I’m from the Boston area and came to Worcester to visit a friend. This place was recommended to me so we ordered food to go on a Friday night. When I got there, it was extremely busy and somehow our order was never placed in the kitchen. When I checked with the staff, they were very nice and had it out within 10m and gave it to us for free. We appreciate the gesture and thought the food was great. Place is definitely worth the wait. Thanks again!

Went there before Monster Jam, suprisingly busy for 5pm on a Saturday. Great atmosphere, diverse beer selection with some fun drinks for non beer enthusiasts. My son loved the milkshake he got. Food was very good. Awesome sweet potato fries. The food came out fast, which was great considering we had a very excited 6 year old. Overall, a great place for a bite and a drink, no issues with bringing the kids along.

If you are around the area and craving a burger, look no further! Came here for a quick lunch, they have a variety of options and you can also build your own burger. I got the green chili, added bacon, medium done. The meat was tender and juicy, cooked to order. The toppings were generous. The jalapeños added a slight kick which is perfect if your looking for something spicy but enjoyable.

The Fix burger is great if you're looking for a specific type of burger that only YOU want. They have high quality ingredients, from various different types of meats to "non meats", cheeses, and veggies. An extensive list of craft beverage and desserts. The floor plan is high tables along the windows and low tables to the interior with a large bar seated in the middle. I prefer the high tables even though I'm tiny and like 5 feet tall because they're more spacious. Every time I've gone they've had the same TV channel on with old MMA fights that are like 8 years old. -The ladies room only has two stalls, a large one and small one, and they do not have seat covers at this establishment. Honestly for what you're paying for it's kinda pricey. Burgers can get up to 17 + dollars if you're not ordering the classic. If you really want to treat yourself I'd say go for it. Otherwise if you have CASH and just want a really good no fuss cheeseburger and beer go to Ralph's Diner around the corner from the fix.

I've been to Fix Burger Bar twice now. They pretty much only have burgers on the menu, but you can make the burger exactly how you like it. Tons of options to add on. Of course, each add-on will increase the price of your burger which is already pricey to begin with. $13+ for a burger and fries. I also got the Fix Sampler for an appetizer both time. It includes "Boss" wings (delicious!), soft pretzels, fried pickles and fried blue cheese polenta. It came with four sauces, the mustard sauce is incredibly spicy! A huge selection of beers to go along with the enormous selection for your burger. The parking is annoying. It's free, but you have to get a ticket validated to exit the parking lot across the street. I'll probably go back sometime.

40 minute wait for the three of us to be seated. Drink and food orders took awhile to come out. All in all, it was over two hours which is a little longer than I would like. Ambiance was great. Apps, entrees and shakes were very good.

Burger and poutine we're very good. I had the Drunken Sailor fish sandwich. The breading was crisp, but the fish was soft and a bit fishy. Maybe the frying oil was too hot? My wife ordered the veggie burger for a change. It was mushy and tasted of chick peas. Not what she expected. She has them at different restaurants and enjoys them. She loved the Cole slaw. The management apologized and removed it from the bill (my tip included the veggie burger.) Beers and Mud Slide we're great. Staff is happy, friendly and attentive. We left full, happy and will return soon.

Each time has been great with the same quality of food and service. My go to is the wings! Their wings are probably my favorite in the area, I would drive hours for them! Their burgers are to die for as well. I always create my own burger and it's cooked to my preferred temp perfectly each time.

I'm a burger junkie. I eat burgers everywhere I go, they're my favorite junk food. The Fix has more than enough to keep me happy. Most places I eat my way through the menu quickly. With these guys I'm barely halfway through. I get take out more often, but it's a great place for a date night, great staff and atmosphere. Also plenty of alternating specials, and though I haven't had them, there are lots of tasty looking healthy options. Bomb fries as well. Also the wait list moves pretty quickly. High recommendation

Great place for Burgers they have special ones and many choices of things to build your own. Different meats for burgers including Colby beef and beyond meat, also tuna, salmon, and salads. Great craft beer and wine selection. Lot's of appetizers.

The Fix had a long wait but was well worth it. With a solid atmosphere, good drinks, and great burgers it is a great choice for a dinner and drinks with friends. The only two downsides are that it is busy and can be expensive.

I stopped here after getting stuck in traffic, and i was excited to eat from the moment i walked in. Atmosphere and service were excellent, and the choices for burgers were phenomenal. The burger was delicious and juicy, the fries were perfect and the shakes were nice and thick. Definitely will come back if i drive through the area again!

Very good spot for a drink or burger. You can order a few appetizers at the bar (all of which are very good). Extensive beer selection. The burgers are fresh, tasty and cooked to your specification. Not to mention that they have every burger combo under the sun. Service can be slow as it gets packed, especially on the weekends, but I consider the wait well worth it.

Excellent burger with egg, bacon, onion, and sauce that was cooked to perfection. Think it was called the phenomenal. Good selection of beer, with ability to taste to make sure you like it before ordering. Service was fast. Had the nacho chips as appetizer with brisket and it was outstanding! Get reservations ahead of time as they always seem busy. They do send reminder text to confirm you still want the reservation. Sorry, no pictures to post. Planning on going here again after graduation in a few weeks and will get pictures then.

The Fix sells high-end burgers and good expensive beer. If you want something else, go somewhere else. If you want possibly the best burger you've ever had with a really good beer, and you are willing to pay what that should cost, then go here.

No thanks. Pink or no pink is how they ask you how you'd like your burger. Anything in between comes out the same, regardless of how you order it. Good beer menu, but they don't have what you're looking for...as they are out of the best beers on tap. Disappointed to say the least in everything. I'll go back...to my grill and cook my own burgers, thanks.

Love the burgers and fries. Alcohol selection is good. Staff's a big time hit or miss. Prices are too high for what you're getting in my experience.. I know a high quality burger can easily be worth $25+, but I don't see that level of quality in the ingredients here. $25 is just a number I pulled from my head, I think most burger meals here are ~18-26 depending on toppings. They don't bother to tout their beef supplier quality, whether they freeze their beef/meats or not, if they bake their own buns, etc. At least they're not faking it though. Their burgers taste good depending on which one you choose and your preferences. Can't go wrong with their interpretation of a 'big mac', very good. They're charging more than they could get away with, but hey - restraunteuring is a risky and thin margin business. But then again, it's not like they're investing in a wide array of menu items.... Well, if you can't tell, I'm on the fence with this one! I'm sure I'll be back...begrudgingly lightening my wallet again.

Ordered food over the phone (6:26pm), showed up at The Fix (6:41pm) front desk tells me it will be 5-10 more minutes. Now 6:58 I was presented with my food order by a female and Ed. I am extremely disappointed in the time I had to wait without any staff informing me on the status of my meal. Hopefully they sever better service for eat in guest. Needs: #timemanagementgoals

Awesome atmosphere, and one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Make sure you try the American style, Kobe beef burger. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The only reason for the four star rating, was that our waitress was incredibly rude and had an attitude a mile wide. I understand people have bad days, but seriously, it's not all that tough to fake a smile. :)

Absolute must visit resteraunt for Worcester. The burgers are likely some of the best I've ever had in my life and you can customize them almost any way you want. And it's pretty affordable too, given there's so many college students in Worcester and it's in proximity to WPI. Give this place a try whenever you get the chance.

Overall its pretty good, the atmosphere is very nice and the menu has a wide selection of burgers with toppings. I like the idea of having lots of choices and building your own burger, personalized for you. My really only complaint is that the place is fairly pricey since its well... burgers. I went with my girlfriend and while I enjoyed my own burger and could taste the better quality mean she felt that her veggie burger was "soggy" but would go and try something else next time. Chocolate milkshake is a must try if you go. Would overall come back and recommend to friends.

I've been to the fix Burger Bar a few times service has always always been really great. Today I visited and ordered the splurge and though I was initially apprehensive given the Hefty price tag I knew that as soon as it was placed on in front of me that it was worth it. Not only was the burger beautiful I have had a hard time convincing myself that it wasn't the best burger that I ever had. Everything about the burger worked great with each other and every time I thought I had the burger figured out a new flavor hit the back of my mouth. I eat a lot of food and eat me out alot! and burgers are some of my favorite food this place will definitely be my go-to spot every time I'm in Worcester. Don't even get me started about their milkshakes.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I found myself disappointed by the service and not too impressed by the food. I had the Splurge burger (Kobe with a bunch of fancy toppings like ancho bacon), and it was a very good burger, but at $21 it should have been transcendental and it was not. The chips it came with were good. The spiked milkshake (Trinidad mudslide) was good but not great. Overall I thought the food was pretty good but at their price point I expect a little better. What I really disliked was the service. Our server was friendly enough but seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted to drink right after we sat down, even though she started by confirming that it was our first visit. We had a 5:30 reservation, were seated at 6, had the first non-water drinks got the table around 6:15, and the first food at about 7. It was a busy Saturday night but 90 minutes from our reservation time to the first bite (with no explanation or apology) is not ok. Next time I'll hit up Five Guys for 1/3 the price and spike my own shake. :)

Might be my new favorite place! I had put off going here since I thought it would make me sad about the Northworks no longer being around, but it was honestly so great that I was able to get over it :). I love how the space is decorated and the service is fantastic. The selection is really good and I went with the Veg-a-tron and sweet potato fries - SO. AMAZING. I brought a family member who tends to not like any of the restaurants in the area, and she was so happy here! I'm really glad to have this option for her.

I did choose to have the local grass fed grind but kept everything else as it came. The burger came out hot and juicy especially with these toppings. I didn't choose a pinkness as the website indicated they served at "no pink" unless otherwise stated which was fine with me. Mushrooms, onions and cheese paired amazingly on the brioche bun.

Exceptional every time. The food can be a tad pricy, but I promise that it's worth it. Excellent variety of toppings and styles of burger, as well as thorough options for customization including the Beyond Burger for the veggie folk among us! The milkshakes are a must-have, though the beverage menu doesn't slouch with a rotating series of drinks and a fairly well stocked bar (different ales/beers as well as harder options). Also the fries are good. In conclusion, definitely recommend if you're in the area, and looking for a fun atmosphere in a burger bar!

Great late night stop. I was starved at a local hotel. I got out and walked around and from a distance saw their nice bright sign. Going inside, I was impressed by the nice warm atmosphere. Great selection of beers, burgers we're great. Nice staff. I'll definitely go back.

The food is NOT over-priced. The tuna burger and the regular burger were outstanding. Some of the best burgers my wife and I ever had. The fried onion rings were THE best best we have ever had. The service was great but we had to wait little longer but that is OK when your food is at this level. Definitely try Fix Burger. We will be making the approximately 50 mile just to eat here. been here twice and i can now say these are some of the tastiest, juiciest burgers i've ever had. Patties are smashed (the best way to make a patty) and the perfect size, leaving you feel satisfied without also feeling grossly full. there are plenty of creative varieties you can try out (mac n' cheese, green chili). fries and shakes are also up to par. this is THE place to go for a burger in worcester!!

So I wasn't feeling for a burger at the time but my friends were, so went and ordered a sausage and cheese board app . I was expecting cheese slices or cubes but got crumbs, expecting a wooden board ish thing and got a plate. It was delicious but it was hard to eat?

Great burgers and the fries are so delicious. We stopped here for lunch. Wait staff was friendly and prompt to take our order and bring our food. The reason for four stars and not five is it took almost twenty minutes to pay and get out after we finished eating.

Got the Spicy Tuna Burger for $15 and a strawberry milkshake for $5.50 and they were good! Not mindblowingly good as I felt the quality of the tuna itself could have been a bit higher but definitely a solid effort for sure...the tuna with the kimchi...mmmm...what a great idea for a pairing

First time ever at The Fix. No greetings while waiting at the podium. About 5 mins passed just waiting then we were just told “this way”. I got the Splurge burger. For $21 I’m expecting to be blown away. But sadly that wasn’t the case. Patty was bland no flavor, mushrooms stone cold, bacon was a bit burnt. My date got the Enzo chicken burger. Chicken was very dry. Also our alcoholic drinks were pretty nasty. Too much alcohol not enough flavor. The coffee was amazing though towards the end. The waitress attending us was very nice. $82 plus tip though!?Tried it once never again.

Delicious every single time. Worcester is about halfway between where I live and where my family lives, so we like to meet in the middle for meals sometimes. We’ve gone back to The Fix four or five times now, and it’s been fantastic every time. Burgers are always cooked exactly as ordered and the flavors are amazing. There are lots of great options and everything is so good, we always struggle to decide which to pick. They also tend to have a decent selection of beers on tap. The atmosphere is great, the staff are all friendly and competent, and the environment is enjoyable and clean.

Good burger. Would be even better if they toasted their buns. Burgers are juicy which means the bun gets soggy. A little butter and toasting would keep the juices in the burger giving the bun a more natural texture and a better overall flavor. Overall, you won't find many places better as far as taste of the actual patty

What I love about the city of Worcester, MA is its multi-cultural community and the exciting new businesses springing up all over town, especially the new restaurants. Visit Elm Park and see all the diverse families with their children playing together in harmony. A true reflection of our community, and our future. This is why I was so taken aback when I visited The Fix Burger Bar tonight (Sunday 6/23/19). I was looking for a salad bar so I called and was told YES we have a salad bar. As I was taken to my seat I could not help but realize I was the only non-white person there. I immediately wondered did I interrupt something? The staff was all white, the pathons were all white, management was all white. Everyone was very nice, but as I ate my salad I could not help but wonder if this was by design? No one non-white applied to work here? No one non-white was willing to pay $13 - $17 for a burger and fries (that part I would believe). This did not represent the Worcester multi-cultural community that I have come to know. How can a restaurant or any other business expect to setup shop in the Urban community but not employ the diversity of the community? Even your reviews lack diversity. My point is simple. If you are going to do business in the Urban Community then employ the diverse members of the community. By the way, I'm a vegetarian so the salad bar was good.

As this was the closest restaurant to our hotel on a very wet evening we came here and had a good meal. Unfortunately our burgers came out on the cold side but staff quickly and efficiently replaced them. I'm not a great burger bun fan but as they offered a burger on a salad it was ideal for me.

Burgers and fries are excellent. Extras on burgers are fresh and tasty. Very cool atmosphere in an old industrial building. Only negative was the very slow service. Took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken and about 40 minutes to get our burgers once we ordered.

Went here on a Saturday for the Bruins game and was very pleased. They have a great beer selection and a very fun burger menu! I was very happy with my burger and would definitely come back again!

Best burgers in Worcester hands down, and probably some of the best burgers in Massachusetts. Prices are a little expensive but are definitely worth it for the quality of food that you are receiving. Excellent place to go with your friends.
