Atmosphere & service was good. My wife had some kind of fish which was bland. I had the duck confit which was extremely salty. May give it another chance in the future.

My wife and I went to Cuisine for our anniversary and it was delicious. We slowly picked items from the menu and had a great time. Jack was our waiter and he made sure everything was great and that we had a great time. We can't wait for the patio to open up for the summer.

We waited 20 minutes before we were even greeted. Clearly there was some challenges in the kitchen. We didn't realize that at the time, so we asked for the manager. The manager did not arrive to our table until 35 minutes later. The waiter was nice and did a decent job, but the service was the worst that I have ever experienced in recent years. There's so many options in Detroit to dine that I will never go back to this establishment. They didn't even try to make things right by doing something simple like comp the soup. A couple who arrived to the restaurant 20 minutes after we did were served before we were. And when our food came to the table, it was lukewarm. The young lady at the front door didn't even say 'have a good day' as we walked out. She just watch us as we walked away. Will NEVER go back. I strongly suggest you don't go there either.

Haven't even eaten at this restaurant. I made an online reservation through Open Table, which I had to cancel same day (I received confirmation of the cancellation); the next thing I know I am being bombarded with calls from Cuisine without any messages. I come into the office the next morning and leave a voicemail looking to make a reservation for the following week. I receive a call back at 3:19pm, however I did not have a chance to call them right back. At 4:19pm I come back to my desk and have a missed call from Cuisine; at 4:33pm I received a message from a receptionist that a RUDE man is on the line looking for me or my boss because of a reservation. I let her know I would give him a call when I had a chance since I just got back to my desk. I call him (Rick) back at 5:06pm to follow up with my voicemail from the morning looking to make a reservation for the next week. This man was one of the RUDEST people I've ever talked to. He badgered me on the phone about the cancelled open table reservation and told me how he had to call open table several time and speak with them. He then went on to argue with me because my online reservation name (my boss's name because I book reservations for him); did not match my voicemail name (my phone number since I am the main contact for reservations). It ends up the restaurant is closed the day that I'm looking for a reservation anyway, so all this arguing for nothing and a RUDE person at the restaurant. I book a lot of corporate events and will NEVER suggest this place for anything just because of this one person - RICK. Terrible customer service and extremely rude.

Incredible service and outstanding food. I can't wait to come back again. Server and chef are very passionate about their craft. I've already called others to dine here while I was still sitting at our table. The waiter recommended the Halibut with a well paired white Bordeaux and I've never tasted a better halibut! I couldn't be more satisfied. Their avocado grapefruit salad, tuna tartare, and cauliflower were all outstanding. I can't wait to bring others!

First time. I have been in this type of fancy restaurant. I ordered salad of lyons which was salad greens, bacon, dressing, frief cheese ball and poached egg. Ever seen that commercial for over priced nuggets that is how I felt about salad. Server was polite. Too pricy for me that is why the star rating. Just wanted a quick bite before show at fisher, it was within walking distance said attendant in parking garage.

Don't Go Here!! The service is terrible. We planned with plenty of time before the theatre in spite of web warnings on disaster service. 20 minutes for menus. 30 minutes to get a drink. 60 minutes for salads. IT GETS Worse. They lost our order. One entree followed the others by 10 minutes and had to be sent back. Side Dishes never came. They complain about theatre crowds but it is their only business and Book of Mormon has been sold out for months. Take this and other's advice. Skip this place. You can go to a place that wants your service and valet park at the Fisher. There were at least six other couples in the same boat, many more vocal than me. I kept hearing the manager try to tell them they should have come at 5 pm for a 8 pm show!

Excellent crispy shrimp appetizer with perfect sauce, then a tasty cauliflower vegetarian entree. Entree had just a little too much salt, but otherwise perfect low calorie dish. Plus, service was excellent.

My wife and I went before seeing The Waitress next door at the Fischer Theater. The meal was elegant and, I have to say, wonderfully paced. I have rarely been at an establishment that did a better job at letting each course breathe and then proceeding to the next. Start to finish it was quite enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back to try the chocolate souffle!

We had a wonderful experience. We booked a reservation here to catch dinner prior to Hamilton. The person taking the reservation was very helpful. Our waiter provided excellent service and a great wine recommendation. The price was beyond reasonable for the quality of the food served. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last.

Cuisine has been my absolute favorite restaurant in Metro Detroit for the last 12 years! Chef Paul and his staff are creative and absolutely brilliant. I have tried many things there and each and every dish has been nothing short of culinary excellence. Service is great, atmosphere is magical. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic dinner! Service was oustanding from start to finish. Salad with poached egg was uniquely delicious. Scallops were tender and tastefully presented. Don't like asparagus so chef replaced with brussel sprouts. Finished with chocolate tart and best ever Spanish coffee (with freshly brewed decaf coffee). Tony was friendly, knowledgeable waiter who made experience perfect!

I order the salad house of Lyon, due to limited food choices. Asked to have my egg not be poached , to make it more hard boiled . Unfortunately they could not do. I would had preferred McDonald's salad. Menu is limited and over priced for portion size. The service and the atmosphere was nice.

Didn't go for theater dinner but 9 for food night. Had a great waiter, Michael, turned out after 8 only diners there which meant no noise. Between all of us we ordered almost everything on the menus. Go for the theater menu for price $50 plus tax and tip. Soup and beet salad rated the highest reviews, soup hot and taste of asparagus with tiny potatoes. Scallops and steak perfectly prepared entrees. Any dessert was beautiful and ended one of our best places to enjoy. This place is a little expensive but worth the time and food quality. Go for an experience and spend time to appreciate.

AMAZING! That is the best word to describe this place. From start to end, the experience was perfect. My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary and we were lucky enough to have Justin take care of us while we dined here. If you have the ability to request Justin, do so, you won't regret it. He was extremely helpful and made the best recommendations. We will definitely dine here again soon.

We sat upstairs, next to the sewer vent pipe, among pale painted brick walls. Ordered champagne, got soda water. Waiter was totally flustered when we said we were ready to order. Soups didn't come until after the food was out. Didn't get soup spoons. Waited 15 minutes after requesting the bill, then over 20 for it to come back. The food was superb, but the service and decor really killed it.
