual place for a quick bite.
Often overrun by impatient semi/ professionals on lunch. Their food is amazing. As much time as I have spent in Monterey and Ramos Mexico....this is probably one of the best meals I have had outside of downtown Detroit. And most correct. …
The best corn Taco's..... Great food too!
Great selection including fish tacos. Good customer service. Prices are comparable to the bigger chain restaurants. They give up to 2 baskets of free tortilla chips which were saltier than I have ever tasted anywhere. I was told most people like them this way. It was a little chilly in the restaurant, but they turned the heat up.
One of my favorite places for tacos
Great food, good salsas. One of my favorites!
Great food and service but it's always cold in there in the winter. I was freezing in my coat!
Wanted to try something new, but wasn't satisfied with our choices. The chimichanga did not have much meat (but there were peas, green beans and corn mixed in) and did not have much flavor. Even the "extras" on the side were a teaspoon of sour cream and pick on a piece of iceberg lettuce. The chicken fajitas were a better choice than the chimichangas, but left much to be desired. The fajitas did have vegetables (peppers and onions), but the "extras" were the same options and portions as the chimi.
Good food. Good amount. Nice friendly staff. Will go back again...
I have been there several times. The food is great. And everyone that works there is super friendly. This is my favorite restaurant by far
