Again, this restaurant deserves a five star review from my family. As always it is clean and friendly. The service is more important to me than even the food. If the service is bad, it can ruin an appetite. Our waitress kept up with our table of four, two of which were my seven year old very fussy, grandsons'. Five stars for our waitress! (sorry we don't know her name.) And Ned, day time manager... No wonder your restaurant packs the people in! Friendly, a great big smile and a personality to go with it! Thank you Leon's... You rocked it again!!

Waitress was very helpful and polite. The reason we went there is because we heard that the owner was giving away free food to the people who needed help in the area that had their basements flooded and having a lot of water damage. So we felt like he has a very big heart!!

Today was an off day for Leon’s... Chicken soup was Warm like it was right out of the Microwave The bacon for my BLT was cold, Lettuce and tomato felt frozen therefore made my bacon cold ..ice cold that is! And the fries were half cooked... They really need to set up or we will find a different place to eat

Awesome authentic American diner! The food was really good and the waitresses super nice and funny! I had the Turkey Roast, with gravy, green beans and apple sauce, and it was perfectly made! Large portions and the coffee was always topped up! Will be back for breakfast!

Breakfast bar was ok but nothing special. Scrambled eggs where over cooked and the pancakes where tough. The biscuits are dry and hence and gravy was thin.

Food is really standard. Soups, on the other hand, are delicious! I see the appeal of the unlimited soup bar. Their chicken noodle soup hits the right spot. I had a hot beef sandwich. The color of the gravy threw me off a little at first, but it tasted good. Waitress had not a clue what a chopped salad meant. I suggest they get up to speed with it.

Burned eggs. Not sure what else to say? Cooking eggs is pretty basic. I know they're known for the soups but I went for breakfast. My omelet was awful (country omelet). They didn't pre-cook the veges and instead cooked the eggs to a deep golden brown. Looked and tasted like cardboard. My wife ordered the spinach-feta wrap and guess what? Burned eggs inside. So much feta she couldn't eat it. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive. We left a good tip. But can't go back to a place that doesn't know how to cook.

Met the family here for lunch. In total, our group had a cheeseburger, chicken tender wrap, silver dollar pancakes, lasagna, smelt, and fish and chips. All delicious. Soup bar was very good as well!

One of the most reasonably-priced breakfast menues I've seen. The food is simple (standard but ample breakfast choices) but well cooked. An all-you-can eat breakfast bar is also available. The best part is fantastically natural and friendly staff. Visited the Dearborne location twice and had a great experience both times.

It was my first time here and it was really nice. Met a friend for brunch, and the food was really great. I loved all the options on their special menu, which made it hard to choose.... Especially when I'm already Indecisive af. The waitress was a sweetheart, and even though they were pretty busy, her customer service was on point, in a very timely fashion. Definitely worth checking out, and I'm sure I'll be back again.

They have best Folded omelets. You have to ask for folded omelette otherwise they mix it in with your egg which I don't care for. And food is quick and hot..love their coffee...waitresses are awesome and the hostess..im a breakfast morning person... so if you're looking for a good breakfast try this place out they also have a buffet for breakfast place is always busy but service is always great..

Ok first off their breakfast bar was still up at 1:30pm, their "soup bar" has 3 soups? Dont know if you can really call that a bar...it was clean and the waitress was friendly. The food was good....but the diet coke tasted funny.

We just got carryout, but the food was good and the portions we're big. Save room for dessert, the cakes are awesome! The dining area is very clean. The staff could benefit from friendliness classes. If I'm in the area again, I would not hesitate to stop.

Worst weirdest food.I sent it all back. A Salmon paddy with liquid cheese wiz on it.Rice with tomatoe cauce all over it.A greek salad that was a plate of iceburg lettuce tomatoes american cheese.Awful and not cheap. Tacky waitress.tiny tiny cup of coffee.

My family and I had some of the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. We stopped here on our way to Chuck E Cheese because I didn’t want pizza. Boy am I glad we made that extra stop. I enjoyed the French toast w/ sausage, eggs and hash browns. My husband hard a delicious omelette(I know because I had to have a taste, it was too enticing to not try a piece). The girls hard Minnie Mouse pancakes with sausage. Our server was very friendly and even was nice enough to bring my girls some pickles with their meal. I will return because the cherry on top was the $30 bill for all four of us to eat. The only down side was the host, the man who asked if we are drinking coffee, wasn’t friendly At All. I said thank you to him twice and received no response. But that wasn’t enough ruin my meal. Can’t wait to try the rest of their large menu.

I used to love this place back in the day. I've been there a couple of times in the past few years and I won't be going back. The food is just gross. It feels like the entire staff from servers to cashier to cooks are all recent escapees from insane asylums. On a positive note, they still serve free Thanksgiving dinner to indigents.

And the main menu is phenomenal. And good sized portions at reasonable fair prices. It's nothing like a rams horn all of the locations have skimpy food portions and high over prices. You wont find that here at. Leon's family dining in Dearborn.

This is a quiet, non descript place but the homestyle cooking was great. Soup bar, all you can eat features 4 types of soup. Senior portions were generous. Stuffed cabbage which is hard to find was excellent All servings were generous. Service excellent.

Very good diner. But the highlight is the soup bar. Many's the time this has been my lunch. The chicken noodle is outstanding and comes close to what my mother used to make which is really saying something. The owners are hands on and generously involved in the community. This is appreciated. My only quibble is that their iced tea is lousy. It is probably made from a mix rather than fresh brewed.

Great breakfast buffet. They do a good job with the usual breakfast standards: pancakes, French toast, waffles, bacon & sausage. The highlight though was the fresh fruits. I'm not a big breakfast fruit person, but I went up a 2nd time just for more fruit. The staff were also super friendly and made sure our coffee mugs were never empty. Best breakfast I've had in a long time.
