Came here twice. The first time was on a weekday we ordered the burnt ends and had the bbq beans and potato salad as sides. It was great! Great Smokey taste to the meat and the sides were very good. I was extremely disappointed the second time we came. I brought some more friends the second time because I figured my experience would be like the first time, but it wasn’t. Ordered the same thing (burnt ends) and they were awful. No Smokey taste, a lot of fatty pieces, and overall nothing like the first time I had them. We had the bbq beans and Mac and cheese as sides and they came out cold and it seemed like they had them sitting in the back room for days. Im very disappointed because I thought this was going to be my new go to spot for bbq with friends but they lack consistency.

We saw them on Facebook and decided to drive the 90 miles from Norwood MA. It was worth the trip! I had the Reuben. It was the BEST pastrami I have ever had! Their homemade pickles are amazing! Everyone else had combo plates. The brisket was delicious ! The fried chicken had a bit of a kick, pulled pork was excellent and the sausage was great! The variety of sides makes it a tough choice. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable! With traffic it was almost 2 hours to get there and as long going home, and we are already planning our next trip!

Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends we're all good, though I wish they were just a little more tender. The mac and cheese is more like Alfredo, but I didn't care because it was delicious. Cornbread was fantastic - sweet, moist, and flavorful!

The breakfast buffet as a complete joke. The waffles are like rocks. The bagels must have been days old. The website makes the buffet seem like a feast but not the case. Total misrepresentation all the food is in one tiny corner. I have been to many buffets around here and all over and this is by far the worst. If you want sub McDonalds food quality at a high price this place is for you. I will never go back.

First time coming here, food was fair price for what you get. Fried chicken was deffinately not just pulled from a frozen bag and fried and the mac and cheese had lots of flavor. Fiance had the pulled pork which wasnt super seasoned so people who usually like plain stuff would really enjoy it but people who like lots of flavor would enjoy it as well. 10/10 recommend. Would love to see them branch out more. I live in Westfield so having one closer to that area would be great!

Wonderful brisket sandwich and Mac n cheese. They also offer breakfast daily and a brunch buffet on Sundays. Menus are available to take home, so calling in take out is easy. We will definitely return for great barbeque.

Sunday brunch is the best because all the food on the buffet is fresh homemade and delicious Also desserts are made fresh and homemade. My husband and I come up to this area for work every 2 months. Each time, we eat here. We were looking forward to eating here for weeks now, and sadly it was subpar. Usually we only get a sandwich each, but this time we decided to all out and order $50 worth of food. The only thing we enjoyed was the brisket nachos. The actual order of brisket, and pulled pork, and ribs were dry and flavorless. The mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes were cold. I'm very disappointed.

The atmosphere is fantastic, I love it. The bbq ribs and sauce are wonderful. However the sides leave me unhappy. The foods should be comfort food but it's not, it's more a hipster version of comfort food. Its unfortunate. I have been here twice and tried 3 different sides.

We hired Wildwood to do buffet catering for our camp wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with their service, attention to detail and the delicious food served! First off, Glen and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. They helped us, via email, come up with an estimate and made recommendations on what meats to choose. When we came in for our tasting, they were friendly and really helped us cement our buffet menu. We felt super confident in choosing them and they did not disappoint! We had a lot of people with dietary restrictions and Wildwood has so many options to choose from – vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free – which you don’t always see at a BBQ place. Finally, their food is so good! We did the pulled pork and the chicken as our mains, and YUM. People came up to us throughout the entire reception complimenting us on the food. Thank you, Wildwood!

Went to wildwood tonite, very disappointed, this place was recommended to me because I'm a pitmaster. The ribs were like shoe leather, dry and tasteless, smoked chicken was very dry and not completely done, burnt ends dry and tasteless. I would not recommend this place. Too bad it's the only game around. Taino"s Bbq is the very best around .try them, you will be very happy. Forgot to say the owner replaced the ribs ,but gave me the same thing.

Tempeh burrito was ok, not much flavor. Plain Jane Burger was ok but not for $10.95 and no fries. The problem came when asked "Pink or no pink" with the answer of No pink. It was mostly pink unfortunately. Ended up across the street for French fries...huge success ☺ If there was nothing else in the area that you would want then ok stop here but otherwise meh. Staff was pleasant.

Went for the $17 weekend brunch and basically just ate brisket till I was ready to pop. I had a visible brisket baby by the time I was done. It was an amazing experience and totally worth the meat sweats I had for the next 3 hours. I can highly recommend that you do that as well. The house made bacon and brisket hash were amazing, as was the shrimp grits, but I'd advise skipping everything and going right for the brisket, continue eating brisket until you have surpassed $17 dollars worth, then feel great about the deal you got and spend the next 6 hours napping in a pool and contemplating your life and what lead you to take the word of an internet stranger and consume that much meat.

As soon as you get out of your car you can smell the great aroma bbq. The menu has a great selection. If you are a frequent visitor the weekly specials will keep you from getting bored. This week I had smoked brisket hash with poutine and a fried egg served in a skillet. According to my daughter the mac and cheese is fantastic. Cornbread is fresh and moist. You may not have room it, so you should get some to go. There are many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Unlike many restaurants that gouge you for desert, their large section is awesome. Wildwood bbq is kid friendly with a child menu.

We ate here 5/5/19 for the first time. The food was amazing. We has the egg rolls and a hash to die for. I deducted 1 star for not having everything on the menu when we came BUT it was late afternoon on a Sunday. The service was great, place was clean and decorated very cool. We will be back!

I am only giving one star because I can’t give zero, 1. Ordered wild nachos with chili, plain Jane burger and special Korean meatballs over Cellophane noodles 2 over charged me by a little, but I just let it go because I usually don’t make a big deal out of things, Food comes completely wrong burger (again not a big deal they make me a new one I’m content) My girlfriends Korean meatballs were pink inside (specified not pink) and the noodles were mushy square pieces, it was no less than horrible, Nachos tasted ok, probably would have been much better had they not made them when I ordered and delivered them with the meals, because they were very soggy, but again tasted good. Remade burger.. they rushed it I’m sure which is cool, but I ordered it well done, no pink. Came pink and entire bottom of bun was soggy, I did taste it.. not good Long story short when I drove past McDonald’s, I didn’t think they would have better food.. but wildwoods is 100% worse than fast food.. and idk 50$ for terrible food seems like such a waste I wonder how they’re still in business service mush

Service was awesome food was great it was clean everything was just smooth no one waited longer than a minute before being helped and the place wasn't very big and people were in and out like it was chain restaurant only difference is the food is better much better. Today was our 1st time in the area. We asked a local where we should eat and he recommended wildwood. I'm so glad he did. Everything was perfect. We were shocked to find such amazing southern home cooking this far north. The catfish was golden and crispy while still flaky and light. Best pastrami I've ever tasted. Collard greens that taste like home and an amazing on tap selection. Would give 10 stars if we could!!!

Wow! We came for brunch on a Sunday (they do a buffet) as our first visit, and we were blown away! All the meats were delicious, as are their bbq sauces. They also make baked goods and they were staggeringly good. I'd recommend their pulled pork, fried chicken, brisket, and any of their brownies. Seriously, check this place out! With their great beer selection, it is definitely worth it.

First time here and loved it. The service was very good and inviting. You can see the kitchen from the sitting area. Everything is homemade and the food is cooked at the moment. Brisket was well smoked and tender very flavorful. The burnt ends lived up to the name. The ribs were tender but not fall off the bone...cornbread...amazing! The sides were traditional southern sides. The cole slaw was fresh and crunchy. The potato salad was a little blandish but red potatoes were tasty and freshly prepared. The Jambalaya was missing a little kick but still tasty. Definitely someplace that we will visit again.

Was looking for a BBQ place cause I worked all day on July 4th. Found Wildwood on google & from just looking at the pictures on here I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I had the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich Carolina Style, & added the Spicy BBQ sauce (which isn't that spicy, but it's good). The food was made fresh, meat was juicy & tender. Also tried one of the 16 Craft beer on tap. I'm not much of a Craft beer kind of guy, but the BBC Steel Rail Pole Ale was good. An A Ginger Beer. I have already recommended this place to my buddy & he lives in Houston, TX. I am a Truck Driver & I live in Ga, but I will come back next time I'm in town for sure. Thanks Wildwood for the delicious lunch

Dear pitmaster: however long you smoke your meat for, add about 8 hours. Pulled pork had bit of cartilage in it and did not come apart at the fork, burnt ends were tough hunks of meat with very little char on them. Could have something great if you just took your time. Also, can we talk about the trimming of your brisket? Giant fatback pictured is not pleasant to chew on.

We stopped here for something new. Never been here before. We were very delighted with the choices on the menu and variety of meals. I had the single beef rib with mashed potatoes and homemade gravy. It was tender and full of flavor. My husband had the southern fried chicken sandwich. It came on a toasted roll with in house BBQ sauce, potato salad as a side with cornbread. Large portions and decent prices. Tastes like grandma's house. We will definitely be back.

The only thing keeping this gem from five stars is that they fall down on desserts. They would benefit from a Southern pastry chef who could set them up with pies and cobblers. The selection is consistently heavy, bland, soggy pastry. The good news is the barbecue is top notch and for real, and the specials are creative and on point. They even have vegan and gluten-free options. Good selection of beer.

The ribs at this place were pre-cut and smoky delicious! They didn't fall off the bone, and were really good. The barbecue sauce, on the side were limited to "with a bite" and "too hot for us". The mashed potatoes were dry to the point of crunchy in places, and the pork and beans had jalepenos in them. Not very enjoyable for my birthday dinner. I had a peach sangria that was pretty good. The menu has a lot of very interesting-looking items, and if you like hot and spicy, you should love this place. I would try other items.

I have come here and had great food in the past, but got takeout last night and it was bad. Very dry ribs , barely any smoke flavor and the cornbread was stale. Didn't feel great afterwards either. I understand that business slows down for all restaurants in our area in the summer, but please don't serve old food. I had the brunch. Food was delicious, place was clean, staff was friendly. Sauces we're original, I'd say they made them from scratch. Definitely plan o. Making the trip again.

I highly recommend coming here for their Sunday, all you can eat Brunch. Great selections and the BBQ is pretty damn good. I know, when you see BBQ, all you think of is platters of meat, but they do have some vegetarian options and gluten free ones as well. The brisket is very good; hell it's all very good and the prices are fair and reasonable for the area.

The food was dry and bland I sampled other people in my party’s meals I tried the pulled pork, coleslaw, burgers, as well as the mashed potatoes. I didn’t care for the coleslaw or the mashed potatoes, the pulled pork was dry and bland and the burger was ok but a little over done for my taste. Definitely not as good as most southern barbeque places in this area. I would highly recommend trying Bub’s Barbeque instead.

Im from the south , this is cooked on a inside grill and that my friend is not real bbq. And anyone that says otherwise have not had REAL BBQ!

just had the best dinner here at Wildewood everything tasted amazing everything is fresh and you wont leave hungry. this is the first time ever I came here. i all ways drove by it wondering how it is I see the Facebook post with the meats cooked so today on this nice 50 degree weather me and my fiance decided to stop in and give it a shot.
