Went for my birthday last Wednesday, ordered a seafood pasta (had lobster, shrimp, and scallops) was not impressed. I could tell the scallops were frozen, tasted like mush. Lobster was rubbery. Shrimp was ok. My boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo, could tell that the chicken was frozen rather than fresh. All in all was not worth the pricey bill. And will not be returning.

A little high priced for the food but the serving size helps. clean attentive staff, clean tables and floor. Good lighting. The starting bread is very flavorful and has just enough Bite to it. I got the pizza extra cheese and mushroom and it was delicious. Stringy warm and no skimp on the mushrooms. Husband got the black and Bleu burger well with onion rings. So fresh! Not fatty or greasy! Wonderful place.

I order Chicken Piccatta. It smelled great, but the chicken was mushy and had an uncooked flour taste. Some of the noodles were cooked and some were dried out. It could have just been a bad night for them. Not sure if I'll visit again the next time I'm in town.

We used to love this place and frequent it very often. I simply asked for a different sauce on my entree and was willing to pay for the difference and they said no so I ordered a second entree to get the sauce I wanted. I had successfully done this other Chateau Restaurants yet this one would not do it. Whatever happened to customer service? We had eight people eating dinner and I was paying the bill so the cost difference was very insignificant and I was willing to pay . The food is still good so I won't give it a one-star.

My dad and I ate here after we took a class. We were not familiar with the area at all. The wait staff was so nice and helpful. They all really knew their menus/drinks! I will definitely be back if I make it down to that area again!

Went to an eightieth b-day party on Sunday. held in the function room. Food was great. Service was suitable. Not sure what was paid for in the package. But the food quality and taste was great for a served buffet very nice place. Nice quiet atmosphere. Very good time had by all

It's hit or miss. When it's been busy we have had terrible experiences cold appetizers or completely forgotten appetizers entrees brought out incorrectly and so on. Our servers are always pleasant but unless the restaurant is pretty slow you'll be disappointed.

The food here is absolutely delicious, from the bread and butter to the dessert everything is top notch!!!! The freshly made pasta is just like grandmas!!!! Very kid friendly with crayons and coloring book, and big kid menu. Very big bar with lounge area and fireplace. You will not be disappointed!!

Classic Italian-American favorites in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Good is consistently delicious and you know you'll have a great meal every time. Staff is only rarely an issue, with a server who can't seem to remember one order from the next or someone who makes you feel like you are an imposition but for the most part everyone there is pleasant and helpful. Love those toasted ravioli!

The Chateau has long been a favorite of ours for good Italian food, however service and portion sizes and haven't been the same lately. We waited almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken, food took 20 minutes to come out, and we waited with empty plates on our table for 15 minutes before they were taken away. There were only about 5 tables for 2 waitresses, so it wasn't like they were busy. Portion sizes have shrunk about 1/3 over the past year even though prices stayed the same. The food is consistently good, so we'll continue to go, but we'll have to adjust our expectations.

I regret not having been here before! What amazing flavor!! Everything from the Florentine, to Chicken Parm, to the Cranberry Walnut Chicken salad felt like the chef had put a lot of care and love into preparing it. Add to it the impeccable service from Alice, and it was one of our best dining experiences! Can't say enough good things about this place!

We usually get takeout from the restaurant during the week, but this time we decided to actually go there. The food is always good, no complaints. It's a more upscale red sauce place, that's not meant as a negative. The service is good, our waitress was very pleasant. The decor is fine too, nothing special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Italian food. You won't be disappointed. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Went with a group for a birthday. Others were happy with their Italian platter but the antipasto was pretty lame with iceberg lettuce. At least the mozzarella was good. Too many things on the menu, mediocre food, steep prices. I won't go back.

I usually order the food to go. They are always understaffed, so service is slow. Went on a Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar, the place was dead, the bar tender was busy talking with a co worker. I sat there for 10 minutes and was no acknowledged so left. No one blinked an eye.

Ate dinner here on Tuesday...cacciatore with shrimp it was good. Specialty drinks were priced a little high, but not outrageous. Our server Cassie was great! Nice atmosphere, plenty of tvs for sports viewing, and a large bar. I’d return.

Picked up a family meal for 50$ and they only gave 4 meatballs. Called the manager and she couldn't have cared less... place is a ripoff for hardworking families. Won't even offer some kind of discount. We will never be going there again

A strictly average Italian food restaurant. Smaller serving sizes than the Olive Garden. Ok children's menu though they didn't seem prepared for handling toddlers. Despite it being a quiet time of day, they ran out of booster seats causing a family after us to have to wait. Service was ok, the staff was polite but didn't check on our table very often. They aren't bad but we probably won't go again.

Just happen to be in the area and had to stop by with my son he had a hamburger and I had blackened shrimp tacos. My son said it was the best burger he’s ever had and I must say I really enjoyed my tacos .. definitely worth the trip ..

This is an addendum to my original reveiw. We moved to North Carolina in August 2018, didn't realize how much I would miss this place. Great food, awesome bread, excellent waitstaff, very accommodating. We recently came up to visit and at last minute, got together with a party of 20. No problem for the Chateau, gave us a semi private area in the back. Kudos to them and thank!!

The food was difficult to eat Quick diviner with my 9 yaer old and her freind. There kids meal was fine. My Cod picanha with so over cooked the Cod was chewy and there was no sauce for any of the angel hair pasta. The three pieces of asparagus on top were really nice. The rest was un edible, my waitress was extremely nice though.

So hard to choose such a delicious selection but absolutely love the gluten free chicken parm. Son loves choose two turkey tips and steak tips with mashed and squash. Shrimp scampi is awesome, and the mussels. I get the half portion garlic mussels AND a half portion marinara mussels for a full and satisfying experience.

We went for dinner tonight, and finally decided in the Italian special - Stuffed Green Pepper with Chicken Parmigiana and Penne. After five minutes the server came back to the table and informs me the host gave us the special menu from last week! I order the Chicken Parmigiana my mother had the Turkey BLT. Our dinners came and I was disgusted to see a single piece of chicken with some Penne (especially for the price and it didn't come with a salad).The spaghetti sauce tasted like tomato soup!!! The best part was dessert...oh wait, we went to Uhlman's for dessert! Needless to say, we won't be back...ever!
