Normally great food and service. Today, just ordered a sandwich and waited 15 min 33 seconds according to the timer on your screen. Watched the girl literally make the four orders behind mind before making mine. Manager on duty is more worried about a cash drawer issue then helping her staff get caught up. No reason the entire restaurant should know of the issue with the cash drawer. Totally unacceptable experience.

Horrible experience. "Kimbery Vancamp" was the assistant manager on duty. we came in at 5 and she was standing at the front counter counting a drawer, which is suppose to happen in the back of any store. she didn't greet us just "hold on" and continued counting. stood there for 6 minutes while she counted and got a phone call and had to leave and she never looked up or said a thing. We came back around 7:15 and she was standing at the front counter. she noticed us and went to drive thru and would not help us and snapped at another employee to take our order. she stood in the corner on the drive thru staring at us the entire time we ordered. while we were waiting for food, another customer came and complained that there was onions on her sandwich but she ordered it without, and explained she was extremely allergic to onions. The assistant manager rolled her eyes at the woman, checked the sandwich in front of her, and walked away into the kitchen without any apology or even acknowledgement. she gave the lady her sandwich after they remade it and the CUSTOMER apologized again but manager still didn't!! she told the customer that she was not clear enough when ordering. Kimberly didn't say a word to me until I read her name off the nametag out loud to my mom. I told my mom to note it down because I wanted to tell somebody about this. Only time she was ever spoke to me again is telling me to have a good night at the end of that horrible experience. She has no right being an employee there, and definitely no right to be managing anybody

Ok food. Sandwich was ok but the fries weren't great. Restaurant dining room was rather messy for how slow they were at the time when we walked inn and no one came out to clean it the whole time we sat there and are. Also my daughter got scraped going down the slide in the play area but they didn't seem to care when I informed them they may want to look into it.

Crappy, they make all burgers a head of time, this way when you order it is not even warm. Also very tasteless, got onion rings and did not even taste like onions! And that was with just the onion! The tea is so weak it almost tastes like water , if you know what o mean. Will not return again, would much rather go to the one in Brighton where everything is cooked fresh while you wait and is hot when it comes out to you.

I don't know who is in charge of this one in particular compared to seemingly every other Halo Burger, but this one consistently uses different quality ingredients from other Halo Burger locations, every from the fries to the meat in the burgers tastes cheaper and is noticeably worse than other locations.

We were at Fenton Halo Burger asked that they clean the mess of food in the play area and it was never cleaned. No catsup in the catsup container told them and the said they would fill them never did. Hamburger was ordered with just catsup and came with every thing. Total incompence just don't care!

Was hungry for a burger a cut above McDs and the like. Didn't want to pay quite the tab for the bird named place; so, went to Halo at G3388 S Linden, Flint, to try their signature burger. Ordered the QP Burger without cheese. Not a fan of processed dairy whatever. Service was friendly, professional and prompt. Burger was mediocre at best. I actually think the land of the fallen arches has more beef in their Quarter Pounder. Even though I specified the works, there was no ketchup in the burger. Why? The sign indicates it's included. I was considerably disappointed. And as I drove away, I recalled that I had previously tried this same Halo. And those burgers didn't have the expected ketchup, either. Had I remembered, I could have saved myself the unmet expectation.

Standard fast food offerings, most comparable to Sonic in my opinion. The burgers don't travel well (we didn't dine in), but the fries stayed warm and crispy. The batter on the onion rings was very thick and crunchy.

Best fast food burgers around. Clean dining room. Fast service. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Why go to burger king or McDonalds when there's Halo burger? Remember, as they say "Seven days without Halo Burger makes one weak"

Stick to one of the original Halo Burger locations. This is no better than McDonald's yet it's more expensive. I don't think they make their patties on site from scratch anymore.

I love the deluxe with olives. Sure, you can go to a gourmet burger spot for a prime angus burger or an American wagyu patty. But here, you don't pay $20-25 bucks and the burger is good.

Growing up, my family would go to Halo Burger on trips to Michigan. I hadn't had it in many years. So I was pleasantly surprised when it tasted even better than I remember. The fries especially are great.

Went there today and was not happy at all. I ordered a Boston cooler with my food, and keep in mind I have been consuming Boston coolers for years and I really like them. The girl behind the counter gave me a Boston cooler that was really sloppy and soupy and didn't even look like a Boston cooler !! I asked for another one and the girl stated that it's suppose to look that way, and if she got me another one it would be the same. I ended up just getting a regular drink, even though I paid for a Boston cooler !! Then after all that it took a very long time to get my food even though the place was not busy at all. The burgur was good but the fries were not. Very dissatisfied with my whole experience, and service !!!!

My boyfriend and I go to halo burger quite often. This is the second time we have been to this location. We went there because it was right down the road from our jobsite. When ordering, the manager didnt seem very pleasant. No happy greeting or smile. It took forever for us to get our food and we were the only ones in the lobby waiting for food. When we received our food, the fries were not cooked all the way and the overall quality of the food wasn't the best. I was very surprised because halo burger is always good when we eat it. Not this time. The employees seemed very unprofessional as well. I worked in the food industry for 10 years and if I would have acted like any of those employees, I would either have been fired or disciplined for my actions. The bathrooms and the restaurant were filthy too. We went there at about 2pm. I cant say that we will be back to the Fenton location.

I think I am done with halo burger. Use to be a decent burger, but last couple of times no good. I think burger had been made and sitting for a long time. Fries were nasty. Quality has gone way down. Won't be back

Food was just luke warm.... Service with no smile. Cashier came from the food line in the back with her gloves on took her order took our money and then went back to the line to cook. I pray that she changed her gloves! We have given this establishment 3 tries now and everytime we are disappointed! If you want to go halo burger to go to... It's worth the drive to go to Linden and Miller Road by the Genesee Valley Mall!

I seen a lot of negative reviews about this Halo burger that didn't make sense to me because usually the food and service is great. Have been back twice now and the bad reviews are accurate, food and service here are terrible. I have had to wait for what seems like forever to get handed cold food. Are they waiting for the food to get cold before they give it to me? And this has happened both of the last two times I have been here. It's like since the McDonald's across the street closed they just gave up. The closest competition is all the way on Owen Rd, so maybe they think they can serve garbage and people will just take it. I have also called the corporate hotline and they don't care either. I don't know what happened to Halo Burger but it has gone way down hill. Maybe this place will close before long and some business that actually cares about it's customers will move in. Here's to hoping. Also, if I could have i would have given them 0 stars.

Not the same as when the Thomas family owned it while the food was good a bit over priced the cashier/ manager was horrible. We waited at the counter almost 7 minutes for her to come out of the back them got our food went to get ketchup both the dispenser were empty so I went to the counter and asked for a packet of ketchup she rudely said I'll fill those in a minute by the time her mind Ute was yp my fries were cold and no ketchup can help that. I worked for Halo burger years ago and I know those dispenser take a few days to get empty so I guess checking them is no one's job

The only reason to go to Halo Burger is to witness the demise of a once-great brand. Dinner time and only three people in the restaurant. Now I know why. Lettuce was brown, the meat was greasy and tasteless, and the luke-warm french fries tasted mealy on the inside. One extra star because the place was clean. Cannot recommend.

Ordered a large olive burger meal. An almost $9 meal..waited in line for about 15 minutes..and was given the wrong order. Lexii was the one who took my order. From the start she sounded like she hated her job, with a rather sad/mad attitude. Quickly handed me my food and closed the window. Won't be going back. Thanks Lexii.

Always good food. Drive through can be a bit slow but I have never gotten cold fries, so it is worth the wait. Had the fish sandwich the announcement on the dive through said they were offering and it was one of the best I have ever had. A real piece of fish as opposed to minced whatever was a happy surprise. Will be back.

A classic staple of the cultural identity of Flint and the surrounding cities. The food tends to be inconsistent in quality simply because the are not prepared in the standardized way that other restaurants make it, but as a result, it still has a small business taste. The food tastes very different from other fast food. Whether that is a good thing or not will be completely up to you.

The food was good but they messed up our order twice over. When I pointed out that we were missing a burger the lady at the counter was a bit snotty when telling me she needed to check my bags to see. As we left we realized that the BLT we ordered - and had a wrapper with BLT on it - was actually just the regular QP.
