Wasn't sure what to expect from a mall food-court restaurant, but it was fantastic. The food was appealing, fresh, hot and delicious! The "meal" (which was a DEAL) comes with the entree, salad, dressing, a large garlic breadstick, and a drink. The staff was very pleasant, and asked several questions to make sure everything was just right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

So I had a pick up order at this store. I had to call three times and speak to three different people to figure out where the heck you go in the mall to pick up your order. The first two Ladies who answered the phone didn’t even speak English! Then the third time I finally got someone who spoke English (sounded like a young guy) and he was so nasty and rude I just hung up on him and left my food there. Screw that!! I’m not going to spend money to be treated like trash by a punky kid with a bad attitude!!

Ordered food and waled up to the cash register to look down and see a live mouse and poop on the counter, within 12 inches of the food. Told one of the employees and his response was casual. They did an awesome ish job of moping the floor but nothing were the mouse and it's poop was.

Definitely a good, solid place to check out for all pizza lovers. The stuffed pepperoni pizza is absolutely to die for, along with their breadsticks. Staff was very friendly when I ordered and even exchanged in some casual chit chat about how my mall experience was going, etc. One of the best grab and go places in the food court, in my opinion.

I come here for the spaghetti and meatballs because it is pretty good! I'm not really a fan of the pizza though, they basically have it sitting out on display then put it in the oven to heat it again which doesn't seem appetizing to me at all.

I am over 35 years old now and have graduated high school but when I was in my mid teens before I got pregnant with my first son I needed 200 work hours to graduate high school. I was not use to any type of work other than house chores. So, I was highered here as a cashier. The very first day I worked I was given instructions and was new at the register. Not even an hour into my work shift one of my co workers walked over to me and proceeded to tell me "a better way to do my job". Apparently there was something wrong with the register and we were discounting peoples orders. So he starts telling me how much to charge the customers and that I should put the money in my pocket. Short fat black lighter complected male. I do this and a customer and her husband with a child points to a sign that says if the cashier does not give you a receipt for your order that you should notify the manager. I didn't see the sign when I was highered otherwise I would have known what was happening. All types of thoughts start running through my mind about what had just happened and I was a troubled teen. The manager tells me to come back to work tomarrow. I do. He takes me into the office and asked me what happened yesterday. I tell him and he tells me that I am fired. I felt bad but I figured that if these were the type of people I would have been having to work with than I am better off not working here. As an adult, I know now that the company was responsible for that co workers actions. Well, as an adult I now know other reasons it happened also. I'd like to enjoy a meal here once in a while and have wanted to enjoy a meal here but it will never happen. I was set up. The damage is done and I know how to make a majority of the meals they sell now....

This place is a joke. The have a huge sign that says 1 pizza for 13 up to 5 toppings. Then that lady goes to charge me 17 and says the sign is old. This place is a rip off. Think the lady was try to make an extra couple of dollars to her pocket. Never going back to this place again. Does not even deserve 1 star. Its been 3 months and they still haven't updated their sign. This place is horrible.

How can you receive 1 star when the quality of the pizza is excellent? Easy! The customer service experience was in negative territory which really should rate a zero or lower. Restaurant 101. If the food is good and the attitude was terrible, people will not return. Many restaurants have good food, it is all about attitude and the experience! I read your response and sorry just does not cut it. Tell me how to get in touch with you, such as a phone number and I will call you with the details of my experience. I would rather not publicly embarrass Sbarro over one employee, which not only ruined my fondness of your pizza chain, but cost me a 20 dollar gift certificate on top of her incompetence!

Stop #216 for @pizzas365: Sbarro was a surprising dark horse slice that I did not expect to taste as good as it did. It was not spectacular, but it got the job done (and the pepperoni were for once not too greasy). 3.2 Stars.

food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the while pie the food is fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customer service is really good and the people working are nice. You better have good teeth to eat here because the crust is pretty hard!!!

I used to love Sbarro's pizza, but as far as I can tell it went way downhill (or maybe it's always been bad, and I was blinded by pizza which could always be possible). During my last visit, I waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get my meal, during which I watched a employee carelessly place customers drinks on top of the soda machine which was a unstable slanted surface, one of the drinks slid off and crashed to the ground spilling all over a poor baby in a stroller. The employee just laughed and walked away... Everybody working working there clearly had no interest in there job and displayed zero professionalism, all except for one woman with light blond hair and colored highlights who seemed to be spending all her time keeping here incompetent co-workers in order. The food tasted aweful (which it used to not) and I don't think a slice of pizza, a small side and a drink should cost 9.50$. This place needs a revamp, or should be closed.

I like Sbarro. I always have. It's definitely a time warp anytime I go there no. It brings back memories from the Southdale Sbarro from the 90s. Anyway, I still like getting a slice of za' at Sbarro from time to time. The MOA location is right next to the theater in the food court, and they do a respectable job. The pizza is a solid NY-style za', and that's just how I like it. It's nothing fancy, but it's tasty. I hope Sbarro continues to do well. I know they declared bankruptcy some time ago, but they must have stabilized to some extent.

We stopped by for salad and pizza. Only one employee was out front baking pizzas while 3 or 4 employees were in the kitchen. We stood around waiting to be waited on and finaly the floor employee had to ask other employees to help serve us. I ordered an entree salad with pizza. I was told that they were out of all salads. You would think with several employees available in the kitchen, someone could fix salad! We went next door and ate! Sbarro will not be getting any money for my family until someone can manage their employees and get them trained on proper procedures for serving all items on the menu. Christmas rush is here but it was very slow Tuesday evening around 7:00pm. Customers are going to be very disappointed in the service at the mall food court during the holidays.

Served 4 customers (white tourists) before me even though there was a clear line. Extremely rude staff said that it would take 30 minutes to make a pizza, and seemed uninterested in selling me one. They also said they were out of Mac and cheese when it was clearly displayed. I am dismayed at how we were treated and will never spend a dime there and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Wish there were more and closer or even a stand alone. Used to be in Southland mall ate there all the time even a destination when i did not need the mall. Please open a Sbarro restaurant in the old Grimaldis the place bombed but you would kill it. This location in Fairlane was great. I go there whenever i am up there.
