Stopped at Dearborn locationon michigan was not greeted by anyone , yes I am African American but notice other people were greeted with no problem, gentlemen that was working front counter blew me off will Not be returning to this location again my money spends everywhere , where I am welcomed !

Would not even give this place one star. The service was terrible. There prices on line do not match the menu prices in store and when I got there I was shocked by the price, 7.00 more per sandwich, and when I showed them the website they said there was nothing they can do and that they are in a law suit with corporate. They didn't give me a total when I placed my order or ask me if I was looking at the prices on line. Regardless of the issue that isn't the customers fault. If they know its an issue then why not ask the customer if they were looking on line so there isnt an issue when the customer picks up there order. Do they let them know when they order on line?? If they cant honor the on line prices they can at least offer a free pop or a percentage off, even an apology would have been better then the manager going and talking about me while I was standing right there. I think her name was Tiffany. We order food 4 times a week at my work and we will definitely find another place to order....

Went there got a steak grinder got home long nasty hair in my food called to let them know Tiffany the manager with the nastiest attitude said a guy made your food there is no way it’s hair in your food smh because she has overseen everything all day she was extremely rude very poor customer service basically said I was lying because I refuse to eat food with hair in it they are very unsanitary the attitude is as disgusting as the food I will never spend money there ever and advise anyone else to steer clear

* update Pork grinder was not good at all sadly, Chicken grinder was ok just needed mayo I will only get the club from now on* OMG the grinders are so good the fries are amazing they are on there own level. I have been twice I get the club no lettuce and tomatoes with the Italian garlic spread. They also have a hagendaz it's expensive ice cream but it is really good. I'd recommend the pints the cups are so small. Inside is nice I went early both times and it wasn't crowded. The also have a Coke freestyle machine. This is one of my date spots now it's so good. 5 stars.

The food is quick and not bad by any means. The tables were very sticky from the cleaner the girl was wiping them down with. Service could be a little more happier, workers not having a good experience. Would sugest to the owner to manage by merit not intimidation. And let the girls were something other than then skin tight black stretch pants.

I ordered from Postmates and they did not have one of my items and didn’t even bother to contact me or contact postmates. The driver had to call and tell me this so I had to place an order for a different item and they didn’t have that either! How do you have items like lasagna and ravioli on your menus but can’t even serve them? Terrible

Went there for the Haagen-Dazs, but they're closed for renovation. The lady directed us to another Bellacino's, about 4 miles ahead on Greenfield and Ford road, which was open. But the Bellacino subs are great too - if you're sick of Subway, this is a much better option.

I go to this location about once a month, it is always clean and the staff is friendly. Sandwiches are my go to, the garlic bread is a game changer! Sometimes the grinders are a bit greasy but usually they're outstanding.

This bellacinos is a little pizza slash grinder place hidden in a strip mall and it is delicious, while there are never very many customers in here the pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had, and the grinder are to die for. The service is quick and the prices more than reasonable. When ever I order I feel respected and listen to something ignore but most chains and I enjoy being there. I would giver this more than five stars of possible.

Best service around! We came in for dinner today and the three young women (one who was training two others) who served us were prompt, proficient, and very warm and friendly! Good was great and the ice cream after was, too! The great customer service really sealed the deal for us, though!

First time here and i enjoyed myself. The seafood sub was very good. The buttered bread and cheese surprisingly made it awesome. The baked fries were good though some were burnt. You could tell it was fresh but the burnt ones were hard to overcome. Staff were nice and they have one of those coke freestyle machines. Will definitely return.

My husband and I had the Chicago Steak advertised when we walked in. The steak was something to be desired. Other than that they still have good sub bread. Change the steak meat and the sub would taste better.

The atmosphere is pretty cliche, in my opinion. The pizza sauce is not my favorite, but not bad. The grinder I had (buffalo chicken) was very good, and I will probably order it again. Prices are decent, seating is fine. The best thing about this place is definitely the ice cream shop - who doesn't love that?

Their grinders are awesome, and the pizza is excellent. There is rarely anyone eating in, so it is a great place to go in. It is not fast food. I recommend the chicken, bacon, and ranch grinder. It is my go to.

Great place for grinders. I always get the garlic spread because it's too good. Good staff and pretty quick. Bayou Grinder is the best imo. If you live in Dearborn, definitely hit place up for some good food.

The quality of the sandwiches made at this location is unmatched. My most recent visit saw me out the door with one of the most satisfying Buffalo chicken subs, and it was absolutely huge. Far better than competing sub shop eateries with a wide array of food delectable food choices and sides to match. I usually recommend going with a half sub so you have enough room in your tummy to enjoy some Häagen-Dazs ice cream located directly within the restaurant. :) It's very easy to over eat here.
