The food was good. Samantha was a great server. Took a while to get our food (party of 6, all ordered burgers). We arrived just before the lunch rush. It is a pretty cool place with all of the Ford nostalgia, especially the antique vehicles. Would go back again.

This restaurant has a nice variety of burgers plus other menu items. The food was very good as was the service. It is a unique setting with several 1930 era cars and many different automotive related decorations. There are also many old photographs throughout the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Food, ambience and service was good. The burger was perfect! Personally not a big fan of potato wedges... But for whats given, they were good there. They can try to offer traditional fries as well!. Root bear float we ordered was really good! Staffs were very considerate for our special need for my daughter. Highly recommend this place for those who love a classic American burger! Must try.

My first visit. Lunch. Great decor, consistent with the Ford name, even down to the oil rag napkins. Excellent burger menu. I ordered a salmon salad, which was excellent. Craft beer menu looked fantastic. Even though I haven't had the full experience there, I'm awarding 5 stars.

Our server was awesome, and the atmosphere tops anything found in the Ford Museum. Very fun atmosphere and the burgers were really yummy. Make sure you wash your hands in their restroom before eating! ;)

Now this is a really cool place! Lots of old Ford cars all around the restaurant and even 1 inside. I had the Jiffy burger! Yes that's right peanut butter on the 1/2 pound burger. I was skeptical at first but had to try it. Turns out it's AWESOME! Plenty of craft beer too! If you haven't been here yet... it's time to go and try it out for yourself!

Just an overpriced burger joint. Don’t get the Mac and cheese, you will be disappointed by the portion size. The fish and chips was greasy too. Everything tasted good so if you go in with the right mindset, i.e. “expensive Applebee’s”, then you’ll be fine.

I love it. While you enter you'll enjoy the design of it. The place looks exactly like you are in a garage shop, tools, gas pumps, and cars floating around. The door handles are taken from the gas pump handle. If you went to the bathroom the sink is from tires handcrafted perfectly made. The price are okay, not cheap nor expensive. The taste of burger is original and fresh, the only issue I had was the burger I ordered was soggy. Must visit!

Fantastic service. Had the Henry Chicken with sun-dried tomatos, goat cheese in a chardonnay & lemon butter sauce.....it was great! Also came with mashed potatoes & fresh green beans. Very tasty.

12:30 on a Monday afternoon. Got seated immediately, even though there were 15 people waiting for tables. The server Sammy was great. No rush, no pushy hurry up. The appitizer came quickly ( fried pickles ). They were followed, not too long, by the burgers. Both of ours were very good!!!! First time, won't be the last.

This place is amazing, it is one of the best burger places I have very tried. I got the estate burger and it was delicious, it had very good juicy meat. I also got truffle french fries, they where also very good. The seating is ford garage like the name. It is actually a bit cool.

We ordered wings and nachos to start off our meal and both were great. I orderd the spicy waigyu burger for my meal and it was one of the better burgers I've ever tasted! Burger was cooked perfect medium just as I asked and was very juicy. Toppings are fresh and sauce is tasty. This place has it all!

Great atmosphere if you are a Ford fan. Even if you're not, the burgers are excellent and the prices are very good. This is a great place to finish your day after visiting the Henry Ford Museum or cruising Woodward in your classic car. It's located very close to the Henry Ford Museum and is very convenient.

Will def be back!!! Prices were awesome and portions were on point. Has a lot of artistic old Ford pieces of centurys gone by... Clean and beautiful atmosphere. Genuine American food with a twist. Every burger is different but the quality is outstanding.. Wish we could give them 10 stars... Our waiter Gerald was awesome. Never an empty glass on the table. Food came out fast and very accurate!!! Gerald was very knowledgable on the menu and accommodated any changes to the food we needed.. Thanks Gerald for an awesome time.. You made our night more memorable...

Prices weren't terrible and staff was ok, wish I could give more stars but the taste just really didn't cut it. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, not to say I wouldn't eat there again though.

After spending the day touring the Ford Rouge Plant and the Henry Ford Museum, I knew this is where I wanted to eat! The parking lot was almost completely full, but the wait wasn't bad at all. The server was very friendly and competent, meeting one of my top criteria for a generous tip by keeping my drink replenished! We started with the onion rings, and they were the best I'd had in some time. Huge rings, perfectly battered and fried. I kept it simple and had the Americana Roadster burger, and it excellent, along with the fries that came with it. My wife enjoyed the pulled pork mac and cheese. I didn't try it, but it smelled really good.

Great food and amazing atmosphere with the tribute to unlike Henry’s great company. Had to wait for a while during the lunch hour to get the food served, but it was certainly worth it. Just need to plan ahead. Definitely coming back at some point

This is a really nice place to meet with friends and family. The Burgers are really terrific the beer selection is excellent and the servers are friendly. They also server the D town original desert the Bumpy Cake for the folks with a sweet tooth. The sweet potato tots are out of this world good.

This place is amazing! My husband and I came here for the first time for our anniversary and it was the best experience. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was great, and our waiter was the best; he was very attentive and made great suggestions. And the food was delicious with every bite! Honestly, everything looks good in the menu and they offer plenty of choices. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to coming back.

First time here and loved it. Big Ford fan and this place had all the details covered with Ford and automotive memorabilia covering the whole place. Even the bathrooms have real car tires around the sinks with gas pump handles dispensing the water. Very cool! It's a bit on the pricey side but you're definitely paying for the Ford theme and unique experience too. Overall its definitely worth it in my opinion.

We live within walking distance and come here often. The staff has always been great from the moment you walk in. Last visit we brought our son and did not have a prepared meal for him to eat.(he is anaphylactic to dairy and sesame) We asked the server about their tator tots and she told us she would ask the kitchen manager. The kitchen manager, Oz, came out and took his time to speak with us about our son's allergies and what he could eat. He ended up making him baked tots(so it would not be fried with potential allergens) and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He went above and beyond and just put our experiences here over the top in terms of service and enjoyment. Thank you Oz and Ford's Garage you have life long customers!

This place is amazing! Thee interior decor is the first thing to see. There are cars hanging from the ceiling, and every once in a while the horn will go off. There is plenty of seating and it is plenty roomy. The next thing is the service. Either the waiters really like people or they fake it really well. I’m guessing it’s the former. They recommend food to try, and they know what is good! The food itself is exceptional quality. Burgers were grilled perfectly, and the onion rings were the best I’ve ever tried! Not overpriced at all for the experience! Definitely coming back!

Amazing atmosphere, food, and service. The happy hour appetizer and drink specials are amazing! Ask about the specials they offer or for a happy hour menu because unless you sit at the bar (or so I've noticed, anyway) they don't give you one. Drinks are delicious and the food is great, too. The coolest part has to be the atmosphere, though. A great place for the whole family to enjoy.

Excellent experience! I was greeted immediately and brought drinks while I viewed the menu.Tasha was my host/waitress she provided an excellent dining experience! Had bacon/cheddar Angus burger medium w/fries which was perfectly cooked! Whole dining experience was about an hour I was not rushed. Had the funnel fries man were they good!! Also given a warm farewell when I departed. Managers, staff and kitchen exhibit great teamwork which shows.

Visiting the surrounding attractions and Ford factory, I decided to go to the Ford-themed restaurant. At first I didn't know what to expect in terms of quality, but after a warm welcome in and a vibrant, lively atmosphere I began to feel glad in my desicion to stop in. The food was a lot better than I was expecting, the service was immediate and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was perfectly themed to the automotive history surrounding it. Next time I'm in town I will definitely stop in!

All of the little details make this place ridiculously fun to go to! My burger was cooked perfectly, and the appetizers were yummy! I also had the BEST Moscow Mule (Edison Mule, here). Definitely a great atmosphere, although the restaurant was packed and surprisingly loud.

A good variety of burgers. Fish and chips are delicious and the bake beans are phenomenal. Love the Ford garage decor and the service for us always been top notch. Our older youngest son has always been a picky eater but this place has become his favorite and he hasn't had a burger here yet that he didn't like. The onion rings on a metal funnel are a fun and good conversation piece. Be sure to make a trip to the restroom where the fun decor continues.

If you're in the area visiting the Henry Ford museum or the estate this is a great place to finish or start. Has a cool mechanic shop vibe going to it. Coupled with great service and delicious food. My favorite part about this place is that every burger could be substituted with an impossible burger patty.

Good drinks and wonderful atmosphere, I loved their decor, starting from door handle to displayed vintage cars. Old gas pumps are really nice. Good burgers selection. But other menu items are average, like usual bar food. But must visit if you’re in the area.

A very well done theme restaurant. Nice attention to details add to the overall ambiance. The food was excellent. The main menu option is a vast selection of burgers which looked awesome. There are also salads, steaks, chicken and other options available as well as a large selection of craft beers. I took a friend who has never been there and he enjoyed his burger and tater tots and wants to go back. The decor is nostalgic and it reminds me of my uncle's gas station, but with good food. It was classic car night, so go early on those nights or be prepared to wait.

This is a fun place to visit if you are a car guy and a ford fan. Tons of little detail in their decorations. The food is also great with a wide variety of choices. It does get busy and parking up front is scarce. Plan on parking in the rear and walking when its busy. Also prepare to wait before being seated if the parking lot is full. Its busy for a reason here. :)

As a self proclaimed car guy, this place is great. The wife and I came here the Friday night before the Woodward Cruise so it was pretty packed. Took about 30 min to get seated. The decor was perfect. Onion rings served on a long neck funnel. Napkin is a shop rag with a hose clamp napkin holder and a leather bound menu. Food was great and the service was great too. Prices were surprisingly far and the two of us got out the door for under $40. When friends come in to town to visit, this is going on the "have to go" list.

After a lengthy visit at The Henry Ford, it was the perfect spot to grab a bite and a beverage. Decor was epic. We sat outside since it was a lovely day. 3 of us had salads and French Onion Soup. One had the Chicken Tenders and thought they delicious, the batting just right and fresh not frozen chicken. All were delicious with a good sized portions and prices were not too bad. Our server was Sarah and she was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. I definitely would dine here again and recommend it to others.

Ate here after the Henry Ford museum to keep the Ford theme going. It was a great experience, the attention to detail form the hose clamps on the shoptowel napkins to the servers dressed like mechanics was great! I had the Estate burger with the Prime upgrade. This burger was SO GOOD! Juicy, not over-packed, perfectly cooked (medium). My wife got the Cali Burger with a house salad. She really liked both. Nick was our server and he was fantastic. Friendly, checked in with us just the right amount, helpful making tough choices (our first time here).

*** I want to start this off by saying that is an excellent place to visit if you have food allergies because based upon my personal experience they take this very seriously (which any place should), but this place does an outstanding job at handling allergy issues in general. *** When you walk in you will immediately notice all of car themed (specifically Ford) decor all over the place which adds a fun and nice touch to the over all feel of the place. The space is large in general but it may not seem that way when you walk in as this place gets very, very busy and is often times quite full. You should absolutely expect a wait when you go—which to me, is never a bad thing. Upon entering, you will notice a large bar area (which is actually one of two bars they have) to your left which is an excellent place to hang out and enjoy a few adult beverages while you wait for your table. The overall look and feel of the place is great. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have a great beer/drink selection. The reason you most likely have ended up here is because you heard about their burgers—and rightfully so because they are incredibly delicious and there are a ton of ways to customize them so you can get just what you are looking for. They also have more than just Burgers if that is what you're into. Overall great food. Overall great atmosphere. If you're in the area, stop in. you won't regret it.

Our son picked Ford's Garage as a lunch destination for our family to meet. What a pleasant surprise! Great atmosphere with all of the Ford memorabilia! The staff was fantastic and the food was great! What a unique place that preserves the Ford automotive history of the motor city. I would definitely recommend!

Nice American bistro. They use the Ford’s logo ( and I heard that they pay to the company in order to use that)in their decor. The interior is very nicely decorated with an overall concept of a garage. The inside place is pretty big and the ambience is very lively. We were a group of 7 for dinner and when I called them for reservation, they told that they were already fully booked and advised us to walk-in. We went there without reserving and the wait time was 15-20 minutes. We ordered wings to start, and I absolutely loved them. In the main course people ordered burgers and they loved. I ordered meatloaf with mashed potato and green beans. Actually I asked the waitress to substitute one of my sides, however when the food came I saw that she forgot that. I did not say anything but ate the way it came. The food was good. However, my husband complained that his burger was too greasy. Overall I liked the place.

This was our second time there, we went two years ago after it had opened. The place is pretty awesome the decor is worth the extra bucks on the menu which still isn't too bad, great Burgers excellent onion rings and the fries are awesome highly recommend at least once.

What a fun place to have a really good burger! Nice selection of brews here as well. Unique atmosphere-I almost felt like I was in The Henry Ford (Greenfield Village) with the Model Ts and all of the memorabilia. Sizable menu and I enjoyed the fresh green beans and gluten free bun in my burger as well! Going there was a treat!

Great please!!! 10 stars!! This was our first time! The menu has a variety of items for everyone. The food was delicious, the blackened salmon was very fresh. I suggest the lobster Mac and cheese and add shrimp. Honestly everything was good. Please go and refer a friend. Bathrooms have cool sinks too. Service was amazing shout out to our sever Kristina!!!

This is a great restaurant with delicious food and amazing atmosphere. They have great burgers and they really play the garage theme around the whole place. It was a great place to come to as an out-of-towner. The server was great!! We asked her for places to go in Windsor (across the river in Canada) and went and called her mom to get an expert opinion! That was very kind and we would absolutely go back again.

Very disappointing first visit. may be my last. Starts out with "sorry we are out of that beer". I take time to look for another. "Sorry, that one just went dry". Okay, I drank water. Then the burger came. I've heard so much about these "amazing" burgers. Yuk. Was dry and flavorless. I swear it was a preformed frozen patty. Dry outer edges that were squared off. Wife and Daughter's burgers were way under done. I'd have sent it back if it was me. All the wait staff seemed short and bothered today. Not the friendliest place I've been. For the price of the burger it should taste better that a $3.50 bar burger at a 3 Nicks. Not even close! Literally ZERO FLAVOR today. Only thing good was the pulled pork nacho app. Very good. So if using stars: 2 stars because of the nachos. Otherwise ONE STAR!

Best burger I've ever had! The meat is amazing quality & sooo delicious. I had the brisket burger. Definitely get the sweet tots (sweet potato tater tots) for your side dish. Comes with a cinnamon caramel dipping sauce. When I travel back home I will dream about this burger & tots!!

The place was 'okay', but I didn't find it special... a typical American burger place. Service staff was bery friendly & helpful. I had a standard burger - the size of the meal was good for my needs / wants, but seemed smaller than in many other similar placed. What I didn't think was 'up the mark' : the food was not really hot anymore - just about warm enough for consumption. Overall, I only consider the place 'average'.

The burgers are absolutely amazing. Have had several different burgers and they were all great. Our group also really enjoyed the truffle fries. In addition to the food, our group enjoyed the atmosphere and cool decorations. Everything is Ford themed.

Family of 6, seated very quickly. Wonderful customer service. Buffalo Chicken Dip was gross, over all the food was good. Pricing was the biggest downfall. Portions were very small for the price. Would recommend for families.

I ate here last night. Staff was great, as a car guy loved the decor. Service was fast and friendly. I had a couple of the different local craft drafts and it was nice to see the good selection. I ordered the baked potatoe soup to start and it came out quickly. Maybe a little too quick , it looked lime it had a "pudding skin" on the top , like they keep them warmed in the kitchen and add cheese to the top and send out. It tasted good though once stirred up. On the recommendation of the waitress I ordered the Estate burger with an upgrade of onion rings on the side. The food came out and the onion rings were stone cold. The waitress apologised , took the onion rings away , and ordered replacements right away. I tried to eat the burger slowly so I could eat the rings with my dinner. The burger was okay other than the bottom bin was wet and soggy from the start. The onion rings never did show up so I told her to forget them and give me my bill. She apologized again and took off the $1.95 extra charge (which is pretty funny considering I not only did not get the "upgraded" rings, I got no side order). Left disappointed and will not return. I give it 2 stars for the decor and staff, but sadly Ford cannot make a good meal either

Awesome experience. Our server Annie was great! She knew the menu and drinks list and provided great recommendations. I had the lobster mac and cheese. It was really good. The atmosphere here is great. Highly recommend!

Very nice place very cool inside. Very well trained staff. I ordered a chicken sandwich tho and when I got it it was soaked in blue cheese dressing. I love blue cheese but the bun and chicken burger soaked in blue cheese? I'm not sure how any chef could pass that as appetizing.

Very, very good. In town with my Mother and this was close to our hotel. My picky elderly Mother (who rarely likes everything at a restaurant) said it was the best French onion soup she ever had, loved her lobster mac & cheese and funnel cake fries too! Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly, genuine smiles and very accommodating (she was in a walker). They kindly called us a cab, when we asked too. Would highly recommend for food and service!

Try the truffle fries! The funnel cake is good as well. Wanna try a delicious appetizer? Try the lobster mac n cheese...its good! If you choose to dine in, you take in a great atmosphere and you can watch sports!

FORD'S GARAGE, PLEASE COME TO CLEVELAND, OHIO!!! Visited Ford's Garage while on vacation, and I have to say that it was so good, we went back the next day! Our server, Big Paul (as his shirt read), was awesome!!! Considering taking family on the 2.5 hr drive sometime soon to visit again. I had the BBQ brisket burger, and it was fantastic; cooked perfect! All the food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Definitely recommend!

It's a great place for a couples night out but not for children because it just involves drinking there's a bars on both sides and I'm sorry but the service was a little slow I know due to having a little bit of a rush that was going on there but other than that the food was great and the attitude of the waitresses what's great but other than that it's not an environment I would bring my kids back to.

First trip to MI and I couldn't have been told to go to better place. Great service, and great food. Sat at the bar and enjoyed myself very much. Atmosphere was jumping. I'll be traveling to MI again soon and will be going back to Ford's for sure.

This is one of my favorite places to go to and enjoy some really good beer and some really nice food , 5/10 times we end up going here for happy hours Ana’s they have good deals at happy hours too. I really love the design and decor of the place, it’s set up as an old garage with an old gas station and really cool old ford cars. They have a huge variety of beer on tap and believe me you will find the one you like, I love there wings and burgers as well. Also a nice spot to grab some lunch, but it could be busy at time despite having ample space so might have to settle for a bar table or wait a few minutes.

The overall experience was wonderful! Really gives a good feeling of history when you walk in. The cars up on the hoists are cool to look at while eating. We sat at high top near the bar and we had a view of each of the screens that were playing Sports Center and ESPN2, it seemed that there is no bad seat. Our, server Sara(h) was wonderful and very friendly. Her area was busy and she was attentive to everyone. Definitely will recommend and be back in to try a different burger!

Never been to Detroit but this was a experience that I will always remember I'm into cars and Ford garage is the place to sit eat watch a game and enjoy what's inside, great service very polite and the menu very affordable. If I ever go back to Detroit I will pass by again for the nacho plater

I have only been here twice. I had a shrimp salad my first visit and filet bites with rice and mixed vegetables my second visit. I remember loving the shrimp salad. I wasn't very impressed with the filet bites tho but my girl liked them. She got chicken Henry. It was generous sized chicken breast so she had a portion of chicken Henry and we traded the rest with one another. The chicken was good. When asked by our waitress how our dinners are, I let her know my not so great opinion of the filet bites and why. I received a table visit from the manager and he explained what it could possibly be. He offered me a dinner credit then another dinner. Since my girl and I were fine with swapping, that wasn't necessary; we were both happy. Then he offered dessert, which we usually share, so I jumped at it. So five stars for the ambition to please me 100%, five stars for service, and five stars for atmosphere. The food is pretty good too.

Had a amazing visit as usual, had a special visit to our table by Logan and the cutest baby EVER , letting us know our dessert would be right out. Now the only issue I had which probably won't be a problem for anyone else is I ordered the fish and chips( I thought I ordered this before apparently not) the fish was HUGE I'm talking atleast 12 inches long it was coming off the plate. It looked like a whole fish which freaked me out. I've never had battered cod or any fish and chips come out that huge. I tasted it and it was good, I just couldn't get past the fact it was so large so I didn't eat it, I inquired to the waitress if it has always been served that way and she replied ALWAYS

Not as good as the word of mouth at work. Ordered a medium rare low carb burger. The well done burger that arrived had decent toppings but the meat was flavorless and dry. The broccoli portion was pretty small and significantly trimmed to remove bad spots. At least it was better than McDonald's.

This place is amazing. They have the most amazing veggie burger I have ever tasted. I honestly couldn't even tell that it was a vegan burger it tastes so much like the real thing. I was very pleased it exceeded my expectations I have been looking for the perfect vegetarian burger and this is it.! My husband love the Bison burgers he says they're very tender to bite into. We will definitely come here again! Also the decor is very original!

First time visitor to Ford’s garage. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes for a table. We sat in the bar and waited. The bar staff was very attentive and got us a couple of drinks right away. The wait for a table was only 15 minutes. Our server was quick to the table and got our shrimp appetizer right away. We ordered the Ford’s Garage Standard burger and the mushroom and Swiss chicken burger. The burgers were excellent. The fries were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Very good fries! We enjoyed the food and the service. I highly recommend Ford’s Garage! I know you will enjoy it too.

Good food, good beer selection. Got seated at shift change, but only found that out once our server got to our table ten minutes (roughly) later. Somebody else dropped waters off and said the person would be with us shortly with no explanation and no offer to take a drink order. Not a great start to the experience, but once our server got there she was great and everything came quickly. If the initial person would have given an explanation and offered to take a drink order I'd have been a lot happier.
