1 hour from arrival for lunch and no food. We had to ask they box it up if it was done. That took 15 more minutes. No apology or other. Worse yet, the fries were cold. I took them out of the box and have them to the waitress... no response. WOW! Considering the large amount of office workers in the area plus a major highway, that's appalling and needs to be addressed. My co-workers and I won't be back. Btw, onger spot of sunshine was my sandwich, Reuben- it was delicious.

We ate here two nights in a row as it was convenient to walk from our hotel. The food is very good and the service is too. There is a large horseshoe bar and a big open area. They had a DJ and karaoke that started around 8 I think, a pool table, dart boards and TVs everywhere. Prices are in line with the quality of food. Bathrooms could use a makeover.

Came here for lunch with a group from work! Was pleasently surprised with our experience! Had the boneless wings and enjoyed them, others had burgers and a chicken salad... All enjoyed and will be back again soon! Service was quick also all 7 of us were in and out in under 45 min.!

The food is always really good here. I had a cheeseburger and my friend had the sliders. Our waitress could have been more attentive considering it was lunchtime and not slammed busy. We waited way too long for the check. Way. The food gets 5 stars.

I went here for lunch today. There weren't that many people in the restaurant so I decided to sit at the bar. An older lady walked up to me from behind the bar and I askef what I'd like to drink. I said White Claw please. She looked puzzled and said she wasn't sure they served that. I pointed to the refrigerator behind her where the white claw was clearly displayed. She said, "I'm blind. Bridget, get her what she wants." She then walked away. It was a very rude and interesting interaction. The new bartender brought me my drink and took my order. I had the stuffed pepper soup and I got a tuna melt. Both food items were very good. I have nothing negative to say about the cuisine. However, while I was eating, The bartender walked up to I'm assuming a regular, and said "Lets do a shot." She proceeded to make them both a rather large pink shot, both consumed it in front of all of the customers. This proceeded to happen 2 more times. So, in a matter of less than 20 minutes, my bartender consumed 3 shots. I was never asked if I wanted another drink. The older lady that 1st came to me was never seen again. My bill was given to me with a smile. My White Claw was $5. Most bars serve them for $3. The food was great, but the service and the fact that my bartender was drinking on the job, will deter me from going back again. If she could consume 3 in 20 minutes, and I never saw her ring it up, I wonder how much she drinks during her entire shift.

We love this place. The people who run it are so friendly and funny. They send soup home with my son when I don't join him and his friends for dinner! How sweet is that? They have an extensive menu and everything we have tried is delicious. I wholeheartedly urge you to try the place!

On Thursday nights, they have half off drinks and karaoke which is great. They have good food for a bar and grill. Service is good most of the time (especially Kris... she's great). For karaoke, they have a good KJ and people are fairly friendly and responsive in the karaoke area (the bar is almost like it's two different areas).

Awesome place we Celebrated my daughter's birthday there on March 8, 2019 The food was delicious. The server was awesome. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Across from GM’s Warren office. Nachos were ok, wings were locally cooked, but sauce added after wings are cooked, wings seemed oily and sauce a little runny. Nothing spectacular, but basically what you expect from place like that.

Bar girls were good We ordered food, wings pam ordered regular buffalo wings, I ordered Hot buffalo. Got home and hers we're mild, I tasted mine expecting a little hot and was nothing. I added RedHot just to taste it. After spending $168.00 I should be able to get wiIngs that I ordered but I don't think they care. If I'm drunk than f you.

Waited 25 minutes for an antipasto salad. If it was busy yes, but it wasn't busy at all. Especially for a Friday night. Don't know who exactly was our waitress. We talked to the bartender to pay for our drinks and she got the manager or owner and he tried to remedy the situation but that didn't work.

The wings and the fish and chips were great! I’d order the fish and chips again but probably won’t because there’s other stuff on the menu that I want to try. Also, the staff was friendly. This is a quality sports bar even if you don’t want a drink and are just looking for some food and to watch a game.

I organized a get together for a few friends. Shay was an amazing waitress, very attentive and engaged in our group. I spoke to the manager a couple days before and he said would be happy to help. Rachel took a reservation and made sure that the correct tables were held for us. The food was all very good and large portions. The mashed potatoes were even real!!! I will certainly be going back.

Walked in not expecting much but the waitress sold me on the meatloaf. She told me they sold it the most out of everything else on the menu. She told me the meatloaf came with homemade gravy and fresh vegetables. It was jar gravy and can green beans. The meatloaf itself wasnt too bad but it wasnt good. I partly blame myself because i should have just stuck with a burger or wings but i trusted the waitress and was completely hosed!

Came in for dinner. The place was very nice and CLEAN which I really liked. The wait staff was very polite and prompt with our drinks. The food turned out to be some of the best that I have had in a while. The prime rib was what I chose. My wife had chosen a rib dinner. I love to cook my self. My wife and I both agreed that the food turned out to be as if we had cooked it at home. Overall that is going to be our new location to eat and have drinks with our friends. Would recommend to anyone.

It's a chain bar with a good choice of foods. There are reasonably quieter tables just to the right of the door. The noisiest customers were the old guys who remember the 1960's & 1970's bar scene, & wanted to relive it. The younger crowd was quieter, as were we, a couple who are also from the 1960's & 1970's, but don't act now like then.

The waitress gave me options for fries without telling me waffle fries are extra plus charged me $1 for each ranch without informing me that they are $1 each (ridiculous!!!). I ended up paying $3 more for ranch and fries that were so soaked with oil that I threw the leftovers away when I attempted to heat them up later that night. To top things off I was there with my kids and the waitress tried talking me into ordering a beer when I said I wanted a coke and was pretty much rude to me there after, I felt not wanted at all. Included is a pic of the waffle fries leftover and the oil that came out when heated up on my toaster oven later. I was so disgusted I couldn't eat them.

The interior looks good. Friendly waitress. Food is okay. My fettuccine was tepid if that. Sent it back to have it heated up but still was barely warm. Not sure how they cook their food but they need to find a way to keep it hot.
