It gets on my nerves to have to deal with employees who cannot finish a transaction because they are too excited to get their order from ANOTHER establishment. Cashier was rude when I asked her to finish my transaction before discussing her cake pops from Starbucks. She rudely slammed my change in my hand then rolled her eyes.

I order from here consistently on Grubhub and I have never been disappointed. Tonight was my first time eating at their location. It was very weird. A customer came in barefoot and spent half an hour walking around, including to the bathroom. And an 8 year old boy spent his entire dinner shamelessly staring at me. I think I'll stick to delivery.

I've been to this location in the past and it was great. But this trip was definitely not good. The 2 girls working were more interested in their phones and making their own shakes to make ours and didn't bother making them until I asked where they were. The cheese on my hotdog was cold, the cheese that was put on my inlaws burger was wrong and they forgot the sauce. All around it was just an embarrassment since I told my inlaws how great of a place it was. The food here is way to expensive for the service and product that we received.

Family restaurant, excellant burgers. I like the buffallo chicken sandwich with a slice of bacon. The serving size for french fries and onion rings are both good sized. Hot dogs are also on the menu board,as well as other items. The drawback is for people watching their weight. Lots of calories.

Not what expected, very small, limited seating. WAY too expensive for what was served. $12.00 for a burger ( nothing special about it and the bread, roll, bun?? ,was not enjoyable) fries ( these were good and hot) and a drink, tea in this case as coke is not available. Not on my list of places to go back too. Positive note the staff was friendly and helpful to first time visitors.

A lot of people will compare this to Five Guys, but the food tastes so much less greasy with all the same quality. Plus, the French fry oil isn't peanut oil and is gluten free (useful for those with allergies). I like their milkshakes best, but don't underestimate how filling it will be based on the price. They are very thick.

Great burgers! Super fresh ingredients, tons of options, easy to specialize anything to make it your own. Very friendly staff. Usually has a manager wandering around the dining area asking if there is anything you need. Clean building, clean accessible bathrooms. Outdoor seating with umbrellas. Only bad thing, I wish they had a drive through. However, you can call in your order ahead of time and they will bring it out to your vehicle for you.

My kids chicken tenders looked like they were cooked in old dirty oil. They were very dark and burnt, we couldn't even peel the skin off because they were so burnt. We also got Oreo Mud Pie shakes that, unbeknownst to us has coffee. We asked for Cookie & Cream and they graciously remade them for us. However, when we got them back, they were the same ones again. The burgers were good but that's about it.

It's a good, clean restaurant. Service is good. Meals are delivered to the table. The burgers are far better that the average fast food restaurant and are maybe 20% more expensive. $42 for four compared to $35 at MacDonald's or Wendy's. Definitely worth your while

Great burgers, I had Buffalo chicken sandwich, but they automatically mix blue cheese so if you aren't a fan of blue or dairy get it seperated. Fries were good but onion rings to thick & chunky. Good but expensive, no combos deals, burger or dog/ sandwich then add fries, and add shake or drink. On a budget order a kids meal.

When I was pregnant, I ordered by phone for my husband who is a Marine and was on duty at the time. He looooves the food here. I got all the way to Wayback and when it was time to pay and realized I left my wallet at home! I was leaving to run home and grab my wallet but an amazing regular offered to pay for my husbands meal. I'll never forget this experience there, and I'll never forget how friendly the staff was!

The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the onion rings. This place is more than just a little pricy it's way over priced. Way back Burgers, Red Robin, Five Guys and Dairy Queen in Worcester I have tried them all and I can tell you take the ride to the Spencer Dairy Queen and you will never eat at these other places again. 2 meals at Wayback $24.77 the exact same food at DQ $16.55 and let me tell you it's Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the rest.

Let me start by saying, for my first time here... the FOOD was AWESOME but the service was HORRIBLE! My colleague and I were not greeted nor spoken to...even after standing at the counter for 5 min then finally some nonchalant simpleton comes to service us and stands there with the look of "okay, what do you want" nevertheless I'm hungry so I ordered. Once our order was ready, she nonchalantly walks over and places our order on the table and turns to walk off.....so I said THANK YOU, she replies, "umhm ". Sadly because of this experience that mere words can't express alone....I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Though there were a lot of choices on the menu, I didn't think the burgers were that great. They were fine, but I prefer Five Guys or Shake Shack. The fries were underseasoned but I liked the onion rings. I did like how there were a few choices for the kids' meals, but they don't offer milk or juice as drink choices.

My visit tonight at Wayback Burgers in the Beaufort, SC store ended on a scary note. As I entered to use the men’s restroom I noticed there was an empty hand soap dispenser. When I approached the on duty manager for the store to make him aware of this, his response was “we haven’t had any hand soap in that restroom for awhile now; the owner didnt order any.” That being a surprise all in itself, I further inquired how do the other three male employees working tonight wash there hands after they leave the male restroom? His response was, he doesn’t think they do wash their hands, but they might wipe them off with a paper towel or something.” The only thing I could think to do at that moment was to let as many people know around me that the cooks are not able to wash their hands because the manager said the owner hasn’t bought any. I’m very certain I will NOT be returning to eat at this Wayback - EVER! That is just bad business.

Great little burger joint. Pretty awesome burgers and fries at a good price, and the shakes are awesome. They run a 15% off discount Monday nights for college students, which is pretty sweet. They also deliver. Check them out if you're ever in the area.

Awesome burgers. We always get the Cheeeesy burger and it's always delicious. They are on the greasier side though, so if that's not your style, then I wouldn't suggest it. Sides are okay most of the time, but the main pull is the burgers. Food takes a little long to make sometimes, maybe because they always have a lot of Grubhub orders.

For a to go order, making the milkshakes should be last. They were about melted when my food was ready. When my food was ready, it sat there on the shelf but the person that was taking orders was too engaged with friends while making their milkshakes while I had to flag the cook to confirm my order which was over $40 ready and to get her attention. More training is needed. Thank you!

Ordered the Double bacon burger the bacon and the lettuce were the same thickness the fries were overcooked to the point of being burnt. At a cost of $11 bucks for the combo I feel that I could have went to Wendy's for a Baconator combo and saved a couple of bucks.

Went to the 11 Tobias rd in Worcester and ask for the new Horseradish burguer. Can’t even notice the flavor, looked inside and just saw an almost unnotice amount of sauce, ask for more and they told me “thats it”. Never looked like the advertised one” Fake publicity. Nice burguer, no sauce, no customer satisfaction employees. Finger down.

Every thing was SUPER greasy. The burgers AND the onion rings. As they were handing the food to the customers, you could see the grease stains on the bag. There was a small pool of grease in the bottom of my onion ring container. CAN'T TAKE THE GREASE! The service was great.

I had to stop in Walmart to grab a few things and on my way out I see the Wayback Burger sign. I thought great I don't have to cook. I decideed to go in and see "what" this place is. I went in to wash my hands in the bathroom and there wasn't any soap. I mentioned this to the female worker there and she responded "what". Although once I repeated myself a second time it was taken care of, but nothing was said to me once the soap was replaced. While I waited for the soap to be taken care of asked the male employee if I could place my order he also resplied "what" I repeated myself and he said oh yea. Afternoon crew, saying "what" to a customer isn't too comforting to a customer nor to anyone for that matter. With that being said, I did enjoy the burger and fries. Food: Five stars Service: Three Stars

The food was on point for the price around McDonalds prices but way more quality and the employees where very kind and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. They even have vegan burgers.

Great burgers. I had the double bacon with grilled jalapenos, onions, with pickles, tomatoes lettuce ketchup and mayo. It was bomb!!!!! My family and I really enjoyed it. Come to find out that because today is Wednesday, 1 kids meal was completely free!

Our total came up to around $35-$40 I believe? So it is pricey for burgers in a plaza next ro Wal-Mart and game stop. But none the less, the food was good! I haven't been back again to eat though.

The only thing that I didn't like was the honey mustard it just tasted like pure mustard. The cashier was very sweet and polite. Ordered and waited with 2 friends. Server called out a name phonetically similar to mine. I asked her if she meant my name, she said no. She was holding my friends' orders at the same time. She then proceeded to give the other order to somebody else who ordered after us (I ordered first) - it was even the exact same order. After waiting another 5 to 10 minutes, I went up and they had to reinput my order. I wasn't offered any compensation, they didn't even bump my order to the front of the queue, and to top it off - they finally gave it to me in a to-go bag, as if they knew I was ready to just leave by that point. The burger was okay but the fries weren't even done. Neither tasted like something worth waiting more than 10 minutes for. I won't be going back.

My family LOVES Wayback burgers! We love the fries! The milkshakes & burgers are delicious too. The staff is always friendly & we love the outdoor seating! The parking is hard to get sometimes because of the location, but it's a great place for lunch. The wait time isn't very long either.
