At the present this firm gets a score of 4.5 out of 5 and the rating has been based on 1001 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is nearly the best one, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the evaluation is quite accurate. If people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to set reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant is classified in the category of Italian restaurant.
Great food and the service was great. It is a bit noisy so hearing the waiter was a challenge. Valet parking will cost you $5, plus a tip.
My fav restaurant such good drinks and food
Awsome atmosphere, great food and multiple servers for each table.. They know how to get you fed.
Got the pulled pork carbonara, tasty takes on traditional Italian pasta dishes
It was our first time at this restaurant and we loved it! The menu had unique and delicious food. We would highly recommend it!
Nice place and decent quality food. Would expect it to be better presented for the price.
I've come here a couple times for lunch and my meals were always tasty, with friendly attentive waiters. I think I remember the bread on my sandwich being a bit tough once, but I think that's more of a personal preference thing. I love the gelato sampler they have, with 4 or 5 mini scoops on mini cones. It's so cute and the gelato is always great as well!
Food and service was the best ever! Ask for Morgan. Greatest waitress ever!
Really want to like this place, have been a few times.....great staff, good menu but never really great. This past visit I got chicken parmesan with gnocchi...was okay, but gnocchi was really over cooked and mushy....same with my wife's. An Italian restaurant with these prices really needs to know how to cook pasta.
I had to ask to be moved to a different part of the restaurant because of a draft problem. Our waitress was very condescending, for example; instead of asking my teenage daughter how she wanted her burger cooked, she simply asked her ‘ red or no red’. When our food finally came, it was blend. Poor service.
Excellent Italian restaurant! Top notch food and great service. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Worcester.
Always excellent! This is one of my go to spots for exceptional food, nice atmosphere, and great service.
Great experience. Excellent service: our servers Megan and David were on point. Food was of good quality: preparation and presentation were also what I expected. Decor is polished (figuratively speaking) and environs clean.
Always fantastic food and service
Great date night place. Quality food, but pricey.
Everything was delicious! Highly recommended the grilled Caesar salad!
Lobster roll and truffle fries were amazing
Nice little surprise of a place!
Pasta with bolognese was good. Margarita pizza was ok. Gnocchi with pesto sauce was great.
Great food and friendly staff.
The food was really delicious good size portions
One the the best restraunts in Ma. Mostly known for Italian dishes with seafood and meat options...Delicious rverytime!!!
Service incredibly slow. Food i had spaghetti and a meatball overloaded with sause. Gelato was very good
Great Atmosphere and fantastic Italian Meals.
The food was awesome.
Ordered takeout while my clients were inside eating and I must say the Veal dish I ordered (I cant remember the name for the life of me) was absolutely delicious. I havent had a dish that tasted so good in awhile as well as neither have I had the opportunity to try anything new and unusual. This hit the nail on the head and I'm glad because I was at first a little bumbed out that there was no alfredo anything on the menu. I'd also like to mention the atmosphere inside the restaurant was not only immaculate but very classy all around. The way you can tell if a restaurant knows how to present itself is by its bathrooms. And I must say the bathrooms were also just as immaculate, extremely clean and well maintained. Good job all around Via Italian Table
Everything at this resturant is PERFECT!
Got engaged there 10 yrs ago, didn't remember a thing about it. Went back today, excellent food and atmosphere.
Amazing Bridal shower. Great gluten free options. Huge brunch selection, appetizers and mimosas included. Steak and eggs were amazing.
Great food and attentive servers.
Great food friendly staff
Top notch food and service. It's best to make a reservation in advance though.
Very nice upscale Italian restaurant. Excellent staff, huge portions. My husband and I enjoyed an appetizer, entrees and non-alcoholic beverages for around $70.00. They do offer alcoholic drinks as well, we just don't drink. The food is amazing and beautifully presented. Absolutely wonderful!
Incredibly loud, had to shout to be heard by my companion 2 feet away. Some dishes are good, others mediocre and not cheap. Paid $9 for a 6-ounce glass of beer.
Scrumptious dinner. Ducatini Bolonese was awesome. Staff was on point.
Good food excellent service, pricey
Classy and modern inside. Awesome Italian food. Excellent dinner AND brunch! Their PLT is not to be missed as an app (or even light meal). Their mini gelato cones dessert is so great because you get to try them all, and the presentation is so cute. One of our favorites in Worcester!
Had lunch today. Very busy but plenty of room. Got a table for 2 right away. Had meatball sandwich which was very good. My wife had the lobster salad sandwich her take was "best one I ever had!". Service was good.
Via is a sophisticated and trendy Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, perfect for events ranging from a family get together to a date. The menu is quite extensive, but still follows an Italian theme. For the most part, the food was excellent. Some dishes were not to my liking and a bit more experimental, but that is to be expected. It was busy when we got there and the service wasn’t super fast, but with an experience this great, that doesn’t matter much. Dishes are pricy and the portions are reasonable. Gelato choices are extensive so definitely try some at the end of your meal.
Excellent service and great quality on all items. Had a great experience.
Food was delicious and divine. Staff was prompt and nice. Food was a bit overpriced. The only reason I am eating 4 instead.of 5 is the price.
Asked for a quiet table and got one. Wonderful service and food! Six of us - four had already seen "On Your Feet" at 2:00 pm and two were seeing the 8:00 pm performance. Everything went seamlessly. Great job Via's!
Via is probably one of my most favorite Italian restaurants that I've been to in awhile. The staff is always so nice and ready to help with any questions you have in the menu. They offer a wide variety of wines, beer, etc... if you're ever looking for a nice fancy restaurant to enjoy a nice meal and great service, I would recommend Via Italian Table! 10/10
Bad food. Bad service. Wish could give it zero stars.
First time coming back here in a few years, just looking to go somewhere other than the Sole, but this was a mistake. The restaraunt itself is very nice, the ambience is great. The service and food left something to be desired. Every table at these 3 restaraunts (111 Chop House, Via, and The Sole Proprietor), have 2 servers. At the Sole, I've never had a problem, but here? Here was a completely different story. The waitor/waitress were pretty non existant, if we asked for a couple of minutes, we waited about 10. Had to ask at least twice for a couple of requests, and even then, we had to ask the oppositte server. The food left something to be desired too. For the price, I don't feel like the amount of food was justified. I could have easily gone to Leo's Ristorante right around the corner and gotten the same thing, with more food for about 20% less than the price at Via. The food would have also been better. I ordered the chicken parmasean and the breading just tasted burnt. I didn't want to bring it up because it had already taken about 45 minutes from the time we sat down to the time we got our food. All in all, I wouldn't come here again and this review is my reminder to myself that I disliked the place so much that I never want to go back. It's just really odd because The Sole Proprietor has been a favorite of mine for 20 years and they always have delicious food. I thought a restaraunt owned by the same person/people would be similar in quality. I guess not.
Great lunch options! Amazing salad
Excellent atmosphere for dining and relaxing. Most of the food is fantastic
The food here is consistently good. The wait staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I recommend lobster risotto dinner and the mussels in smokey broth. The only issue is that they appear to have a problem with fruit flys. The past few times I've been, I've noticed them. It's definitely a turn off.
The food is excellent, but a bit overpriced. The noise level is slightly above average so if you're looking for an intimate conversation, this is not the place. (It is not "noisy," however, just bustling).
Always a great meal and service
Amazing quality of food!
Quality of food and atmosphere were great. Price is on high side buy worth the experience.
Surprising enjoyed it. Portions small for the prices but the rent on Shrewsbury street have to be sky high. Prefer mare Monte on wall street
Thank you Rachel for making our lunch unforgettable!
Being pretty full after making our ways through our entrees, but not wanting to miss out on VIA's gelato, we forced ourselves to share a 3-scoop sampler consisting of our choices of pistachio, Amerena cherry and salted caramel. While all three of our choices were really enjoyable, the star of the trio was the salted caramel, which was the most intensely flavored.
Four of us had a business lunch here. It was the first time here for 2 of 4 of us. The service was outstanding. They were on top of things, without lurking. The lunch menu had wonderful variety from salad and sandwiches, to pasta and pizza. We had a meal from all groups and we were all happy. Pictured are the fog and prosciutto pizza, and the shrimp and bean salad. Everything was excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant is also fantastic. Love the architecture and layout.
Great Italian restaurant. My starter was a beet salad. For my mains I had the braised beef short rib with potato gnocchi. It was fork tender! My after was a tiramisu. Excellent, not too sweet. Would definitely recommend.
If you are trying to impress a first date, have a great anniversary, business dinner/lunch. Or whatever. This location is probably one of the best places you could end up at.
I went here for a special occasion, and everything was amazing. the atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful, the waitstaff had great energy (Brando you were great!). We had filet mignon, chicken parmigiana and calamari for dinner, which was all so delicious. Both of our deserts were amazing, highly suggest the limoncello cake!!
Some of the best service I've ever experienced. Dirty plates/utensils removed promptly and the food was delicious. I got the pesto scallops. Yum!
I heard such wonderful things about this place that we decided to go and try it out. The service, from the time we entered until when we left, was absolutely excellent! Attentive but not overbearing. However, my dish was not as pleasant as I have hoped to rave about. I got the Chicken Parmigan. The chicken was okay, the spaghetti sauce was very bland. No flavor. No spices. Just not something I would have again. Now, in saying that, I will definitely go back and try another dish. The menu is full with a nice selection of wine and desserts.
An upscale dining experience with a casual atmosphere. I've been going to Via for years because it's the most authentic and delicious Italian food I've experienced. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there, and they did an amazing job with our large wedding party. Their menu is diverse, and they're constantly improving and refining their dishes. All the pasta is hand-made, the flavors are full and well-balanced, and the portions are appropriate for what you'd expect. Everything is delicious. I personally would recommend the Bolognese or suckling pig. While not exactly cheap, two people can have an amazing dinner with entrees, sides, wine and desert for a little over $100. Most entrees are in the $20-30 range. Their bar is on point, and knows how to make a proper mixed drink (one of the few places around that makes a good Manhattan) They have Valet parking for $5, and it's worth it. The wait staff are good, and they make sure that you are taken care of. This is a great place for a date, dinner with family, or with a large group. The attire is semi-casual, but not required. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
Always good. They have the BEST shrimp scampi. They always take care of my gluten free needs. Staff is attentive without being a nuisance.
I wanted to enjoy this restaurant more than I did. Given other reviews I had expected a better experience. The food was somewhat disappointing for the price. My asparagus was undercooked and the spicy sauce on the trout overpowered the delicacy of the fish. The wine selection is good and the staff very friendly and attentive. Desserts were pleasant but not unique. The restaurant is very conveniently located right off 290 but parking was a bit confusing. If you do go, order the grape and spinach salad.
I went to Via for lunch and my server was Amber she was the best. And I got pasta and my dad got vig and prosciutto pizza.the pasta and meatball was fabulous and the pizza was really good and half to take Home later. And I recommend via and if you go ask for Amber.thank you for reading this.
Garbage food. Ordered the chicken parm which is a basic staple at any italian restaurant and it was pretty horrible. Dry chicken, very little sauce on a bed of old over cooked ziti. Seems like they premake these and then just heat them up. For $24 this is a joke. Based on the crowds though I dont think this place cares.
Food was great! Normal upscale Italian prices with what looked like a great specials menu for 12.99! Service was spectacular and girlfriend and I had a delightful experience here.
Good , enjoyed ourselves!
Service and food was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. Great experience
An elegant, inviting place with a warm atmosphere and delicious food. Dining here made me grateful for the luxuries I am able to afford. I was disappointed that, for an Italian restaurant, they didn't have the vegetarian options that I expected, but I did not think to ask for a vegetarian menu, either. But I had one option that I liked, and it was excellent. For dessert, I asked them if they had chocolate mousse, and they did not, but they were willing to fetch it from the nearby (co-owned) restaurant, and they did, so kudos to them for that. I paid $60 with tip for a four-course meal (salad was included). All and all a very enjoyable evening.
Outstanding service...mediocre choices on menu. Pricey for what it is
Always good food and atmosphere
Scampi was a bit tart/acidic but overall good experience.
We love Via for a quick lunch bite or a nice dinner out. Always great service and great food.
Come here often for date night! We always order two orders of the fried mozzarella (seriously, it's awesome, we don't like to share these) and split a chicken parm. The service is always great and the food is always delicious.
Food was burnt, waitress barely checked on us to late to order something else.Did not take something off the bill for 2 chicken Parma that were burnt with no sauce on the spaghetti underneath the park. Please take note we ordered the antipasto salad to share it was big and delicious. However, meal comes with a small salad .Asked if I could have a veggie. NO ..so she said a a small upgrade you can get other salads including a beet salad. All 4 of us order that.. well the upgrade was another $6...really...if she said that We would have passed and had another drink... Never going again for dinner .
Great wine list. Nice bar if you have a wait. We only waited 15mins. Try the meat and cheese board, delish. Over all food was great.
Superb staff. Great atmosphere.
Exceptional meal over a Business meeting. Both our waitress, and server David were highly accommodating and fun. Definitely coming back with my wife- thankyou!
Via just has great food. I have not been disappointed with any meal I've had there. They also offer wine flights, if you can't decide on a specific wine. Highly recommend!
Very Delicious and filling. Although you may be paying more the meal is so worth it. Great ambience and excellent selection at the bar. They have enough space to cater to all your needs as well. You should stop by and grab a bite to eat! I …
Good ole Italian food.....
Hosted corporate dinner. Great service, good food.
Excellent food service and atmosphere
Great food and atmosphere
Great Italian food parking is very limited unless you use a valet.
This place is a gem of Worcester. Great seafood soup, pastas, and steak. I was there for lunch with family. Dave was a terrific server. The pastas were huge. We also had brownie sundae and it was delicious. Most main dishes were under $20. What a deal. They also have set lunch for 14.99 which includes a salad.
I love Via. Great food and the service is always so professional.
There’s better food for a more reasonable price in Worcester, albeit still a really good spot
Good Italian food. We ate on the outside patio, which made it nice.
We wished for more bread, but were not offered any, and we did not ask, anticipating the heftiness of our entrees to come. Being pretty full after making our ways through our entrees, but not wanting to miss out on VIA's gelato, we forced ourselves to share a 3-scoop sampler consisting of our choices of pistachio, Amerena cherry and salted caramel. While all three of our choices were really enjoyable, the star of the trio was the salted caramel
Food quality does not match that of the price tag. Wait staff was very friendly.
This restaurant has a great vibe and atmosphere, but the food was very heavy. I ordered the chicken piccata and it was smothered in almost a lemon marmalade type sauce that was over sweet. The chicken had a rubbery soft texture and the broccoli was very firm. The saving grace was the gelato which was very delicious.
Had great hopes of a fantastic meal only to be disappointed by a mediocre meal with fair to poor service. The server had friends at a nearby table and we got very little attention. Asked for water, never got any, never got offered any bread, had to get drinks from bar since the server was more involved with their friends. The service didn’t get any better when the food came out. The presentation was not good, looked like it was slopped on plate. Fortunately the server brought the wrong order, unfortunately we had to wait while it was prepared again. No apologies, no care and no food. The food we finally got was ok, not great. Hastily prepared and brought to table by different server. It wasn’t the meal we were expecting to get at Vias. Overpriced, excessive wait time, poor service and mediocre food. Next time we will go to the old school Italian place that still has great food and service.
Always great food and great service.
This is the best Italian restaurant in the area. They also have great specials and deals during the week.
Nice decor, great atmosphere
High quality food. Excellent service. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices for the quality.
I have eaten here many times but never felt compelled to write a review because everything was just good or slightly above average. I am know because i got food poisoning after having the short rib ravioli during lunch. 2 stars because the flavor is above average and a good wine selection.
Good atmosphere and food. Valet takes your car, but don't worry they always bring it back
Inferior service and disappointing dinner for our party of 4 Although we had a reservation, front desk staff were very unprofessional at checkin We had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to take a drink order and then we had to remind waiters about requests several times -clearly their inattentiveness was an issue Valets were more courteous than wait staff While food was good, 2 in our party said their food was not hot. Waiters wanted to rush us out at end of dinner - started to clear table before we were even done This is the third time we recently had poor experiences at VIA(2 dinners and 1 lunch)...what’s happening to what used to be our favorite Worcester restaurant?
Our server was awesome, food was amazing. I would go again if i lived in the area but im here for work so im only in town for so long
The 1st place I've dined at that actually caters to my huge list of food allergies. Staff was just as amazing as the delicious menu!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
First & Last time here. Wife and Daughter had the haddock. Very disappointed. Bones in the fish, over salty potatoes. The rest of the meals were OK. Service was very good. For a top notch restaurant, no thanks.
Family has been to Via 4 times this year. Food is excellent. Fruit flies not so much. Suggest you hire a professional. Let us know how it works out. We’ll be back when they are gone.
5 star
Amazing atmosphere, great food and drinks. Service was amazing. If you want a good date night restaurant then this is the place to go!
Another lovely celebration of one of our life events...this time our Anniversary. Food and Service always top notch (and the AC was just right. Nice)
We first tried Via on Valentine’s Day yesterday. We selected their “signature dishes. “I had eggplant parmigiana and my wife had chicken piccata. We chose the bruschetta as appetizer to and ordered a bottle of Chianti. The brushetta was not as expected! It actually was burnt bread covered by about of pint of grape tomatoes with two olives and small handful of Parmesan cheese. Served cold of course!? The dinners both came and were just as unexpected. The eggplant Parmesan was actually a casserole of cut up eggplant with small amount of sauce and cheese. Accompanied with polenta which resembled hot cereal like farina! Yuck! Where was the pasta?? The chicken piccata was dull looking and did not include pasta as well. My wife said it was average. Surprisingly each came with a house salad! Wow! I would rate Via as average, however after considering that each meal was $24, downgraded rating by one star. The entire meal came to $101. Well above the average Italian meal don’t you think? Furthermore we were seated in a heated patio. It was much quieter than the main room, however you have to walk through the kitchen to get there! The service was very good. However, not good enough to offset the rating. We did leave a good tip for the servers. Live and learn we say... p.s. we didn't want to make a fuss while there. We were celebrating Valentine's Day and didn't want to ruin the evening.
Really good food friendly atmosphere
Via is great. Went for lunch, and the worst thing was deciding what to have, because I wanted it all. Definitely a top notch place. Parking isn't the greatest, but they do have valet, which helps. It is loud, so be aware that you aren't having intimate conversations.
Yum!!! We all had something different and all liked it. The gelato!!!! Mmmmm
Very good food. Fresh and the service is very good. Great atmosphere with open kitchen built within a converted early 20th century building. We dont go often but it is consistently good.
Every appetizer is tasty. Best though, PLT & Mozzarella. Pesto and scallops, Haddock, and Lobster Risotto would all be on the recommend list. Dessert, recommend the crepe cake! Good servers too, thanks VIA!
This restaurant is amazing, the food is wonderful and I would highly recommend the crepe cake!
Fantastic, pricey, just fine dining and great food. The staff is oh so patient and pleasant. I truely recomend you dine here...
Great cocktails and service. Went for brunch recently and had the omelet. It was very good although be prepared for about a 1/4 cup of olive oil-covered potatoes underneath. Too much for me.... Pancakes are amazing! Get those!
Always a Great Meal
Stopped on the way back north for brunch. The service was excellent and the food was superb! I will be returning.
Not the greatest parking, who puts tomato on a fig and presiuto pizza? ?
Great food and excellent service
Brunch was delicious and the service was pot notch!
Everything was perfect! First of all, the wait staff is very attentive and willing to help with anything, thank you for that. The apps were great! We picked the truffle fries & fried mozzarella, both were how you want them to be. Not over done, not undercooked, like i said before... Perfect!!! I could not make a choice on my entree so i went basic. I chose the chicken parm. I was not disappointed at all. Huge, thick piece of chicken, cooked to perfection! The marinara sauce was just right. It did not over power any of the flavors of my meal, was a great complement. You get a few choices of pasta to pair it with, i tried the gnocchi. Washed it down with a Kettle One-Lemonade, yummy! I will be returning, thanks again!

Love the outdoor patio seating.
Very stylish place with good food.
Visited a couple times for brunch, and once for a rehearsal dinner. Always great!
Excellent food, fine dining out on the patio and good martinis
Food was delicious but the waiting for the food was way to long
Great food, servers, and experience
My favorite restaurant in Worcester. Great staff, food and atmosphere.
We went for the Worcester Restaurant Week event and were suuuper glad we did! Delicious ragù, wine selection was great, and the affogota was the perfect way to end the night. It’s a bit expensive for a regular “date night” experience for us, but we will definitely plan special event dinners here in the future!
Excellent menu. Good quality ingredients. Real Italian recipes. Prompt courteous service. Pleasant decor. Roomy seating.
Food was fabulous , service warm and friendly, highly recommend. They were so courteous even to a three year old. The scallops were yummy and duck confit were out of this world. Place is busy but in a good friendly way. Artichoke appetizer also excellent. Easy parking, valet if you need. Even valet Parker’s were helpful despite the fact we self-parked. Unique dining experience definitely not run of the mill.
Nice atmosphere, good good, moderate pricing. Go early for parking otherwise you must pay for valet.
Great food and service, valet parking is a big bonus.
Food came out burnt waiter sent manager over who did not seem to care. 3 out of 5 meals came out horrible. Came here 7 years ago had a great experience I do not know if business has been bought and sold since then but I do know I will never be back. Will never return
Great atmosphere. Our server was excellent and honest. Food was great. Definitely go back soon
