It is easy to enter this Potbelly location when heading east. Use caution when heading west. The parking lot is kept neat and clean at all times. The windows are a pleasure to look at. It is in an inviting venue. What a great interior display. The place is kept in tiptop shape. They have a full line of sandwiches. Their chips are the best! All the way from Louisiana and packed full of flavor. The management and staff at this location are upbeat and in tune with their customers’ needs. I especially enjoyed the giant deli pickle. I have to admit this is the first time I put two and two together and came up with Potbelly’s. There was a potbelly stove in the foyer. I had been imagining…well, we’ll skip that for now. If you’re looking for a good meal and fine people then this Potbelly’s is for you.

My favorite sandwich shop chain by far. Great baked sandwiches, shakes and I love the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Their soups are tasty, the mac and cheese is excellent and don't forget to try the salads too. I wish they would have brought back the Frozen Raspberry Lemonade this summer. Hopefully next year. I can drink that stuff by the gallon. Please bring it back!

We would give it a good review if they know how to put all ingredients together. My hubby and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, but both only came with eggs, missing all other major ingredients, e.g. ham, bacon, cheese, spinach, feta cheese ... I didn't bother to ask for replacement because I didn't want to waste food. I am sure they will give me a replacement but very disappointed they weren't made right at the first place.

I walked from my hotel to potbelly at 6pm, i arrived and was not greeted or told hello or anything. Then when she noticed me it was not a friendly greeting. I got my food in a timely fashion but something felt off. When I went back to my hotel It only took a few bites before my stomach hurts. I threw up for two and half hours after that. I was shaking and still do not feel good. Do not go at night and do not have the girl with the red hair make your sandwich.

These guys were my heros today! I was running super late for my flight and thought placing an online order and running up to pick up a sandwich would be my quickest option, so I could eat on my way to the airport. Of course, when wanting to quickly run in to grab my sandwich, there was no parking and I ended up driving around for 10 minutes until I finally just illegally parked and ran for it. Then, when they ask me for my name on my order, no sandwich. At this point I am a panicked spazz because I am running late. Apparently I placed the order at the wrong location, like a dummy. The two fellas at the counter were so nice and calm and quickly got my new order going and called the other location for me and cancelled my order. They were kind and helpful even though I came in like a whirlwind. This is an example of fantastic customer service. Thank you to the two that helped me, but also, thank you to the manager for hiring great staff and obviously emphasizing great customer service and efficiency. The sandwich was great too! Just know there is no quick parking :).

Terrible disappointment. Ordered their Mediterranean Salad (and it's mostly composed of "cold" iceberg lettuce w/ only 4 pieces of baby spinach). Also ordered their AvoToast (which they wouldn't let me order just by it's self, I had pay extra to include a soup or salad) for which I paid almost $6 bucks for, only for have them to forget my soup in the order. Won't go there again. Example of another food chain, once their are established, starting to cut corners focusing less on quality of service or product.

Delicious food at a decent price. Some may think, "well, it's just another sandwich shop. Why should I go there?" Yes, it is indeed another sandwich shop. BUT, it's not JUST a sandwich shop. Sure, they've got some delicious sandwiches. However, they offer more than just that. Combine those tasty 'wiches with a cup (or bowl if you're hungry) of broccoli cheddar soup, or pair it with a bag of Zapp's potato chips and a fresh baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and you're off to a delicious afternoon. You know, I'm craving a sweet, dessert drink (some like to call these amazing things: milkshakes). Well congratulations! Potbelly has you covered there too! They have a great selection of sweet milkshakes that pair oh so well with their (again) delicious sandwiches. Sure, it's a smidge more expensive than going to (*inhushedwhisiperedtones*) McDonalds. But what you pay extra, it purely made up for in quality ingredients and quality taste. Potbelly is NOT just another sandwich place. It's an excellent one.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars, is because I think that should be reserved for absolutely extraordinary experiences. 3 would be pretty darn good, making Potbelly a solid 4 stars in my book. Consistently good sandwiches, consistently clean, and a very good value for downtown food.

The most yummiest sandwiches I ever tasted! The atmosphere was so cool. It was like being on vacation at a very unique venue. The live entertainment was a nice surprise one of the times because I usually don't see that. Must of been a day picked where they do that. I would recommend this place to all my friends. It was a bit pricey but well worth the excellent food.

Very good classy sandwiches. The service was met well, interior looked good, and so was the food I ordered. I had a vegetable soup, Italian sandwich, and a Vanilla shake. They were all good an tasty, the only issue being was my sandwich wasn't as tight as I should of been and toppings fell all over trying to uncover it. All together, I give this Potbelly, a good go-to spot for a quick bite.

I'm tired of wasting my time and money here maybe if you had some employees that actually cared about there job and did it correctly we wouldn't be having this problem. I was blown away by how good the sandwiches are here. I was expecting a pretty standard sandwich shop, but I was amazed. The bread was very high quality, and the pulled pork was spiced to perfection. Also, get a pickle for $1. Totally worth it.

Very good sandwiches. Not like Subway. Very nice interior, and it's quick too. It can get busy at 11-12, but it calms down afterwards. The people there are cool and are nice to you, which is a bonus.

Found this place just down the street from our hotel for breakfast. It was a great find, especially for people on a budget. You can grab a breakfast sandwich for about $4 or steel cut oatmeal with yummy toppings for $3. I loved the Mediterranean sandwich with spinach and red peppers. Haven't had their lunch menu, but I'm sure they're just as good.

They had signage up for a Gyro, but when I ordered it the employee said they don't have it and hasn't taken the signs down yet. I then chose chicken salad and it too much pepper and celery seed in it.

I ordered a half salad from one end and the server didn’t mention I could not get a half salad without ordering other items like a soup or a sandwich. After standing in line to pay when I get to the cashier she says I can’t have a half salad without ordering additional food. When I tell her that was not mentioned when I ordered the salad she just shrugs and repeats her demand that I order more food and adds on “you can’t just have half a salad”. I tell her I don’t want any of it then and hand her the Diet Coke I was going to buy and walk out. Not great customer service in any way and I won’t be back. This restaurant frankly sucks eggs and so does the customer service.@potbellysandwichshop

I visited potbelly for the first time yesterday. The girl who made my sandwich was very friendly and personable. The sandwich I got was amazing! I was actually on my way to jimmy johns but decided to try potbelly for the first time and am really glad I did. I will definitely be visiting this location regularly from now on!

Great food and service as always. Was pleasantly surprised to a few new items on the menu; while I stuck with usual sandwich, the macaroni & cheese was fantastic! Prices are comparable to other local sub shops, with the addition of shakes/smoothies, variety of soups (LOVE the broccoli cheddar! ), cookies, and canned/bottled drinks; think "gourmet Subway". Staff is always patient & friendly, explaining anything that you have questions about. Great place to grab lunch if you're in the Pioneer Square area when it's time to eat. Sorry, no pictures since I was on a quick break & didn't think to take some this time.

I has the chicken salad salad. For the amount of chicken salad on it, it was super disappointing. The lettuce was starting to turn, and wilt, with browned edges. Tomatoes were mediocre. There was one slice of cheese cut up into squares that stuck together. There was lots of cranberries. But for over 8 bucks, I should have gone over to a food cart. This is the second time I've been, and I'm totally under-whelmed. It just wasn't good.

I really like Potbelly. You get the convenience of going to a sandwich shop with a space that feels more like a small restaurant. The service is fast, sandwiches are delicious (get The Wreck), and portions are just right (I prefer the original, the big is too much). The Dream Bar is deliciously packed with nuts and caramel and chocolate. Sideways!

What a great bunch of employees! The food is always great, and everyone behind the counter is friendly and helpful. I've eaten here probably more often than I should for lunch!
